Amazing place in the absolute best location imaginable, by the main square and near the steps to the port! Super friendly reception and the best bed comfort, quiet street, amazing shower. I felt like staying forever!
Everything was perfect. I wish the pool was open later as swimming quietly wouldn't have bothered anyone.

maybe one point to upgrade is the breakfast, it's good but more variety would be welcome

beautifully renovated old building in Mahon city center. very spacious room with the latest technology. simple but very tasty breakfast. María was really helpful with restaurant recommendations ☺️
we found the shower not to be super well designed so there was water on the floor when showering

Lovely staff who could not do enough for you the rooms was clean and tidy with all amenities you expect.
When we arrived we had to wait until 4pm for check in.

Excellent service from the start from Maria. The rooms are cosy and super clean. Location is great.

it’s located in the heart of Mahon, next to a local market. Room was exceptionally clean, nicely styled.
our double room is too small for a couple, it probably suit more for a one person. The hotel don’t offer a hot breakfast. Swimming pool wasn’t heated.

Enjoyed staying at this hotel. Very helpful staff , good breakfast, and good location. A novel phone app was provided to open the front door and the bedroom doors. We would recommend this hotel.
The photo of the swimming pool on the Booking.com site is a bit misleading. The pool is small. A "plunge pool" if you will. It would be helpful if the exact dimensions were provided as part of the website material.
The Booking.com emails sent whilst we were staying at the hotel were annoying especially as the prices quoted were very expensive and uncompetitive eg the taxi price quoted by Booking.com for a journey to/from the airport to the hotel in Mahon was twice what we actually paid for the taxi that we arranged separately. Booking.com should seriously look at providing much more competitive rates. Otherwise Expedia and TripAdvisor and other competitors will get our business.

very friendly and welcoming, answered all of our many questions with good humour and patience.
The swimming pool was more of a foot Bath.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty ok (just not much of variety)
Location was perfect. Walking distance to most of the restaurants and shops.
Free parking was available (walking distance) or paid parking just across from the hotel.
Hotel was very clean and love the RITUAL bath kit.
There was no quilt in the room but we do like sleeping with the air-conditioning with a blanket usually. They saw that we used a mattress protector instead as we were asleep and did not realized we yanked out the mattress protector as there's no blanket. However, they did provide a quilt to us the next day which was nice but it had no cover. I requested for one but it was just the quilt on it's own which I found a bit odd.
There was a tiny pool but there was no towels provided at the pool but my room was closeby, so no issues.
Love the no key method but the only problem is that both my spouse and I sometimes have to go separate ways and having to login to the app to unlock the door, kicks the other person out. Would be nice if 2 people can login at the same time.

Lovely light room. Lovely terrace. Casual relaxing buffet breakfast. The property is perfectly positioned.

nicely renovated house in the historic town
much too expensive for a small room with no view and no furniture (apart from the bed and a tiny table with a chair); it's more like a hostel than a hotel: bad value for money!
Their tiny "pool" in the patio is more or less a bathtub (and it was closed in the evening) 😕

Great and very fresh breakfast.
The pool is actually only like a big bathtub. Nice enough but not for swimming.

you hear everything what is going on in the house… my room was at the ground floor with a small patio, but could not see the sky.

The property is very central, the swimming pool was a big bonus and the hotel is modern, clean and lovely. Having a fridge in the room was also handy.
