Absolutely fantastic stay in Ptown - house is phenomenal and even better than expected, and David and Louis were phenomenal hosts and very easy to communicate with. We will be visiting again :)

I was the hero of our six person group for booking this lovely home. It exceeded our expectations, and I travel with some demanding peeps. ;)
The house is absolutely lovely, and super well appointed. So many quiet, cozy areas to snuggle up and read a book; numerous places for us to hang as a group; and the bedrooms are spaced well through the home for perfect privacy. The second floor deck, the back patio, and the front patio were all lovely for hang outs, depending on the time of day.
The grounds are absolutely stunning. We were in paradise.
David and his team made check in and check out easy, and were highly responsive during our stay. David checked in at all the right moments to ensure we had what we needed. He's as lovely as the home is.
This quiet end of Commercial was perfectly located for our pup, across from the dog beach, perfect for early morning low tide romps. Relish down the street is great for coffee, scones, and sandwiches. And if you crave the hub bub you're a 5-10 minute walk away.
Can't wait to return to our new home away from home. We already miss it!

The property was absolutely stunning. From the moment we walked in, you could tell how much care and thoughtfulness went into making the home what it is today. The first floor is so well appointed - the kitchen and living areas flow together perfectly. The front porch was ideal for sitting outside and people watching while still having a ton of privacy, and the grounds are beautifully maintained. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, one of which is actually a suite / apartment with its own kitchen and living room, and a private deck that gets sun all afternoon. It’s perfect for lounging around and was one of my favorite spots to relax!
The location is amazing as well. A short walk to the center of town, but also a very quick walk to one of my favorite restaurants, The Red Inn, as well as a quick walk to the Ptown causeway / jetty.
This home is one of the nicest I’ve ever stayed in while in town, and would jump at the opportunity to stay there again!

This is my second time staying in this one-in-a-million home. The first time, I stayed pre-renovation, and it was a remarkable home then, with one-of-a-kind fireplaces handmade by legendary artist Conrad Malicoat. Just a handful of homes in Ptown have these works of art, and I consider it a privilege to live with them if only for a week. This trip, the home had been completely renovated top to bottom, and although I didn't think the house could actually get better - it did. The addition of a gorgeous front porch and breathtaking landscaping makes the outdoor spaces (there are several, including a roof deck) truly restful and restorative. The renovations were carried out with love and respect for the house, but also with an eye for clean design and truly top notch fixtures and finishes. The hosts -- clearly experts at this -- have literally thought of everything... from the custom robes to the basket of treats we found upon arrival, to the tvs and the sound system, to the outrageously comfortable beds. This home is a refuge of calm, luxury, and history, and I hated to leave. It is worth every single penny. Hints for future guests... don't overlook the quiet outdoor area in the back... the sofa is ridiculously comfortable and it's blissfully quiet with birds singing and lovely shade. Also... inside the house... see if you can find the turtle. You'll know it when you find it. To the owners - Thank you for being such good stewards of this remarkable bit of history.

This recently gut renovated property exceeded expectations. The interior design, the choice of furniture, fabrics and art were all impeccable, Both the yard and decks were full of flower beds and large potted arrangements. Best of all there was still a lot of color mid-September. We had been waiting almost a year for this rental and were not disappointed. The owner and house manager responded quickly to even the smallest questions. The ownner was very personable and happily answered all our questions about the house. The HVAC was wonderful and the people watching from the rockers and sofa on the front porch a nice way to spend a lazy afternoon. We were 2 minutes from Relish and went there frequently, the kitchen was outfitted with everything you could want however we chose not to cook. We would not hesitate to rent this house again and again.

Where do I begin? Before my arrival in Ptown I had communicated with the owner about setting up baby requirement and food shopping and they could not have been more helpful. At every point throughout the stay they went above and beyond.
The house itself is in the best location in Ptown (between Sals and the Red Inn- you must eat at both!) across from the dog beach and close biking to Herring Cove. The AC was perfect and the *three* full sized fridges were amazing. The design is clean and Wi-Fi strong- truly one of the best rental properties in Provincetown- can’t wait to stay again!

