Very clean which is important to me. Very helpful staff

One light bulb was out. The outlets over the night stand didn’t work. We could hear conversation in adjacent room

Pleasantly impressed.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The facility was impeccable in its cleanliness and quality. Location was superb. Walked across the street to the Riverwalk and coffee shop. Absolutely fantastic value!!! I’d do it again.

Cereal options could be updated.

Great hotel for the price. I have stayed here twice and will most likely book again.

The staff was excellent. The cleaning crew was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and things ran smoothly.

Construction on the main street was a little rough, but certainly not the hotel's fault.

This hotel was perfect location too. It was less than a mile away from our student. The breakfast was awesome. The person who supervised the breakfast is a doll. You ur company is blessed to have her.

Nice, comfortable and reasonably priced!

Very nice breakfast buffet style included. Great to have different kinds of coffee available all hours. Also hot water and tea along with lemon water all day/night.

Not much. I’m sure if you are not aware, the whole road is under construction. This is not the hotels fault, though.

The room was clean and nice. The breakfast was nice.

The price for the room was a little more than I expected from booking the room to seeing the facilities in person compared to fancier places I could of stayed for that price. The hotel is nice all together just the price was high.

The location was convenient to the things needed; however, the area is under heavy construction that was a little difficult to navigate.

The room was filthy, and I don't say that lightly. In the original room we checked into, there was a half-eaten chicken breast near the couch and crumbs on the couch. We talked with the front desk and they moved us to another room. The second room was not much better. There were cracker crumbs and Skittles on the floor. The phone cord had some sort of chewed food smeared on it. There was hair on and in the bed everywhere. There were crumbs on the box springs behind the mattress near the headboard. On the last morning of the stay, there were ants everywhere on the coffee bar/refrigerator area. It was disgusting! I tried to find another hotel once we realized how dirty the second room was, but nothing was available anywhere else. It was a busy weekend in Tuscaloosa. Needless to say, we will NEVER stay here again. We paid a fortune for really one of the worst stays ever. (And just to be clear, we told the lady at the front desk about the second room, too. Nothing was done or offered.)

University town, not much tourism, clean and friendly town

Nice room with plenty of space, great location, check in staff excellent, happy to help with our late arrival, just great all around.

Overall, a very place to stay.

Very clean hotel and the staff were nice. It's located downtown with close to the university. Near the river so that you can walk down the river and rest.

My room was next to the elevator, so noisy all the time.
