It was a beautiful place! Very clean and spacious. Everything we could have needed was there. We spent a lot of time on the screened in porch and made good use of the kayaks. The shed was well stocked with paddles, life jackets, bikes and helmets, ice chest and other things. There was two grills we made use of as well. Chairs outside for soaking up the sun and a fire pit to sit around at night. My family was very happy for the week!

The only misconception is I thought the property would be directly on Crystal river but it’s on a canal off the river.

We loved the ease of finding it! When we got to the house the front yard was so cute! The palm trees and landscaping was so tropical. We ran out back and the kids were in life vests and out on the water in 15mins. We are a water experienced family. I was so shocked that they had so much extra stuff to do! A few fishing poles and Crab trap, bikes and helmets for every age family member, a cool scooter, screened in porch, super comfy fire pit, kayaks and stand up paddle boards and life vests in even baby sizes! There were baskets of games and books to read, magazines and pamphlets on the surrounding attractions. And that’s just a little sampling of the activities. Perhaps itself on the inside was really gorgeous! Very spacious and well lit! We love the motion detector lights at night so much that I ordered some when we got home! There was a TV with Roku in every Bedroom and the living room! The kitchen was so clean and nice! The kitchen was stocked with every useful thing I would have brought from my own kitchen from a wine cork to grill tongs and a meat thermometer! Plates cups mugs of fancy craft and pod coffee machine, I even have a little selection of pods of coffee and stuff in the cupboard. They also had a charcoal and a gas grill available! We used the charcoal one quite a bit and loved it! The master bedroom was amazing! I really love the bedding, it was just beautiful and comfortable! A ceiling fan in every bedroom was totally awesome! The TV was really large and perfect for the room! They have really big closet and lots of empty hangers I was able to hang all my clothes up it was really nice! So now I’m spoiled and I want my own closet at home 🤣 The shower in the master bathroom was beautiful and they had a dispenser of shampoo and body wash on the wall and even such a nice amenities as a hair dryer and air freshener in the bathroom :-) beautiful colored towels made it look really nice!

We would love party lights outside around that gorgeous fire pit! And the WiFi as a bit slow when everyone was using it. But no real complaints, this was so much better than a hotel!
