Grosse déception. À éviter!

Le prix annoncé ne correspond pas au prix payé! En arrivant, on m’a demandé 3000 pesos de plus que prévu pour la semaine. Au départ la chambre avait la grandeur d’un garde-robe. Ce qui ne correspond pas au descriptif sur Booking.com. La vue d la chambre donnait sur un mur de béton. Pour le même prix on s’est trouvé un hôtel sur la plage!

the confirm my reservation over the booking app but then they ask me for a cash deposit outside the app in order to don’t loose my reservation. when I arrive the property they only accept cash…

Kitchen, full jugs of water not having to need to buy bottled water which I hate. TV, ceiling fan, air conditioning, good hot shower, near the sea and restaurants, quiet at night...

No view, personally we had to go up 4 flights of stairs but you could get a lower floor. No balconey, our shower drained very slowly and the water built up.

Surprisingly Good Value

Beach; 3 minute to 6 min walk straight line to wide playa, children+adults safely enjoy ocean and no tow. All rooms- modern steel doors, secure windows w screens, tile flooring, 10ft ceilings, Quiet Policy, very-clean, most guests are snowbirds from Canada who stay long-term. Our room was studio w Frig, 2 burner stove, comfy bathroom. Basic rooms are clean, adequate, with bathroom. Helpful and friendly staff.

Floors accessible by stairs, no elevator, guests us-too, were OK with stairs but you need to decide for yourself.

alright for one night

good value for what you get. our room was right beside reception so we didn’t see much of the whole hotel since we were just there for one night. there was hot shower.

you can hear everything through the walls. I think it was a worker there who was coughing all day and night and spitting up phlegm very loudly. its the noise I went asleep to and woke up to. mattress is very hard

Good price, very clean room, secure parking across the street.

Price and cleanliness of room.

Room was beside the "maid's closet". Maids made a lot of noise at 6:00am!

Everything was very good. The staff the location. Very quiet at night time. Walking distance to many stores, beach and main center.

Generic town on the way to somewhere else. I was there during the off season (July), so my bad.

Location was good. Got around on foot just fine.

Completely average, generic, utilitarian look. Ever been to a "Motel 6"?

misleading per booking

The wifi and air conditioning worked good. The room was basic, simple and clean. Staff was friendly. After 11pm it was generally quiet and comfortable to sleep.

The booking.com listing stated there was a kitchen in all the bungalows. Evidently I booked a room, not a bungalow, this was not clear, there was no kitchen access and the price I had to pay at the location was different that the price I booked, approximately 100peos higher. The staff said they could not offer a discount. Other things on the listing were inaccurate such as, It stated it was wheelchair accessible, it was not. In the morining there were many families (locals) lined up outside with belongings all over the sidewalk, unable to use sidewalk. The children scream a lot in the pool so it can be noisy and busy.

It was not as it was describe or like in pictures. The stay was horrible and there was a gun shooting the morning of our stay that we had the leave the place way before check out
