Summary:
- Welcome to the quiet Sunrise Suites community located on the southeast side of Key West.
- Just 1 mile from the beach where aqua blue waters & loungers await.
- Only a 10 minute ride to downtown Duval Street restaurants, attractions & nightlife.
- The Great Exuma is a two bedroom two bathroom 4th floor condo with evening sunset views.
- Your stay includes access to all of your must-haves: shared hot tub, heated pool, walking paths, biking trails, tennis court & laundry facilities!

The Space:
The sleeping arrangements include one king bed in the master, one queen bed in the second bedroom, and one queen sofa bed - allowing for a maximum occupancy of 6.

The unit has a private balcony with exquisite views of the salt marshes, along with central AC, cable, free WiFi, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Guest Access:
Our contactless check-in procedure makes check-in easy. Guests will receive a personalized access code 3 days prior to check-in to enter the unit.
Shared community features: The guests of this condominium are able to take advantage of the shared hot tub, shared pool, and tennis courts.
How to access: This unit has both stairs and elevator access.

The Neighborhood:
Great Exuma Suite is located inside of the Sunrise Suites Resort Community located just minutes away from the World Famous Duval Street and its vibrant restaurants, art galleries and nightlife. Inside the community you can find a corner store, spa, walking and biking trails. It is also located just a short drive away from the nightly Sunset Celebration and entertainment at Mallory Square.

Getting Around:
Parking Information: There is 1 private parking spot located under the building for this condo. Spot #158.
For additional parking: there are spots located around the perimeter of the building available on a first-come first-serve basis. We can not guarantee close proximity to your unit or availability.

There are a variety of great ways to explore Key West including by bicycle, pedi-cab, moke, scooter, golf cart, Uber, Taxi, or by feet. As this unit is located in downtown Key West, many attractions are within walking distance. Feel free to ask us for recommendations!

The condo was very clean and located in a great location. The entire building was very quiet, beautiful pool and walking areas steps away. By far the best place we have stayed when visiting Key West.

This was my first experience with VRBO and the overall experience was wonderful. Everything was communicated perfectly. I would definitely recommend this form of stay and will definitely use this platform again. Excellent experience.

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and comfortable. The check in was confusing, because I confused VRBO and AirB&B. So I heard from both. The pictures were a little misleading. We kept looking for what we thought was a little coffee bar where we could get breakfast. We only found the little store, which was pretty offputting. A picture fell off the wall in the main bath, while no one was in it. The art was much too big for what was holding it on the wall. If anyone had been there when it fell, they probably would have been badly hurt. Probably the most disappointing was the TV. The first night we could not figure out how to use it. The maintenance man had to come and show us. It would help a lot if you had a sheet in the unit with instructions on how to operate the equipment.

Listing describes this as a 'quiet' property, which is true, when the airport is closed at night! Runway is directly to the left of the deck and is insanely loud. Smell of jet fuel made it hard to sit outside. Price paid does not reflect what you get, as the interior quality was equivalent to a cheap motel on the side of an interstate. Large picture that had fallen off the wall in the bathroom propped up on the floor, with holes in wall exposed, NO soap in bathrooms or kitchen, chipped/peeling furniture and bathroom vanity, electrical outlet hanging out of wall in kitchen, dried urine on bathroom wall, filthy bathtub, unusable washing machine due to mold and smell, TV wires/cord covers hanging down the wall, mold and dust on air vents, mold on shower handle, cheap, uneven flooring, burned out lightbulbs, thick layer of dust on bedroom curtains, thin, worn out, frayed, yellowed bath towels...the list continues. After much back and forth (and dishonesty on the part of one of the management staff), I was refunded a little more than the cleaning fee, which wasn't enough. On the plus side, you do get an assigned, covered parking spot, and the beds were comfortable. Traveler beware.

Everything was exactly as expected. Easy and stress free. Quite, clean and conveniently located. We loved the deck with the view. All our questions were answered promptly. We would definitely book it again.

Stayed two nights. Condo was nice but in need of a little attention and new mattresses, for sure. Good location and cute pool area. Fun seeing the turtles and iguanas nearby.
