Summary:
- Welcome to the quiet Sunrise Suites community located on the southeast side of Key West.
- Just 1 mile from the beach where aqua blue waters & loungers await.
- Only a 10 minute ride to downtown Duval Street restaurants, attractions & nightlife.
- The Great Exuma is a two bedroom two bathroom 4th floor condo with evening sunset views.
- Your stay includes access to all of your must-haves: shared hot tub, heated pool, walking paths, biking trails, tennis court & laundry facilities!

The Space:
The sleeping arrangements include one king bed in the master, one queen bed in the second bedroom, and one queen sofa bed - allowing for a maximum occupancy of 6.

The unit has a private balcony with exquisite views of the salt marshes, along with central AC, cable, free WiFi, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Guest Access:
Our contactless check-in procedure makes check-in easy. Guests will receive a personalized access code 3 days prior to check-in to enter the unit.
Shared community features: The guests of this condominium are able to take advantage of the shared hot tub, shared pool, and tennis courts.
How to access: This unit has both stairs and elevator access.

The Neighborhood:
Great Exuma Suite is located inside of the Sunrise Suites Resort Community located just minutes away from the World Famous Duval Street and its vibrant restaurants, art galleries and nightlife. Inside the community you can find a corner store, spa, walking and biking trails. It is also located just a short drive away from the nightly Sunset Celebration and entertainment at Mallory Square.

Getting Around:
Parking Information: There is 1 private parking spot located under the building for this condo. Spot #158.
For additional parking: there are spots located around the perimeter of the building available on a first-come first-serve basis. We can not guarantee close proximity to your unit or availability.

There are a variety of great ways to explore Key West including by bicycle, pedi-cab, moke, scooter, golf cart, Uber, Taxi, or by feet. As this unit is located in downtown Key West, many attractions are within walking distance. Feel free to ask us for recommendations!

- Pets Policy: Pets are welcome!

The condo was very clean and located in a great location. The entire building was very quiet, beautiful pool and walking areas steps away. By far the best place we have stayed when visiting Key West.

This was my first experience with VRBO and the overall experience was wonderful. Everything was communicated perfectly. I would definitely recommend this form of stay and will definitely use this platform again. Excellent experience.

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and comfortable. The check in was confusing, because I confused VRBO and AirB&B. So I heard from both. The pictures were a little misleading. We kept looking for what we thought was a little coffee bar where we could get breakfast. We only found the little store, which was pretty offputting. A picture fell off the wall in the main bath, while no one was in it. The art was much too big for what was holding it on the wall. If anyone had been there when it fell, they probably would have been badly hurt. Probably the most disappointing was the TV. The first night we could not figure out how to use it. The maintenance man had to come and show us. It would help a lot if you had a sheet in the unit with instructions on how to operate the equipment.

Listing describes this as a 'quiet' property, which is true, when the airport is closed at night! Runway is directly to the left of the deck and is insanely loud. Smell of jet fuel made it hard to sit outside. Price paid does not reflect what you get, as the interior quality was equivalent to a cheap motel on the side of an interstate. Large picture that had fallen off the wall in the bathroom propped up on the floor, with holes in wall exposed, NO soap in bathrooms or kitchen, chipped/peeling furniture and bathroom vanity, electrical outlet hanging out of wall in kitchen, dried urine on bathroom wall, filthy bathtub, unusable washing machine due to mold and smell, TV wires/cord covers hanging down the wall, mold and dust on air vents, mold on shower handle, cheap, uneven flooring, burned out lightbulbs, thick layer of dust on bedroom curtains, thin, worn out, frayed, yellowed bath towels...the list continues. After much back and forth (and dishonesty on the part of one of the management staff), I was refunded a little more than the cleaning fee, which wasn't enough. On the plus side, you do get an assigned, covered parking spot, and the beds were comfortable. Traveler beware.

