Our family comes every year for the Spartan race and this is our second year staying in this property. It’s clean, spacious and conveniently located to the mountain.

Wood burning fireplace, large mud room for gear, pool table in lower level, plenty of beds for everyone to have there own, large dining table for everyone to be able to sit and eat at once. 3 bathrooms speeds up let's get ready to go time. Host has it dialed in with explained house instructions. Binder filled with important info and guest log. Thank you Justin.

Justin’s townhouse was in the perfect location for our ski trip to Killington! Would definitely recommend staying here, just bring quarters for the pool table.

This house was perfect for my group of friends. We loved the proximity to the mountain for 2 great days of riding. The house had everything we needed for cooking and so much space to hang out. Would highly recommend this house and would love to rent it again in the future.

We were very pleased with our stay and would recommend this property. Plenty of space, clean, had all the amenities. Enjoyed hanging by the fire and the pool table was a bonus. Justin was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions. We saw a bear walking thru the back property. Convenient to Killington Mountain, restaurants and riding trails.
Thanks!

Stayed for a spring skiing trip. More than enough room for 4 adults and 3 kids - everyone could find their own space. Very clean, nicely furnished and totally comfortable. Plenty of towels, extra blankets, and bonuses such as laundry, grills, fire place, board games and a pool table. Only 5 minutes from the mountain and close to all the restaurants. Would absolutely stay here again.

The property is much better than in the photos. Exterior a bit basic so I think it undersells. Inside of property perfect for group or big family ski trip at Killington. Owner very easy to communicate with and very helpful. The house has all your need for ski trip. Close to mountain and restaurants. Inside has fireplace and two good TVS and kitchen with all the cooking needs. I cant think of anything missing. One item is just the outside got very muddy after spring rain but hard to blame owner put this could be helped with some dumping of sand etc.
I think key to this house is that all the little things are there such as good cable as we went on march madness weekend and fun downstairs with pool table. Also beds and sheet and towels were in great shape and a good variety of twins and Queens. Highly recommend

This place was everything you want... close to the mountain, walkable to town, cozy with a fireplace, fun to hangout in. The driveway was very icy, and there was a lot of cleaning required of us considering the cleaning fee. Nonetheless an amazing weekend, all needs met.

Great condo for the 8 of us. We had 4 adults and 4 children. This condo had a basement with a tv and pool table which was a huge bonus for the kids to hang out and have their own space. Condo has everything you need for cooking. We’ve stayed at a decent amount of rentals over the past two years and it was great to have a real fire in a fireplace. Located in the Colony condos half way up the access road, you are minutes or less from anything you need or want to do. Justin was very accommodating and quick to answer any questions. I would definitely stay here again.

We all loved our stay at the Newmont Lodge in Killington for Thanksgiving and the World Cup Races. The condo is well equipped with plenty of beds and bathrooms. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and loved having the pool table. We enjoyed the convenience of being close to the nightlife. Would definitely stay there again.

The booking procedure was flawless as was communication with the host. Killington is a great central Vermont location to explore the Fall foilage which was spectacular. There were 7 adults who were accommodated nicely in this 3 (4) bedroom 3 bath condo. Although showing some signs of wear and tear, it was clean and had most everything you would need to prepare meals in-house. Restaurants are nearby including a great pizzeria right across from the road leading to the property. There was on-demand hot water (a little slow in the kitchen) and thermostats serving each of three floors. The host was going to check on a couple of things that needed attention but had no significant negative impact (freezer door had a tendency on occasion to pop open when the upper door was opened and closed and dishwasher didn't adequately clean the dishes). A major plus was the firewood that was stored inside in the outer entryway to the condo. It was well seasoned and fire starters were provided. Word of warning, if it rains heavily, the sandy parking lot becomes a mess. We packed and left on a rainy morning, and it wasn't a pretty sight. One last minor inconvenience is that trash must be driven to a bin at another site within the complex. All in all, we would stay here again.

Great location, 5 mins from Killington base, very clean and had plenty of kitchen appliances.

We stayed at the condo so we could go to the Fox US Open 2022 mountain bike races at Killington Resort. This condo was absolutely perfect from the accommodations to the location relative the the resort. Very quite location and plenty of space inside for all of us and our riding gear. We even had space to store our bikes in the mud room where the firewood is stored. Communication with the owner was very easy and Justin even let us check in a little early so we could work remote a bit before heading to the mountain. For sure we are going to rent again here and probably during the winter for skiing as well. But for anyone looking for a great place to stay while visiting the bike park, I highly recommend this place! Absolutely superb!

Lovely little gem close to Killington.
We enjoyed our stay, the unit was clean and had everything we needed and I mean everything! We had a snowstorm on day of departure and without the shovels and ice melt provided we wouldn't have gotten out of the complex! A little gem of a condo!!

Excellent Value
Excellent value for the price considering location, space, and comfort. We were a group of 7 and were very comfortable! ~5 min drive to killington ski area! Would definitely stay here again on my next Killington trip!

Condo convenient to mountain
Well appointed, comfortable and clean unit. A bit dated but fit the bill nicely for our family with 3 bedrooms plus what effectively is a 4th bedroom in the downstairs family room. Very conveniently located right off the main access road only about a 2 mile drive to Ramshead & snowshed bases, about 3 miles to K1. I'd recommend they upgrade to an electronic keypad (or provide a 2nd set of keys) so different people can get in and out more easily (the unit has the old fasioned realators key 'lockbox' with a single key and we had 2 groups coming and going to the mountain at different times which presented a bit of a challenge), but otherwise highly recommended

Perfect getaway for families
Spotless, well appointed unit a short drive away from Killington base lodges and tons of dining and shopping options. Plenty of space for our group, with lots of kid-friendly activities. We look forward to staying again in the future!

What a place!
Beautiful area. Felt safe. Clean house. Comfortable beds and furniture. Loved having access to games and movies. Washer & dryer was a great benefit for us due to our travel needs. Full kitchen was nice as well. Wood burning fireplace wasn’t used but would be great if needed! Communication with host was quick and easy. Check in very simple.
