About this cabin rental
Beautiful setting on 60 acres of gated lakefront property. Quaint, extremely remote getaway in the Ozark mountains. Prepare for an escape, this cabin is miles from the nearest town. This property joins an additional 500 plus acres that you have access to. Boat and Jet Ski rental available ( 25 and older). High speed internet, WiFi, Netflix, flat screen Roku tv’s, Fire pit and grill. Several decks including a brand new addition by the lake. Fun awaits as you can paddle board, fish, or kayak right from the cove located on the property. No additional fees or cost to use them. Life jackets from small to extra large provided.

This place is absolute peace. Such a beautiful property and house. The views off the covered deck captivated us. The swinging couch on the porch was well used.
The host are Amazing! When we entered there was a gift basket, filled with so many amazing items. Our Grand children loved it as well as our selves! The hosts thought of everything to make our stay Incredible!
We enjoyed the hot tub, as well as the Mule and the many trails surrounding the property.
This was the perfect stay for ourselves and our Grand children ❤️ Thank you Mike and Sherry for our Amazing stay! Looking forward to another stay!

This is such a gem! It was a wonderful cabin and location. The hosts were so thoughtful-they had left a basket for us with all kinds of goodies-they made us feel very welcomed. The cabin was cozy and the views were fantastic ! We enjoyed getting in the water and using the atv to get to and from the lake. We enjoyed the hikes on the property as well! We hated to leave but definitely will be back!!

This Cabin/Property/Lake is unbelievable! The cabin was clean and had everything you could need and more. The property, with its decks overlooking a private cove on the lake, is amazing! The owners were able to get us a dock slip from a neighbor for small fee for the time we spent on property which was great for time were out on the lake! We enjoyed our time and hope to stay here again in the near future!

We enjoyed our family vacation here so much. The house was well stocked and clean. The hosts were very friendly and quick to answer any questions we had. The lake was beautiful but wish the water was higher to enjoy it from the new piers. The ATV was a great touch as the house is a bit of a walk from the lake. We didn’t realize that it takes 45 minutes to an hour to get to the nearest store but other than that it was perfect for our family of four!

The house is tucked away so cozy in the trees and is perfectly clean. The kitchen was well stocked and had all the essentials. Our hosts were so sweet. We were there for my husband’s birthday and they left a cake and candles in the refrigerator for him. Overall we had an amazing time and would definitely stay here again!

The setting was beautiful. Quiet and peaceful. The cabin was plenty big for us with a huge porch for relaxing. Anything we needed was provided. Mike and Sherry were very welcoming and if we needed anything, they were on top of it. 2 lovely docks down at the lake and lots of walking trails. It’s like being in your own state park. They even have eagles. So awesome!

My kids and I were welcomed warmly with greetings as we walked in with sweet note and gift basket. Everything was as pictured and more. Pictures do not do it justice for the amazing view from the cabin. Everything was clean and staged very well to make you smile and feel at ease. Many ways to relax, have fun, and enjoy the stay. We didn’t get to kayak. That was the only thing we hoped to do but they were locked during our visit. The communication was great and instruction to find cabin and get in were clear. I loved the porch swing by the fire pit and the hot tub! Thank you for being a wonderful host and having us stay at your lovely cabin by the lake!

The property was so peaceful, quiet and very private. Thank you for letting us use your place it was such a great experience. Thank you also for the gift basket for my wife’s birthday that was so thoughtful. Would love to stay here again in the future. Definitely 5 stars. They have kayaks, canoes and paddle boards for your use that’s a definite plus if you have kids or just love the water. Thank you for such a great getaway for wifes birthday. Almost forgot to mention the hot tub is amazing also spent lots of time in there since was a cold rainy weekend.

We absolutely loved the tranquil setting, beautiful views and abundant wildlife to view throughout our stay. The hosts made our 25th anniversary extra special in so many ways - thoughtful gift basket and helping us arrange dinner at a lakeview restaurant including the evening boat ride to and from dinner.

This was just what we need to relax and decompress. The view from the front porch was amazing and so relaxing and the entire property was just gorgeous. The cabin was just as beautiful and relaxing.

