We love Margaritaville Orlando.We only had a few issues during this visit.One, the pool was not clean and we had to call each time we wanted debris removed and one time were told that maintenance wasn’t scheduled for that day so we had to swim in dirty water. The last morning we just went to the resort pool.Second, the downstairs temperature never got below 76 so sleeping in the downstairs bedroom was not comfortable.Third, the disposal was plugged in but not operational.Other than those issues. We had a great time.

House was just as pictured in the listing. It's close to the Resort, was clean and a perfect size for our family of 5. The kids enjoyed the pool and game room at the house. The location is very nice, for the most part there is privacy in the pool and patio area. We noticed other houses had a sidewalk behind them that went to the main pool area of the Resort or the ones without a pool had another house directly behind them. Loved the area, many restaurant choices, shopping, and fun for the kids.

The cottage was very nice, and the location very good. Only negatives were that the pool was very dirty when we arrived, but was quickly fixed. The floors in the cottage could use to be mopped, our feet were black. Beyond that, the beds we comfortable, and we had a great time. Every interaction or question/concern was quickly taken care of by the staff.

The house was beautiful and very clean. The house has the bare minimum in amenities. It has a pool which we enjoyed but the towels were a little bigger than a hand towel. We had 6 people in and out all day with small thin towels. Same for the bathrooms. 1 bath towel pp for 5 days. In 2 of the bathrooms, the tp holders were broken and on the floor. As for the kitchen, be prepared, there’s not even salt and pepper. These details, which are easily remedied, would have made our trip better.

It’s the 3rd time in Margaritaville, 4th if you count the 1 Day we had before lockdown in March of 2020. 2nd time at this address, loved every minute of it. The house is absolutely amazing very clean and like all the rest of the homes in Margaritaville nicely decorated. The pool and spa with the water view is the cherry on top. The community pool is also very fun for the family, we recommend that if you are in Margaritaville, you go here.

We enjoyed our stay at our condo with the private pool and spa. Upon arrival the unit was clean and we liked our location on the property. We were unsure how to get the spa to warm, but did call the front desk to get a solution to our problem and had a warm spa within a half hour. We did have a mite problem on the kitchen counters. Anytime food was set on the counter, small little mites would come out. We had to store all of our food in the refrigerator during our stay. Perhaps the unit needs to be sprayed? We also would recommend having a couple of towels for the kitchen. We had to use quite a few paper towels due to there being none. I also would recommend having additional bath size towels, especially with the pool and spa onsite - 6 towels was not enough. I recommend a net or something to clean the pool. There was quite a bit of debris floating in the pool, and we did not have anything to clean it with. We did enjoy our location, and how close we were to the resort, pool and main building. We like the area as it’s close to theme parks, good restaurants, and grocery stores. we would definitely stay again, this is our second time being at Margaritaville and enjoyed both of our stays.

Last December, we stayed at another cottage on Lost Shaker Lane. We liked it enough to stay again at a Margaritaville cottage, but we tried another. This one had a pool and spa, plus there were games on the top floor. We didn't use the games much (adults only), but it was a nice add. The air hockey table should have smaller pucks... Ha ! Ha ! This property was pretty nice. Well maintained and well furnished.Positives: Mostly clean. Basic necessities. Kitchen tools were fine and there were sufficient pots and pans. Toaster was fine. Beds are confortable enough. Large showers ans bathrooms. Pool and spa area was exactly what was expected. We didn't have a Margarita machine when we checked-in, but we were provided with one within minutes after a phone call. Great location. Easy access. Easy check-in. Very calm. Everything close by, even by foot.Negatives: Nothing major, but here is the list of small things. Pool was cleaned only once...and we would have needed a skim net since the wind brings constantly leaves in the water (there was none). We found a cockroach in the bathroom (but it's Florida, right ?). Some ants in the kitchen. No can opener. Kitchen chairs stained (but they were of pale color...). Coffee machine too small. Bring your towels if you are picky...We would rent a cottage again. Maybe this one. We would recommend to anybody.

First off, we really enjoyed the overall property. The hotel pools are beautiful, the promenade and access to restaurants is great, and the whole vibe is very relaxing. We did, however, have multiple issues with our rental cottage.*Several furniture items were broken. One of the seating stools in the living room had a broken leg, and one of the lounge chairs by the pool was broken to the point that it collapsed when anyone sat in it.*The dishwasher/garbage disposal are not installed correctly. You have to physically get under the sink cabinet and manually switch the electrical inputs to get one or the other to work. This is just shoddy construction work and easily fixable.*The cottage pool was very dirty when we checked in. A handful of leaves or debris is to be expected with an uncovered outdoor pool, but the pool clearly had not been skimmed/cleaned in a long time and had large buildups of sunken debris in the corners. It was bad enough that my young children wouldn't get in it because it was "yucky". We did request a cleaning, which was provided, but the attendant didn't bother to clean out the pool filter, which was completely blocked up with debris and two small pool toys.*The plumbing in one of the upstairs bathrooms was loose (as if someone had recently tried to take apart the drain and not put it back together properly). This resulted in a significant leak on our first day.*The quality of the towels and sheets are poor. Both were threadbare, scratchy, and dingy. Additionaly, I understand that guests are responsible for washing their own towels, but providing six small towels for six guests is really not enough for even one day's worth of use. Our request for additional towels was denied.I'm not sure if all cottages suffer from the same lack of maintenance or if we just happened to get a bad one, but based on the multitude of issues we had I don't think I could recommend this property to any

