Welcome to 1010 East Ashley! This 4 BD/2 BA Folly Beach home can accommodate 9 guests and offers not just one, but two living rooms and kitchens! The main floor is upstairs, houses 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, a kitchen and living area, and a large screened-in back porch with abundant seating. Downstairs, guests can enjoy another entire apartment equipped with a secondary kitchen, a King bedroom, a full bath, and another living room. The two living rooms provide ample space for relaxation and entertainment. The separate spaces also make accommodating different activities or interests easy, such as gaming, reading, or socializing. It's the perfect place to make lasting memories with your family and friends and enjoy the space and flexibility.
Folly Beach, or as locals refer to it, The Edge of America, is a laid-back, golf-cart-friendly community with many great restaurants, a booming nightlife, plenty of shopping, water activities, and water tours. For more historic exploring, the famous Downtown Charleston is only a 25 - minute car ride, which offers endless fine dining, shopping, historical sites, and more. There is something for everyone here. We promise you will Folly in love with this beautiful island!

There is plenty of parking in the back lot of the house.
We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use.
Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am.
The Folly Beach noise ordinance is from 10 pm to 8 am.
Pets considered. All pets must be approved by our office before you arrive. Upon approval there is a $150 plus tax per pet nonrefundable pet fee that is due before you arrive. If not already on your reservation, it will be added. Once this is done and the fee paid, you will be all set to bring your pet with you (2 pet max, no more than 60 lbs. each, no puppies under 1 year old, no cats). Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are subject to approval and fees prior to arrival.
No smoking is allowed in or outside of the house.
House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited.
The occupancy can be at most 9 people at any time during your stay.
We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require full payment at the time of booking.

The location was wonderful but the house was not clean. There was a pee smell in the first floor bathroom. The sheets had a old blood stain even though they were washed. The floors were dirty, and there were spider webs (with spiders) throughout the house.

Nice house, good location. House has complete apartment at street level but we didn’t use it except for the bedroom. Love being a block from beach, we have dogs so it was great for us and them.

First, the location is exceptional being so close and a quiet part of beach. The house has double kitchens upstairs and down and perfect for our needs and the house is in very clean condition with all that is required for a comfortable stay. The screened in porch was a plus. Only suggestion is to advise the parking for the house is not in front address but in rear of house- confused me at first. Thank You

We arrived to a clean house with one bathroom and one kitchen on each of the two floors of the house. The bunk beds were perfect for the four small kids. The screened in porch was great for dinners too! Overall this house was perfect for our family vacation and it was just a short walk to the beach!

Great location! Plenty of parking and easy walk to the beach! The house had plenty of room with two living room areas and two kitchens! Perfect for multiple families!

This house accommodated our extended family trip so well. We loved playing games on the huge screened porch and it was perfect for my morning workouts as well. Beach access was very convenient. The only thing that would discourage me from staying again was how small the beach was at this point of the island. Other than that we would definitely come back!

A group of us came down for a concert and wanted to stay near the beach. This was perfect! Easy drive to the house and easy walk to the beach. Plenty of space for everyone!

Decent house on East Ashley Avenue but the basement accommodations smell musty and no one wanted to sleep there. Otherwise, it was a nice stay but the property needs attention indoors and out. Just a simple clean up of the outside of this house would have been appreciated. Garden hoses, beach toys and random garden items were strewn about the property which showed its age. The neighbors must hate having this house rental property next door.

With a group of 8 of us, we had enough space and weren't on top of each other. We were able to all hang out in the upstairs living room comfortably. Both kitchens are well-stocked with dishes and cookware.
The location is peaceful, but close enough to the main part of town to walk if you want. The beach access is very close.
I would recommend bringing extra pillows and blankets if you think you'd want them. There were a couple of extra pillows in the closet.

We rented this house which provided lots of space for us and our adult children and spouses. Nice set up with 2 full kitchens, just wished it had one more bathroom. The upstairs dishwater wasn't working but thankful the downstair kitchen dishwasher worked well.
Will keep this house in mind for future trips.

It truly is a short walk to the beach, some people exaggerate this and their description, but it's less than 10 minutes. Having separate living quarters downstairs with a full kitchen and bath was perfect for our situation. It was well stocked and clean with great communication.

We loved our stay. Very spacious. Everyone had their own space. With 2 living rooms, the kids could have one and we could have the other. Very clean. Everything we needed. Close to the beach. A nice walk to downtown.

Christmas at Charleston
property was great for our family of 8. beds were comfortable, kitchen is very functional and overall well maintained. There was one maintenance issue with a faucet and being Christmas there was a slight delay before it was fixed. Very close to the beach ( 2 minute walk) and quiet neighbourhood.

Perfect for family get together.
The two levels were just what we needed for our family meet up. Having two kitchens was a big help when preparing our Thanksgiving feast. Comfortably slept 7 adults, 2 children, a baby, and 2 dogs. Highly suggest renting a golf cart for your stay to cruise around the island.

Check in and out was easy, location was walkable to downtown and very close to the beach. House was nice and clean. Only suggestions would be more toilet paper (we ran out and had to go buy more) and an 11am checkout instead of 10am.
