We were just there for 2 nights and were out and about each day and evening. So we just needed a comfortable place to sleep and this was perfect for that.

The location of this townhouse was our main reason to choose it. The host is quick to respond back on virbo messaging system. The following items were of a concern to us: - There is no bathroom in the main level where the living room, kitchen and dining room are! There are bathrooms on the second & the top floors only! - The kitchen is equipped with top notch Vicking stove & microwave, however very limited supply of 1 frying pan and 1 small pot! - For a 2 bedroom home with 3 beds to accommodate 6 people as advertised, there are only 6 forks, 6 knifes, and 6 spoons! Same number for coffee cups & glasses!!! - Seattle’s is known for the plethora of superior coffee to enjoy! It goes without say that a coffee maker in a home this size is simple thing to have! Unfortunately the townhome is only equipped with those cheap disposable hotel like coffee maker! Disappointing for coffee lovers! - Overall the kitchen looks nice in the pictures but very unpractical for anyone who wish actually use it!! - the rooftop outdoor space has outstanding views of the city! Only 2 chairs!! There is a very dirty sink & water source. very dirty & full of left over painting supplies & brushes!! Certainly was not ready for use by anyone!! Very dirty!!! So in conclusion we made the best out of it but certainly will not return! I was very surprised by the high rating given by previous guests of this townhome!! Perhaps they did not need to eat or drink or go to the bathroom during their stay!!

We stayed there for our son's graduation from UW. Great location, easy to get to campus, lots of dining options within walking distance. Like other's noted you do have to hike up the stairs to use the restroom. Was bummed to see the couch in the landing wasn't a sleeper couch, there was only a blowup mattress. Not a huge deal and likley my mistake in not reading the description more closely.

We booked the Eastlake townhouse for a family Thanksgiving trip. The house was as described and in a great location - easily walkable neighborhood and easy access to public transit. It was the perfect stay & opportunity to explore our former home city!

We had the best stay at the townhome. Only wish we had time to use the beautiful rooftop space! Really convenient, clean and well set up for a short stay in Seattle.

Lovely stay at a really nice place. Pros: very clean and comfortable, each couple had their own space/bath plus extra room to spread out. Terrific location in a great neighborhood. Easy access and reserved parking space. Cons: lots of stairs, no bathroom on main floor. No coverings on windows in main bedroom so privacy concern esp at night.

Kit, the property manager, was very responsive to questions. Our two day stay was perfect. Everything we needed. Very close to excellent dining and a surprising market is 1.5 blocks away. Would highly recommend. Thank you Kit!

Enjoyed our stay! However the kitchen was not reasonably equipped. There was one small sauce pan and no serving bowls. It made cooking our Thanksgiving dinner (the reason for our stay) very challenging! Minimal silverware, plates, etc. If that is the situation it should be stated in the property description. The sunken living room was impossible to keep warm in the cold weather.

This is a beautiful townhouse which had room to stretch out for our group of four. It is meticulously kept and very comfortable. The rooftop has a wonderful view is a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. This Eastlake home is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood and is close to downtown Seattle and tourist “must sees”. The parking spot in back is very convenient, and we appreciated not having to look for a spot on the street. As our host, Kit answered our emails promptly and in a friendly manner. All in all, we were very happy with our stay in this beautiful townhouse!

This is our second visit to this beautiful property and it was fabulous again. I love the convenient location of all of the cute restaurants and shops in Eastlake. It is in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood. The townhouse is bright, modern, and nicely decorated. We had a slight problem with the key code to get in a few times, but the communication was prompt and got resolved each time. We will definitely be back again!

We came out so the kids could visit colleges and made a vacation out of it! One of them found a college! The rental offers many amenities-great view of the city, walking distance to restaurants, short drives to grocery stores, and was a great mid waycpoint for day trips! Kit was very responsive to my many questions! Our favorite thing to do locally was to walk to the community p-patch. Our favorite day trip was the Olympic National Forest.. we saw 8?deer, a bear, and many rainbows. We will definitely come back to check out the rain forest! Thanks for a great space!

Super clean; quiet location while still near restaurants and bus stop. A bit chilly on the first level but we just moved a space heater from the bedroom to take care of that. Kit was very responsive to messages while we were there.

Beautiful place for four…I know more can stay but I would not recommend. Also, no kids (which we didn’t have) because you can hear anyone on the stairs. It was super clean and very comfortable, but I cannot imagine any more than four. Love this location!

This was a great spot for myself and 4 family members while we visited Seattle. The location was close enough to all the sites you want to see in Seattle, but enough away from downtown that you were able to enjoy some quiet time. The unit was very comfortable and allowed for the 4 of us to spend time together when we wanted, but we could all also have personal space.
