Great location, recommend.

I had a family emergency, found several things dirty, they said it was inspected but they must hire college kids just going through the motions. When i checked out, i notified them of the list of inconveniences and they would not partially refund and was less than concerned to help a customer during an emergency

We stayed in Ft. Collins last year around this time and we loved coming back. This VRBO did not compare to our last in cleanliness, space, or accommodations (kitchen accessibility, etc) but our boys would rank it #1 for the hot tub! I spilled coffee in the bathroom and was not happy with the cleanliness of the baseboards and floor around the toilet as I cleaned it up. Cool place, fun to hang out, had to be creative with cooking meals given limited kitchen accommodations. Would recommend a place to hang coats in the entry, and some type of closet or hanging in the downstairs bed/bath. Also, we were there Thursday through Monday am….I don’t think I’ve ever gone that long without vacuuming. A cordless vacuum and more cleaning supplies (and a cleaner beginning) would be better for a homier stay. Couldn’t wait to throw everything in the laundry when we returned home. Again, cool place, had tons of fun, ugh…downstairs mattress is a big hump…..and filthy on the floor beneath. Overall good, I suppose, but would not rent again. Cleanliness is a big deal.

Perfect property!

The property was in a great location and had all the comforts needed for a week long stay. The bedroom on the first floor has zero closet or drawers and the deck was somewhat crammed - too much on there for a small deck (jacuzzi and fireplace etc..). Different floors work well with kids but no real master bedroom!

We were moving our son into CSU from IL. This was perfect for our needs. Location can’t be beat. Stacy was very attentive and responsive. Will stay again.

Nice, comfortable townhouse
Boys' trip to Fort Collins for brewery hopping. Townhouse was nice and fit four adult men well (one slept on the sofa bed). The kitchen seemed nicely outfitted, but no one made anything other than coffee. Beds were fine. Location is quiet, although not super close to all the action on College. Would come back!

Excellent Property and Property Manager
I cannot say enough about how well the Property Manager, Stacy, helped us plan our stay in Fort Collins. She was prompt in answering every question I had! The property itself was perfect for our group! Highly Recommend!

Marathon weekend
Came to Ft Collins for the Colorado Marathon. The property was perfect. It is close to town to walk and in a quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable, water pressure in shower was ideal , and the convenience of a washer and dryer is always a plus. Stacy promptly answered an email the day before check in and was available though we did not need assistance. There is no need for us to look for any other place when returning to Ft Collins, this place was perfect.
4.0
Great location, prompt check-in, short on amenities.
The location is great. Check-in is efficient and prompt.
As 2 couples traveling together, 2 separate bathrooms appealed to us. The unit has a full bath on the 2nd floor, 1 on the 1st floor. The room with a bed on the 1st floor lacked hooks, shelves, hangers or a closet. We fit a small carry-on on a luggage rack in the corner straddling the Wi-Fi router on the floor. All other belongings ended up on the concrete floor. The metal bed frame extends several inches beyond the mattress. It was tough navigating between the bed frame, luggage rack, Wi-Fi router to get in and out of the room. It was OK for 1-2 nights, but short on amenities for a longer stay. (Bring your own Kleenex).
The 2 bedrooms and bath on the 2nd floor are nice. The rooftop patio is great to catch sunsets and fun to watch Prairie dogs scampering in the field across the street.

Great place. Close to the park. I loved and enjoyed the bikes.
Bought a tire pump and some slime stuff as one of the bikes had a flat. Left it in the garage. Enjoyed our stay. Beautiful neighborhood.
