Avoid if with family or elderly parents.

The staff are lovely. Very helpful. The breakfast and food in general.

The listing. The photos and information will lead you to think that the room includes a washing machine, a refrigerator and a table with chairs in the room. However you'll be disappointed to not find any of those in your room. The property consists of flats across multiple buildings and and the mentioned facilities are isolated and spread across.

Never book such properties without ehics

First of all never book such greedy properties. One hour prior to checking in they called us and told that the rooms are not available and got allotted to others. They told that we didn't paid them in advance. While booking it showed as pay at hotel. We never received a call from them regarding prior payment. They told that we have to call them and ask them to accept advance payment which is completely absurd. Finally we stayed on roads on 3 hours with kids until we found other accomodation

We with kids faced trouble and their greed created a huge trouble

The rooms were neat and clean. The staff were very friendly. Parking space was huge. It is okay, for the price range.

Waste of money. Stay at a hotel instead.

Nothing. They did not deliver what was promised. I advice you to stay at a good hotel rather than these type of apartments.

The Staff are extremely rude. There is no house keeping. All the things are old and dirty. Whatever mentioned on Booking etc. is not true.

Pet friendly, peaceful and safe location very near to the highway. An absolute win !

Location - A KM away from the Pune Bangalore highway + extremely safe given that it's a residential colony + have petrol pumps, restaurants and shops within a KM radius. Pet Friendly - no ifs or buts, absolutely a delight for pet owners and parents. Ample space outside to walk your dogs. Value for Money - I think the price point was reasonable for the requirements. Ample parking space for your 4 wheeler or 2 wheeler Working AC and a comfortable bed

For a serviced apartment it lacked utensils and a kettle. The furniture seems worn out and ill-maintained - though that probably is due to the rough use by guests. No early check-in possible unless you upgrade.

This review is just to help travellers who get confused while reading reviews about this great service apartment,named Sorrento. Like everyone i was also in doubt while booking this and that's why booked for only one night. On reaching here the reception informed me that i had booked a budget category which is their basic category room. They showed me the upgraded rooms at a very nominal charge of rupees 300, which was awesome. Studio apartment is a very nice category! On my meet with Mr. Rangan there he explained and cleared my doubts about the variation of review ratings. Then he showed me his tablet and i checked all the negative reviews were by the bookings of budget category rooms, which has less facilities and smaller size room. So I recommend this property to all, if you have a budget book studio apartment category which is far better than the budget one!!! They serve very nice homely cooked meals and biryani aswell! I will next time come with my family also as they have all the facilities available and super helpful staff

Good and very nice property. Much affordable as compared to other properties in and around the area

The room I had booked was a normal budget category, at the reception only the guy informed me if I needed an upgrade at a nominal charge as they had some good rooms vacant. Rooms were superb and facility wise there is everything. They have a small cooking facility also inside rooms which he said is free of charge so I enjoyed cooking at the room also after a long time. Highly recommended for families. It's walkable distance from the main road

The room was spacious. Upon requesting, the staff arranged a refrigerator.

Needs a lot of cleaning. Washrooms were not hygienic. The drain hole was left opened. AC gives annoying sound. TV wasn't working. Apart from table tennis there's no other game available. The door locks need servicing.

Overall Good experience with a room for improvement

The location is good. the property looks a bit old but still the rooms are good. Rooms are clean, provided with mosquito repellent. Location is quiet. staff is good

There are 2 buildings, One has a bit older rooms while other has slightly newer rooms. I got the one with older room. There were only 2 charging points but they were away from bed and at high level so difficult to charge phone or any other device. No remote for AC provided and AC not working. Breakfast can be better.