Love staying at this cabin. We love paddle boarding and the addition of the spa was so fun. The only thing we missed on this trip was having wood for the big fire pit, but the small one was nice and we could still make s’mores. We can’t wait to come back and my son has said he has missed the cabin every day since we left.

My partner and I chose this spot because of its proximity to Norfork Lake, the Spring River, and the White River. It truly is a beautiful location. We loved walking down to the lake multiple times per day to take a quick swim or to take out the paddle boards and explore the lake and the coves. There are a few trails on the property that we loved hiking early in the morning and after dinner. We would take our binoculars so that we could birdwatch. We hope the land continues to remain unspoiled. The trees, wildlife and view of the lake are surely to be admired and respected. This would make a fantastic writing retreat!!!

This was the perfect time away for our family! The breathtaking views cannot be beat. We enjoyed all the amenities. Our boys (2 teens and a 7 year old) had a blast. Communication with Mike and Sherry was quick and easy. Thanks again for sharing this piece of Heaven with us! We will surely be back :))

The description of the property is very accurate. Checkin and communication with host could not have been better. Cabin was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable and plenty of linens and towels. Hot tub was a nice treat too. Views from the porch are wonderful.

We had a wonderful family vacation at Rich's place. From the time we first started searching for a place to stay and asked tons of questions till after we left they were very responsive.
It's a beautiful place, especially the lone pine tree.
We were able to enjoy all their amenities. My 17 year old daughter caught her first fish in their cove, loved the paddle boards, worked on her tan, and of course took advantage of the wifi. My son turned 7 years old during our stay and they made it very special for him. He chased rabbits, fished, learned checkers, canoed, collected seashells, and made a new friend with **** the owner. We needed some fishing tips and bait and he hooked us up. My son said "**** is a good friend to do that." We felt very safe on the property and it had all we needed for "the best vacation ever".
The inside of the house was great and a special touch was given to welcome us. I've never been so cold with a thermostat on 73. The hot water was always there and for a family of 4 that's saying something. The cellphone chargers by the bed and couch were a nice touch.
Stop looking for a place and just book this one. It doesn't disappoint and you won't have to leave during your stay to keep the family entertained.

They went above an beyond to help us and get us in contact with the right people to help us get our vehicle fixed. I would recommend this cabin to anyone wanting a break from life and I have already recommend it to my family and friends. . Look forward to going back.

Wow! What a beautiful and wonderfully perfect vacation we had! From start to finish we were all just blown away. The hosts had a very lovely personalized basket waiting for us upon entry. From breathtaking views to making long lasting memories with the kids, this vacation was everything promised and then some! The host, home, and views are so much more then pictures can truly allow. If you want a modern yet secluded vacation away from home this is it! I truly can not even out to words how amazing this place it! Best family vacation ever!

If you are looking for relaxation and unwinding from the day to day this is the place for you. cabin is better than pictures. Very clean. Check in was super easy. The views are so much better in person. I highly recommend exploring around. Super awesome place.

We thoroughly enjoyed this scenic and quiet cabin on the lake. Perfect for key family with the close access to put the boat in and catch some fish in the beautiful and quiet lake. The cabin was clean and tidy, the hosts very easy to communicate with and incredibly thoughtful, and the setting picturesque with the best sunset views. The trails throughout the property were the perfect way to set out and enjoy the area. The hot tub was icing on the cake!

My family had a wonderful time unwinding at this cute cabin! Upon arrival you feel like you are truly disconnected from the daily grind. The welcome basket was just a warming welcome that my entire family enjoyed. You could tell there was thought and kindness put in the basket. We enjoyed spending time together through fishing, mule rides and laughs by the fire at night. We played board games, outdoor games, searched for creatures in the surrounding woods and just very much enjoyed escaping life! We are trying to see all 50 states and this was the BEST way to see Arkansas!

Love our time at this property! Had great weather and were able to enjoy paddle boarding. Love the outdoor swing and big firepit as well as the few boardgames. So nice to be able to get away and feel so far away from all the hustle and bustle. The hosts are the best-- always leave such a thoughtful welcome basket and my son was excited about all the candy!