Everything was exactly as expected. Easy and stress free. Quite, clean and conveniently located. We loved the deck with the view. All our questions were answered promptly. We would definitely book it again.

Stayed two nights. Condo was nice but in need of a little attention and new mattresses, for sure. Good location and cute pool area. Fun seeing the turtles and iguanas nearby.

This is the second time I have stayed in this condo for a short mid week trip to Key West. For me this is a perfect location to drive in/out of Key West without the traffic of being downtown. Comfortable accommodations, easy access and a great view of the Key West Airport, marshland and the ocean. This will be my go to every time we are in Key West. Property was clean, not enough kcups and coffee cups for 6. Can’t get in until 4pm and out at 10am, not a lot of time for the money. Pull out couch needs a new mattress and tvs did not work. It was too late to call but written instructions would have nice.

This condo was clean and comfortable but there were some things that I would want addressed before renting it again. First of all there may as well not have been a TV. We never could get a high-def picture nor were we able to sign into our streaming accounts to watch a movie. Perhaps the internet is too slow. We got some basic network stuff but the picture quality was poor. The kitchen was not well equipped. There were no wine glasses. I ended up buying some and leaving them there. (You’re welcome. 😊) The hot tub on property was only lukewarm. If these things were addressed, I’d definitely stay here again. It was an otherwise lovely property in a great location!

Expectations were definitely exceeded! Everything is spacious beautiful and MOST important CLEAN!!! We all couldn’t stop talking about how happy we were with this rental. We will definitely be back! Can’t wait!

The place was clean. Parking was under the building and right near the elevator. The one problem was how uncomfortable the mattresses were in both rooms. We tried sleeping the other way, sideways nothing helped. That would be the one downside. Wish they included bikes. I would stay there again if they purchased new mattresses.

Our group was pleasantly surprised with this condo, We were worried about the location being so close to the airport but that was not an issue at all. Plus the unit was very clean, lots of room and all the comforts of home. We enjoyed a couple of really beautiful sunsets as well. The hosts were also very responsive when contacted with questions. No big demands upon leaving, just pack up and go. We would definitely look into this one next time we are in Key West.

Really nice stay. I was a little worried about the proximity to the airport, but no issue with noise or jet fuel smell. Actually enjoyed the airport coming and goings and of course the sunsets.

Great location. Close to airport so you do hear planes. Gorgeous sunset view from balcony. Spacious quarters. Everything you need in the kitchen and living room. 5 minutes from Smathers Beach. 4 minute walk to well-stocked convenience store. Easy parking. Luggage carts available. Will definitely come back.

The condo is in need of a little maintenance, we can get the TV in the living room to work. The bathtub did not drain very well. Toilet lid is loose. Price could just use a little TLC. On a good note the beds were very comfortable. The swimming pool area is very nice and clean hot tub works. The grounds are landscaped nicely

Overall the stay was good. The living room TV did not work. Reached out to mgt company they said someone would be by to look at it. That never happened. The main complaint we had is neither shower was handicap/elderly friendly. My 80 yr old Mom was with is and she had a difficult time w the shower. There were no grab bars, it was a high step in and out of the tub.

This is a great place to stay! It was do close to the airport we were afraid it would be noisy but it is not! It’s between downtown and smashers beach so convenient to both ! You do need a car or golf cart as all Ubers are so expensive and walking would be difficult. Would stay here again for sure!

The property was ok. When we arrived the dish washer was out of order, hair dryer was missing. The remote for the TV in the living room was missing. The TV was not working in one room due to a cable issue. The property was clean and when I called they did address the hair dryer issue. We had a great time while we visited!

The property was very expensive for what you got, but with the lack of rentals available with the 28 day rule, I get why. A lot of repairs are needed - the couch is broken, the chairs are about to fall apart, and the toilet in the master takes 30 minutes to fill. It was clean enough, and we had a fantastic weekend, but I wouldn’t rent it again, especially for the cost. Unless some improvements were made.
