A bit noisy, bit disorganized, but good location.

Location was good, ok area and restaurants around as well as the port. Close to the cruise ships and water.

There was no breakfast, it was a clean room, but paper thin walls. Could hear people coming and going and the guy from another unit snoring. Also didn’t get the access code at the check in time, so we stood outside trying to contact someone to let us in.

Comfortable, clean and nice looking room. I'd come back!

Room was silent, modern and clean. It looks like the owner really cares of their guests. Also, being to able to check-in on your own with no need to interact with staff was a plus, we delayed our arrival and entered the house and room at 1am with no problem.

The rooms were large and bathrooms were updated. The owner/manager was wonderful and very responsive with instructions on how to get in and a restaurant recommendation.

Great option for a city break.

The property was clean and bright with a well appointed kitchen. The owner was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The property is a little way from the train station however, there is a regular bus.

The room and the bathroom were very clean, the bed was comfortable and the host was very friendly. We even got a welcome drink when we arrived. The traditional Italian breakfast was very good. The b&b It's located directly in the center of Livorno and very close to the ferry to Corsica. Can highly recommend this b&b.

Nice room

Clean and nicely decorated room. The bed was comfortable with a choice of 2 different pillows, the matress was a bit too soft but for one night it's ok. The room contains everything you need (complimentary bottled water, tissues, shower gel, etc.).

The owner is not on the premises. We had to call him to have info on how to enter the building and find the room. More info could be given on booking website about the possibility to enter the ZTL and on the fact that there is a shared kitchen. We could have used that. It is not a B&B since there is no breakfast provided... There were a few biscuits in the room though.

This was a very pleasant surprise. After looking for many places to stay in Livorno, we found this B&B and were pleased with how comfortable, clean and well located it was. Matteo greeted us and was great at answering all our questions. The B&B is simple and the decoration is a bit odd, but verything is brand new and sparkling clean. Very good for a short stay in Livorno

There is no lift and although Matteo was great at helping with our luggage it is worth considering that you need to go up one floor to get to the place.

We only stayed one night to catch the ferry in the next morning. Everything was fine, really nice host and breakfast. There is always coffee available and the rooms were clean & soap/shampoo available.

Very Nice!

Newly redone, the Butterfly is a great stay in the city. Breakfast is exceptional. Clean, smells good.

Parking is a couple of blocks away.
