Exceptional

This is the best villa I have ever been in Cyprus. Very comfortable, modern design, very clean. I felt like I was at home. Located close to my favorite beach. We had a car, so it was 1 min drive.

I was thinking hard during my stay to find something I don't like. The only thing I can suggest to the management company is to put more towel holders in bathrooms and to make a shelve in showers.

Nice villa, shame about the building work nearby

Villa was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Spacious and airy, and modern. Within close walking distance to Protaras centre.

There is a building site opposite which started at 7am - 1pm/2pm most days (not weekend). It was very noisy and made sitting outside by the pool noisy and unrelaxing. If had known this would have booked elsewhere.

lovely stay, would recommned and would book again

due to a booking error, our actual villa was unavailable. but spoke to a lovely lady who sorted us out a new villa- the royal pearl residences. and can not fault her or the villa.

Great villa in a great location

Modern, spacious and clean villa. View of the watermelon field was great. Beds were comfortable and loads of seating to relax and socialise.

No condiments or cooking supplies (tin foil, oil etc). no hoover to clean up and no beach towels. pool was great but filter in pool didn’t seem to be cleaning out particles properly.

Disappointing and overpriced.

Location

The pool was freezing (not heated) There was a lot of dust (thick layers of it) especially on top of the beds and in the bathrooms. There was no bathtubs. The shower drains were blocked so the water would flood the bathroom. Disappointing and overpriced.

Lovely Villa pity about the cold pool and lack of sun in garden

Lovely modern villa. Great location. Villa had everything we needed kitchen wise. Great service from rental company. Overall a good stay just a pity about the freezing pool.

The swimming pool was absolutely freezing cold. It got zero sun and was unusable. My daughter wouldn't even go in and it's difficult to keep her out of the pool usually. Showers need a good clean. No safe found.

We would definitely go back

The villa is new, modern, bright and really very cozy, it had everything we needed, except vacuum cleaner :)

The villa was not qualitatively cleaned. There was a lot of hair on the stairs to the second floor and in the living room, which was very annoying. If there had been a vacuum cleaner we would have just been vacuumed and this dirt would not have fallen so out of sight :)
