About this apartment rental
This property underwent a big remodel in the first half of 2023, finishing touches are being added in the summer (July) and new photos are coming soon! The description of the property that follows has been updated to reflect the changes made so it will differ from what is shown in the photos for a short time. True oceanfront property located in the highly sought after Pismo Shores Estates gated complex. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, access to in-ground pool & spa. Condo offers unique opportunity to watch the waves and sunsets from right on the beach front. Pismo State Beach, Pismo Pier Promenade, downtown restaurants, shops and entertainment all adjacent to the gated condo complex. You enter the property on the main living level, to the left is the first bedroom which has a queen bed and smart TV with Sonos sound system. Straight ahead takes you down the hall to the second bedroom which has the regular king bed and smart TV with Sonos sound system, as well as the laundry closet and hall bath. The hall bath has a combination tub and shower. Off to the right from the entry is the gorgeous, fully equipped chef's kitchen with high end appliances, including induction cooktop & convection oven. Enjoy your home cooking on the beautiful built-in dining table which has a nice ocean view, a breakfast bar for some extra seating, and home bar setup with wine fridge and plenty of barware (no alcohol is provided). Just off the kitchen is the serene and spa-like primary bedroom suite, also with ocean views. The bedroom has a king Sleep Number bed which allows you to adjust the softness of the mattress for your own comfort level as well as raise the head and foot areas up and down, operating each side of the bed independently from the other, and smart TV with Sonos sound system. The en-suite bath attached to the primary bedroom has dual sinks in the vanity, two separate clothes closets with mirrored sliding doors, a glass enclosed roll-in shower with fold-down seat and hand-held showerhead, and water closet with a smart toilet that also includes bidet features. At the top of the stairs going down to the living room is the main Sonos sound system control panel, which allows you to play many different types of music and you can play something different in every room or the same throughout the property. The living room has a big sectional sofa that has 2 twin pullouts for additional sleeping (linens are provided), smart TV with Sonos sound system, fireplace, and nearly a full wall of floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors with a view directly out to the beach, the Pismo Pier and the Pacific Ocean. The lower level of the oceanfront deck has a large sectional outdoor sofa with a natural gas firepit table (not suitable for outdoor cooking), and a propane BBQ.

And it doesn't get any better at Pismo Beach than the Pismo Shores oceanfront condos!!This particular unit has been nicely updated, and there was plenty of room to spread out. The garage is a nice place to put beach stuff so you don't bring sand into the living space.

Condo 127 is amazing! They just recently remodeled the whole house. It is beautiful. They upgraded the beds. We slept is good. What we didn't appreciate was the noise in the morning from workers making repairs, and college students jumping the fence and using the jacuzzi & pool. We had to wait a couple of times.

Perfect location for our family vacation. The views were awesome. We really enjoyed the close proximity to town...able to walk to all the shops and restaurants. We've stayed at another home for several years on the other side of town and this location provides all the same conveniences but without the sounds of traffic and pedestrians...that was a huge plus for us!!! The unit had not been prepared. Evidently the owners or someone had stayed without telling CVR. The master bed was not made. The master bath and kitchen had signs of use. Dishwasher had not been unloaded. Had to search for bath towels which were found down the hall on the washing machine. The garbage disposal was frozen which my husband was able to repair. Patio furniture needed hosing to remove bird poop but nozzle on hose was broke. The propane tank was empty when we tried to barbeque our hamburgers. And to top it off we shared the kitchen with ants. All of this was very frustrating for the price we paid. If none of the above had happened, my only complaint would have been there's not enough seating in the downstairs room. The condo sleeps 6 but there is only comfortable seating for 4. Overall we still had a good time.

We loved the location, right on the beach with a wonderful view and a very short distance to the Pismo Beach pier so that we could easily walk to restaurants and other attractions.

Such a great location, you can’t beat it! The condo was larger than expected and fit our family of 6 while we had to be out of our house. Even though we are local, we will be back!
