Very good value for the price. House is spacious and clean. Quiet place especially at night. Heating and cooling work fine. Kostas is very friendly and helpful host. A lot of things to see in about 30km radius.
Yes, the shower setup is a little peculiar, but it is really no problem. It works and there is plenty of hot water. We used the Dustpan from kitchen as a floor wiper.
We stayed for 2 weeks. Lots of Rock Climbing around Nafplio and visited a plenty of very intresting places. We had scouted many of them beforehand, but still found plenty more. Kostas told us about Pyramid of Elliniko and we found a very interesting Prehistoric Cave of Kefalari just near it.
Other places to recommend see, that you might not find from tourist quides:
Prophet Elias Church in Asini (tranquil place and amazing view)
Vaulted tomb of Tiryns (Very well preserved! Walking distance)
Church Agios Nikolaos Krasoktistos (on the shoreline - very nice walk)
If you want to pick up good reasonably priced local food. We can warmly recommend "O Nakos" in Nafplio.
A microwave oven would be a good addition. Also a small side table or a chest of drawers would be nice in the kitchen.
Toilet and kitchen fans need fixing. But those didn´t bother us.

Everything! It was such a great place to stay and we were lucky enough to be here for a week. It is a fantastic base for exploring this part of Greece, but we also simply enjoyed being in the apartment which as been skilfully converted from a garage showroom, we think, and has excellent air-con, a very comfortable bed, a useful kitchen with the best cooker hood, very spacious, airy rooms and a fabulous terrace for ourselves. Parking was easy, the village itself has a wonderful taverna and some excellent shops. It’s easy to get to Nafplion and the area nearby, even by bus, although it helps to have your own transport. Kostas takes the biscuit, though: a charming, helpful, entertaining and responsive host who bent over backwards to help us and gave us a bottle of his own delicious white wine as well as some delicious liqueur, knew all about everywhere and everything, and made our stay really special - thank you!
The shower took some getting used to and is certainly unconventional, but actually works very well for keeping yourself clean, on its long flexible hose - and mopping up after using it was rather fun. Others have whinged about this; it works fine in the hot climate where everything dries so quickly.

Big size and cleanliness of the room. It is perfectly located in a calm place near Nafplio. Kostas is an expert about the area and can give you good recommendations for sightseeing and local restaurants. He is a great host.
All fantastic.

It is located at a walking distance from Tirynis. The appartment was very comfortable, very clean and very well decorated. We had no issues with the shower (despite the comments from other guests).
The kitchen could be better equipped.

Very nice host. Nice place.

Spacious apartment, even with the sleeping couch extended which provides 2 bedrooms. Quiet neighbourhood, easy to reach if you have a car, strategically between the Mycenaean archeological sites and beautiful town of Nafplio. Furniture a bit oldfashioned but good. The owner, Kostas, is an amicable guy.
Bathroom is a bit primitive, cannot use shower and toilet at same time, but for the low price one shouldn't complain.

A really interesting place to stay: a former gas station transformed into apartments, in a village surrounded by orange orchards ( was great in May when orange trees were in bloom) ; The design was beautiful, and the decorations and furniture are a great mix vibe of family touch, traditions and modernism; It was much quieter than expected, even though it is situated at the main road; The location is great for exploring because you can easily go to Nafplio ( 5 minutes drive) and Tolo, Micene, and all attractions in the area; You do however need a car in order to move easy in the area. The host was helpful and communication was easy;
Would be a great plus to have a separate shower; It is doable to mop all water from the floor, but not really comfortable during holiday;

Mr Kostas is very hospitable, polite and helpful. He prepared the house appropriately so as to have a wonderful stay. The apartment was very clean and spacious and it is located in an extremely quiet village, 5km away from Nafplio. Highly recommended.

The owner Mr. Costas is very generous and hospitable. He supriesed us with fresh oranges from his own garden, a bottle of olive oil from his own trees, a bottle selfmade wine and some Christmas cookies!
The apartment is very clean, cozy and warm (AC with good heating), kitchen is good equipped for cooking.
Toilet and shower is in one room without shower curtain, so the toilet and the floor of the bathroom gets wet while showering. Its sufficient for getting clean but do not expect to much.
Good WIFI connection available and private parking on the property.
Thank you for the nice chat and the "welcome package" again Mr. Costas!

The appartment was very clean and we had everything needed and even more, including private courtyard. :) The neighbourhood is safe and quiet. Kostas is the best host we have ever had. He is very open and friendly, the communication is great, we had all the help and felt so welcomed at his place. We only regretted that our stay there was too short!

Very nice, clean and spacious accommodation! Everything that you would expect to be in the house was there! The surprise was the cute and private courtyard. A very nice touch to a very lovely property! Peggy and Kostas were the perfect hosts providing a very informative run down on how and where everything was. They had the air conditioning running for us so the house was cool for when we arrived as the weather was very hot outside and they had provided a few bottles of cold water in the fridge which was very thoughtful of them.
There was not anything that I did not like. The house was as advertised and more! Really nice place and super value for money!