Incredible, better than we dreamed of. Having the amenities of the Resort Hotel yet staying in one of the resort cottages with pool & spa, a refreshing getaway and convenient to the coast, KSC, as well as the various sites in and around Orlando. Being able to drive or walk to the Sunset promenade, having separate bedrooms and bathrooms for our adult sons, full kitchen and laundry, but the home versus a hotel room is what made us select the cottage. I was able to put in a few hours of work remotely while my family enjoyed the pool, the gym, or a stroll on the beautiful property

Overall, the property was in good condition but could tell it had a little wear and tear from being a STR. Home was clean but pool was a little dirty upon arrival and cleaned next day. Home has many of the items needed for you stay but will need to still do store run for some necessities that I feel like could be provided. There’s are necessarily positive or negatives just comments to help future guests! 1. Very limited supplies, only bar soap in all sink areas. May want to purchases a soap for hands. 2. No salt, pepper or anything along those lines (I’m sure covid restrictions) 3. No pizza cutter lol 4. The dishwasher was broke which no one told us till we found out ourself which is fine but kinda annoying when your on vacation don’t really want to do dishes. There was not much or anything for drying rags to do hand dishes either so we used the beach towels. Again, fine but annoying? The house is “clean” however it could use a good deep clean as you feet get quiet dirty as you walk thru barefoot. Lastly, the shower pressure is INSANE! Literally like a power wash. My 3 year old son hated the shower cause it hurt. Nothing to do about it just don’t be surprised at the pressure!

Our family enjoyed this rental property so much! The pool was perfect right outside the patio! The kitchen had everything to make your own food. The beds were really comfortable! We went to Disney for a few days and had relaxing days swimming too. Sunset Walk was right there too for dining and shopping. Our kids loved the arcade! Love the location and the setup. The accommodations while nice, were lacking. There wasn’t enough detergent, soap, garbage bags etc. The quality of the toiletries and paper products was disappointing.
The guest experience could be elevated by providing full size products like laundry detergent that are used for multiple guests. Why not keep a traveling stroller and some umbrellas in a closet to be shared by visiting g guests.

We loved staying in our own cottage where everyone had privacy yet enjoyed time together in the pool and hot tub as well as a few great air hockey games. We loved the easy access to all the amenities. We look forward to returning soon.

This was my second time staying in Margaritaville at a cottage and my husbands first time. We had so much fun and the cottage was so beautiful and clean! We are planning a trip down here every year for our anniversary! The resort is also so beautiful and well maintained. We loved walking up to sunset walk or riding a HOPR bike up! We had a blast, can’t wait to come back!

We rented through Vstays. While the resort itself was beautiful, upon arrival we had issues with the company. First, there was no coffee pot in the cottage. After finally getting through to someone, a coffee pot was delivered. We went to the resort convenience store and were informed they did not sell coffee or filters. We would need to go to Target (10 pm at night). Then, the next morning we found out the pool and hot tub pump were not on. Called to get this fixed. That evening, hot tub was still cold. We were told they would need to switch the heating choice to hot tub, and that we should have received an email with options to request this prior to check in. We never did, nor did I get one in my Spam. I also let them know I never received the confirmation receipt of payment I had asked for twice, both over the phone and via email. After the pool/hot tub working for 1 day, we returned from Epcot to find it cold again. Then we were told we needed to run the hot tub jets for 20 minutes to warm it up. This changed to temp to luke-warm. Upon check-in, I arranged a late check-out (leaving at 1 pm instead of 11 am), which is an option if you pay $150. That morning we went to the resort pool. I returned to find many missed calls and a message left of my phone at 11:23 am that we were to vacate immediately. If our luggage was not removed, they would need to remove it. I called multiple times and finally got an answer. I was told there was nothing in my account regarding a late checkout. I let her know that I indeed set it up upon arrival, agreeing to pay the $150. She tried to tell me it would be $300 (which is only if you stay until 4). I corrected her. I also let her know of the many unfortunate issues we had that we would not expect when paying so much. I am not one to complain, but felt it was frustrating to pay for a pool and service, but not get it. At this time, she said she would send me the email address of her supervisor so I could contact him. She never did.
