We loved it and recommend to all it’s beautiful peaceful place to stay

Was very clean ,and modern, parking on site , close to historic church, quite , good size garden, greenery, and old style features especially windows and all furniture

It was a nice apartment family all enjoyed their time

The bathroom especially there was soo many small bugs/flies all over in bathroom apart from that was good.

spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen, quiet location, nice view from the apartment 10.

shower gel were not provided and the hand wash had run out when we checked in. bugs were in the toilet

Cozy modern apartment in historical building

We stayed in apartment 6 which was a bit separated from the other apartments in the building. Worked great for us. Great location in Ruthin. Generally a very calm area. Walking distance to town. Amazing view on the surrounding rural landscape from our apartment. There's no breakfast included but Candy Shack offers delivery of a nice breakfast with different alternatives.

At the time we were there there was construction work going on in a neighboring property from about eight in the morning. No big issue though.

Lovely apartment in lovely location

Lovely apartment in a great location. Even though we ate out, the kitchen had everything you need, all utensils and cleaning equipment. Great views from our windows. Comfortable accommodation.

Although there was a TV in the living room, we would have liked a TV in the bedroom.

Excellent place to stay, great facilities and space, close to town

Space , large rooms and all well thought out. Had everything we needed. Very clean.

Parking was a bit tricky but not a huge issue. We have a big car which didn’t help with finding a suitable space. Bathroom smelt of drains , quite strong smell. Bathroom was very clean so it was not a cleaning problem.

Wonderful stay with great family accommodation

Location was perfect and the apartment was spacious and clean, It was perfect for a family trip for a friends wedding. The beds were comfy and it was great to have towels and bedding provided. We didn’t use it but it was great to have an outdoor space with the building.

The drains in the main bathroom had a smell which kept coming and going however this did not hinder our stay.

Gorgeous place we'll worth the money.

I travelled with my 4 year old granddaughter for a two night stay in Ruthin. This apartment is gorgeous spotlessly clean very modern well equipped and the double bed we used was so comfortable we had a restful nights sleep. The apartment is located within a newly refurbished building in a quaint courtyard the apartment has a very large TV with an excellent package that is easy to use. I don't have one criticism of this lovely place it was awesome and very inviting. Located within easy access to practically everywhere we were even able to walk a few yards and go to church. I would highly recommend this property to anyone travelling to North Wales for business or pleasure

Lovely apartments in the Memorial Building

This was the 2nd time I have stayed at the Memorial Building. The first time we stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment and the 2nd time we had 2, 2 bedroom apartments. They are all beautifully appointed with comfortable furnishings and well equipped kitchens. The beds are so comfy with fresh white linen and the bathrooms have good showers. The hosts were very helpful and let us check-in early at 1pm as we needed to attend an appointment and had driven from Oxfordshire. I would definitely recommend staying in the Memorial Building, it is very good value for money and in an excellent location, close to the town centre.

There is nothing I didn't like but there could be a slight issue with parking as there is not enough spaces for the number of apartments.

Exceptional

The location was perfect, the historic building in a picturesque and peaceful setting yet only a 2 minute stroll through the church yard to the town centre.

There was nothing we didn't like other than I wish we could have stayed longer. Ruthin is a beautiful town.

Nice but very uncomfortable bed

Perfect location, flat was well laid out and fully equipped.

Overall it was nice but entrance stank of smoke and I don’t expect to have to take bins out and strip the beds for £120 a night. I have two very young children and this just wasn’t what I was expecting on a holiday. Also, no shower wash available.

The apartment was perfect for our two night stay. Very convenient location for the town centre.

Excellent breakfast from the bakery

Windows very draughty, maybe secondary glazing a consideration however I understand that it is a listed building so may not be possible. Bedside table and lamp needed for double bedroom.
