Kitchen: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washer Dryer
Conservatory.
Shower Room: Walk-In Shower, Toilet
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: Kingsize (5ft) Bed, 21" Freeview TV
Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds
Bedroom 3: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds
Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Welcome pack. . Rear garden. BBQ available on request. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are 3 steps to the garden.. A great property situated in a fantastic location that offers guests the chance to explore all that North Wales has to offer. Tyn y Mur is set over two levels, a cosy living and dining area and fully equipped kitchen are situated on the ground floor along with a fantastic conservatory to make the most of the fantastic North Wales sun. Three good sized bedrooms are located upstairs along with a family bathroom, and an enclosed garden at the back of the house.
Tyn y Mur is situated only a couple of minutes’ walk from the beautiful Morfa Nefyn Beach. In addition, Morfa Nefyn’s famous golf course is only a short distance away, or for walkers, the Llyn Coastal Footpath runs near the property and a short drive along the narrow winding lanes will bring you to sandy bays and a part of the world where the pace of life is slower than normal! Abersoch is also nearby and is home to the annual Wakestock Festival.
A host of other visitor attractions lie close by including Criccieth Castle, narrow gauge steam railways, Portmeirion and a myriad of exhilarating outdoor pursuits in the mountains of the Snowdonia National Park. Beach ½ mile. Shop 250 yards, pub with restaurant 1 mile.
