About this house rental

You will automatically feel at home when you walk in! It's open, modern and accommodating for all of your family and friends. We recently added this home to our portfolio of premier vacation homes on VRBO in Cape Coral.

The light and airy kitchen is the center of the home. White Quartz countertops, white cabinets and contemporary backsplash. The dining room flows into the open kitchen and you will always feel that you are a part of every activity. Spacious living room with large 65 inch tv that you can enjoy from the entire open space.

Spending more time in the home, not to worry! We had you in mind. Enjoy your days and nights in with hours of fun playing on the shuffleboard table. Would you rather play your hand at fooseball? Not to worry! Rest those weary feet, sit down and play on the fooseball coffee table.

Enjoy the year round heated swimming pool overlooking the water. No expense spared on this pavered outdoor space with and contemporary pool and calming water feature. There is so much sun in the pool area from morning until night! There is a pool bathroom, lots of outdoor seating and a grill. Don't forget to grab the fishing poles and enjoy the calm waters from the backyard.
The home has 4 spacious bedrooms. Enjoy the master suite with separate bathroom . Spa like experience with soaking tub and rain shower. Split floor plan, with the 3 bedrooms on the opposite side. Bedroom one has 2 bunk beds - great for the littles or comfortable enough for the adults. Bedroom two and three have queen sized beds. All bedrooms have Roku enabled tvs and are connected to the wireless network. Enjoy the Roku Channels or use your own Netflix, Prime, Disney Plus accounts.

We had an amazing time at this house! It was very clean and has all things you need to enjoy when you’re on vacation. Furniture is very nice and clean and all the house is very well maintained. My family and I were attending a Funeral in Ft Myers, and the house was cheaper than 3 hotel rooms. The host provided all the information that was needed. The house was very clean and comfortable for me and my family and 10 minutes from the family. We had a great visit the house provided everything we needed. If in the area again we would definitely rent again. Thanks again for a very pleasant weekend.

Clean and spacious. Great amenities. Perfect for our 4 adults and 4 kids. Pool was AMAZING. Great location. Safe neighborhood. We had one minor issue with the A/C on our second day. Texted the number provided. Person was there within the hour and fixed it immediately. Would stay here again for sure!

Finally getting back to normal after a three week stay in Cape Coral and I just wanted to share our experience with our VRBO property. We are from Northern Indiana and every year find a place in warm sunny Florida in February to get away from the cold & snow with our son and his family. Well sunny & warm Florida didn’t live up to its expectations this year but our home away from home was what we expected. The four bedrooms were exactly what we needed and one of the best parts of the house is the pool bathroom. The great open concept living space is just what a two-family vacation needs. The heated pool kept the kiddos busy even though it was a little chilly at times. The surrounding area is in a quiet neighborhood with a golf course just a few blocks away. Communication with our host Melanie, and Brian with her Home Servicing company, were always available for all questions and concerns from booking to check out. It was a very enjoyable stay.

We loved this house! Beautifully decorated, bedrooms spacious and comfortable, large master bath, second full bath and half bath outside by the pool was so convenient. Stayed at this property after my carefully selected reservation (that I made 6 months ago) cancelled on me on Monday for a Thursday arrival. Host was super accommodating, answering all of the questions I had quickly and clearly so we could make sure it was a right fit. Check in was simple and clear. House was gorgeously decorated and spotless. Amenities were plentiful, so we didn't need to make any unnecessary purchases that would just go to waste. Neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were friendly. Pool was a perfect temperature and fun for everyone. Overall had a wonderful relaxing time visiting Cape Coral for my granddaughters first birthday. Will DEFINITELY see if this house is available the next time we come back! THANK YOU!!

From the moment we arrived, the kids, as well as the adults, enjoyed the foosball and shuffleboard tables; The pool was warm. Everything was just right for us to begin and enjoy our stay. Since I got 3 little ones under 5, that was a major plus for me, since I barely have time to do anything. This gave me a way to have them entertained and actually have time to myself. The house was clean and well kept. I loved that they had bicycles for guests to use, including one with training wheels. Overall, it was a great trip. We enjoyed our stay and the kids loved it too. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would give a 10😊 Thank you, Melanie, for being an amazing host.

We couldn't have asked for a better escape from Wisconsin winters! From the moment we stepped in until we left, the experience was perfect. The home is just like the pictures and is exceptionally clean and well taken care of. It was a family vacation where 3 of us stayed the whole month of February and other family members joined us for a week at a time. The space was very comfortable for our maximum of 7 adults at one time. The best feature for us was the heated pool - it was very clean and comfortable. We used it daily - even when the temperatures dipped into the 60's. As for property management, we had a few very small issues and questions, and were immediately answered by the owner and property manager. The Cape Coral location is nice and close to grocery stores, etc. We found that we were more comfortable there than we would have been in Fort Myers due to the traffic. Bottom line - we highly recommend this vacation home to all!

Just returned from a long weekend at this beautiful home. Cleanliness is major for me and this place was spotless. Spacious, comfortable furnishings and a great pool. Close to everything you need. We had an issue with the air conditioning when we returned from a day out on Sunday and the management company (Brian) was there within minutes and had it all fixed by the time we returned from dinner. Melanie was incredibly responsive and very pleasant to interact with as well. Thanks for a great stay!

Everyone was happy with the house, pool and access to groceries, restaurants. Beaches.We were a group of 5 adults and 5 children. Plenty of room for all. I would recommend some sort of mat for pool bathroom as the floor is slick when swimmers go in and out. Great vacation had by all.