This was a return visit for my husband and I. We have enjoyed this property both times. The hosts are very kind and accommodating. The property is absolutely outstanding. It is beautiful, relaxing, and there are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy throughout your stay. Clean home, love the outdoor patio. Can’t go wrong here :). Can’t wait to come back next year!

We were looking for a cabin by the lake and woods to celebrate our wedding anniversary and this rental was just as described. Honestly, it's more impressive in person, the pictures online do not do it justice. We enjoyed lazy mornings, drinking our coffee on the porch with the gorgeous overlook. Mid afternoon we would head down to play on the lake with the provided kayaks and paddleboards. After that we would take the provided Mule and portable Bluetooth speaker on a drive through the wooded trails. Actually, that was one of our favorite parts. We would just sit at the top of this hill in the woods, listen to music, and enjoy the breeze. The owner went above and beyond by decorating the cabin for our anniversary. They even left us a gift on the counter, a basket filled with champagne, treats, and gifts. The hosts were very gracious and made themselves easily accessible if we should have needed anything. However, we had everything we needed. I would certainly stay here again. Twenty-two years of anniversaries and this place ranks in my top two places!

Our family had a blast here!!!! It was exactly the quiet, fun getaway I had wished for for our family! The property was beautiful and serene with plenty to keep us busy. Our kids loved running around outside, watching the animals (two adorable fawns hung around while we were there), the smores and all of the different lake activities we did (a bit exhausting for Mom & Dad but the memories made it totally worth it!). The use of the UTV was awesome and extremely helpful. The property hosts were accommodating, thoughtful and nailed it with all the attention to the little details. We will most definitely visit again!

We had a relaxing and fun end of summer getaway at Rich’s cabin on Lake Norfork.
Everything was perfect. The cabin was spotless and decorated perfectly. Everyone in our family was so pleasantly surprised by the welcome basket. It was so thoughtful! We had a great time on the paddle boards and kayaks that were included with the rental. We also had a great time renting Rich’s boat and boating around for two days on Lake Norfork. Sherry gave us great sports to go to for cliff jumping and tubing. We recommend to anyone!

Peaceful, relaxing piece of paradise and most perfect hosts!
Perfect definition of Lake Life. This property is amazing. The house is clean, updated, beautiful and the owners make sure to stock it with everything you may need and more. The setting is absolutely stunning. The lake is clean, warm and with private access you can be out in the water with ease and privacy. The owners of the property really go above and beyond to ensure the trip is relaxing and enjoyable. When we first walked in, there was a huge gift basket (bottle of wine, 4-pack of delicious beer, a gift for every kid) on the table with a welcome note. There was also a bday cake in the fridge for our youngest that was turning 6 the next week. I mean, who does that? Very thoughtful and amazing. Thank you Sherry and Mike. You guys are awesome!!! Kayaks, paddle boards, lily pad are provided. Mike even lets you drive around in a 4x4 mule around his huge property. The hospitality they provide is unlike anywhere else we have stayed. Because of the remote location and privacy, we were able to unwind and really relax which is a huge blessing and not easy to find. We don't say this often, but we can't wait to go back one day.

Amazing Secluded Cabin
Our stay here was amazing! When we opened the door and the boys saw that basket of of goodies they were so happy! Sherry was so sweet to think of them. Candy, water guns, and s’mores, all the things teen boys would love. We quickly unpacked the car and headed straight to the lake. When they saw all of the fun water things they were going to be able to do, kayak, canoe, paddle board & fishing, they said, “This is the best cabin we ever stayed in!” We loved that it was secluded and were able to explore on the mule. We saw so many deer! The hosts are nearby and very welcoming. We can’t wait to go back!

Amazing birthday stay with the family.
Mike and his family went above and beyond to make us feel special and comfortable during our stay. From the surprise birthday cake (which was incredible) to the decorations and presents everything was perfect! We also added on a jet ski which everyone loved. Coffee selection was excellent along with the views from the porch made for great mornings. We loved the easy access to the lake and dock for swimming and fishing. Watching the deer while cooking dinner on the grill was a huge bonus. Will definitely be back!
