Welcome to Wilmington, the Port City! Stay in our spacious newly-built home located just a mile from the heart of historic downtown Wilmington. Bring the whole family- this property sleeps up to nine. It's just ten miles to Wrightsville beach and a stones-throw from the historic Wilmington Riverwalk. In town for a wedding? We're moments away from over a dozen of Wilmington's most popular wedding venues-- not to mention hundreds of bars, restaurants, and shops that call the Port City home.

The space
This newly-built home features a spacious open floorplan, self check-in, a fully-stocked kitchen, three bedrooms, and two and a half baths.

Our modern kitchen features white solid wood cabinets, granite countertops, stainless appliances, luxury vinyl plank flooring in the common areas, a tile shower in the master bathroom and more!

Great for kids, we have plenty of toys and games available for guests to enjoy. Our home is located right next to DREAMS Center for Art Education which offers dozens of drop-in activities and art classes for children.

Like to cook? We've got a fully stocked kitchen ready for you. Pots, pans, cooking utensils, and more are all available for guests.

Relax in the living room and watch Netflix, HBO Max and more on our smart TV. Listen to your favorite tunes on our SONOS sound system. Enjoy a book while you kick back in the armchair or take a nap on the comfortable couch after a long day at the beach.

Guests will have a blast enjoying the evening in our fully fenced-in backyard. Connect to the Bluetooth speakers and play your favorite music. Relax in the hammock after a day of waves. Eat dinner al fresco on our patio. Our driveway has plenty of space for three vehicles, and free on-street parking is available in front as well.

Need to wash your clothes? Our home has its own laundry room with a washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.

Guest access
You'll receive a front door lock code upon booking the property for self check-in.

Other things to note
While we try to be as flexible as possible for any guest request, we cannot accommodate requests for early check-in/late check out due to our cleaning teams exceptionally thorough cleaning procedures and tight schedule. Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 10am- no exceptions.

Please help us be respectful of our neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum after 11pm, especially in the backyard.

Parties and events are not allowed on the premises. Due to the quiet residential neighborhood in which we are located, our home is not suitable for loud parties, extra guests coming and going after hours and late night noise.

Our house comfortably sleeps seven, and has an air mattress available on site as well for a total of up to nine guests.

I travel every year with my family and rent homes. I always look at the reviews to help make my decision. So I'm going to be totally honest. My review might seem picky but I think people should know what my experience was like so that they can feel good about the decision they make. The pros - nicely decorated, plenty of room, close to Historic Downtown Wilmington. The cons - The neighborhood is low income and many of the houses are very sketchy. The privacy backyard fence blocks out the disorderly house and shop located directly behind this rental house. We didn't have any problems with the neighbors. But we were a bit surprised to find this nice of a home in this neighborhood. When two more family members came to join us, they said they drove around the block because they couldn't believe that this was the home I rented. The downstairs bathroom wasn't cleaned. We had to refill the propane tank for the bbq grill. It would have been nice to have more than one set of dish towels for the kitchen. Both of the upstairs bathroom towel holders fell off the wall. There wasn't a hide-a-bed for the extra person. There are three other identical houses right next to this one which is helping the neighborhood make a comeback. But it does have a ways to go.

We booked this house for our son's wedding. We had 4 people stay at the home, but there was room for more. The home is clean, bright, fresh and very comfortable. The backyard is adorable, but it was too hot to enjoy in the July heat. The property is set up for families which I appreciated, even though I wasn't traveling with kids. The next time I'm in Wilmington, I will definitely stay here again.

The house is beautiful and stocked with everything you need. Plenty of toys for the little ones! Safety gate on the stairs. Enough docking stations for the whole families electronics. The location is great for doing things around downtown Wilmington. However, keep in mind it is downtown. The surrounding areas look sketchy, but we didn’t have any issues. All in all we had a great time!

Our family traveled to Wilmington for a family wedding and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The owners have put great thought into all the small things that made our stay even more comfortable. The home is extremely child friendly (high chair, pack and play, toys, stroller, etc) and spacious to comfortably fit our party of 6 adults and a one-year old. The home was immaculate and the owner is super responsive. We even got to watch fireworks that were launched from the city/riverwalk 3 nights in a row. It's about a 20 minute drive from Wrightsville beach and the one day we drove to the beach there was lots of traffic and parking at Wrightsville beach is hard to find during peak season. Highly recommend this home and would stay again if we visit Wilmington.

If I could give a negative rating I definitely would

Drove 8 hours with 3 families only to find another couple had also booked the property for the same dates, called owner numerous times before I got an answer for him to tell me that there must have been a glitch in the systems. I feel he knew the house was double booked yet he didn't have the decency to let one or the other party know. Was refunded a partial amount but still owed money, and he didn't do much to help us find another place to stay.. I’ve messaged him several times with no response... Not a way to run a rental property. If your going to use more than one site to list your place, that people are paying YOU to rent, make damn sure you're checking both sites and keeping up with what's going on, if You find there's an issue, its YOUR responsibility to do your best to accommodate the family ASAP... REMEMBER WE PAY OR HELP PAY YOUR BILLS, so that's the least you can do.. Don't just find your next victim and then be no help or not answer your phone.

My son was getting married in a local venue and we were looking for a place to stay that we could be together and still have our bedrooms and we also required at least 2 bathrooms for us to get ready. The house fit the bill! Everything was like new, even had a new smell to it. There were 2 1/2 bathrooms which was perfect! It was very close to downtown and the airport! We even had a washer and dryer. We will be celebrating the reception next year for all that weren't able to attend because of the virus and definitely hope to stay there again!