What a fabulous home and experience! This was our first time at this property in PTown and it was simply fantastic! The home is newly renovated to a high standard and is very well equipped… we had everything we could possibly need. The home is also extremely comfortable! The yard, front porch, rooftop outdoor seating, outdoor shower, grill, kayaks….all made the week a wonderful vacation. Finally, thank you owners David and Lou for being so welcoming and responsive. We will be back!!! Tim

My family and I rented this home for Holly Folly weekend, and we had an amazing time! The home was immaculate, beautifully designed, and only a few minutes walk to town. The kitchen was gorgeous and fully stocked with everything we needed for holiday cooking.
We loved the layout of the home which offered large living areas for us to spend time together, and also plenty of areas for us to spread out.
Coffee and people watching on the front porch was our favorite morning routine on the warmer days. The homeowner gave us a lot of tips, including some great restaurant suggestions. Overall, Style Vacation Homes was helpful from beginning to end. We can't wait to return!

wonderful vacation home
We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 week stay at 36 commercial. The house was immaculate and tastefully decorated. Interesting art. Marvelous outdoor decks, comfortable beds and the architectural details were fascinating and unique. pThe landscaping was beautiful. Every need a Ptown vacation guest might have was anticipated down to the smallest detail including rain slickers, umbrellas, all manner of beach needs and kayaks and of course a fully outfitted kitchen ready for the most demanding entertaining and culinary efforts. The hosts Louis and David and local caretaker Randy were exceptional. Highly recommended!

We spent a beautiful week here and loved every minute of it. This house is in the beautiful west end, Far enough to be away from all the traffic and commercial Street but close enough to walk to everything. While the home could use some updating, that’s not unusual for a historic house that is almost 200 years old. The exterior architecture it’s beautiful and the interior was well-suited to our group of six people. We especially enjoyed the outdoor shower in the backyard and the sun patio on the second floor. The interior is quirky but charming, and the property manager was very good about checking in to see if we needed anything. Overall, a fantastic experience that we hope to repeat again next year!

A very cool property. Plenty of space for us to spread out, even with four teens and a dog. A manageable walk to town or to the Jetty. The little dog friendly beach, just steps away, was really very nice. The off-street parking spaces are a big convenience in Provincetown.

The house, yard and location is absolutely amazing. Steps from the dog beach and the Red Inn (great dinner spot). Just further down the road are all the shops and restaurants. It was a great walk to and from dinner. Didn't use our cars once.

We were a party of 8 that stayed here for a long weekend. The house was great in all respects - beautiful, well kept, in a quiet neighborhood that is an easy walk to town. The upstairs deck was a very nice place to hang out in the late afternoon. I would definitely recommend this house. The parking around the back was also extremely convenient.
Our best dinner was at Ciro and Sal's. The Canteen had great sandwiches. Mac's was also very nice.

Wonderful accomodations
36 West Commercial Street presented as advertised: spacious, elegant and well appointed. The rooms and mini-suites were of a good size and tastefully decorated. We appreciated the lack of the typical Cape Cod theme one often finds of nautical/ocean/seashore "artwork."
The kitchen, though small and challenging to navigate by more than one person, is stocked with all the appliances and tools of the trade one can hope for. We particularly appreciated the sheer quantity of wine glasses.
The kayaks were a big hit, and we recommend getting two more wheel units.
We loved the place.

Beautiful home perfectly located in the West End
We loved our stay at the home, located just steps away from the beach on the West End of Provincetown. It's truly a special place. The owners are in the midst of updating the home, but have done a great job in outfitting the home with all the necessary comforts. We especially loved the two huge outdoor decks, and the grill. We would love to stay again at this home.
