No WiFi. No mention of electric meter requiring pound coins. Could not get the fridge to work. The site looked like a travellers site.

Location is perfect, a short 10 minute walk to Yaverland beach. The chalet is in a quiet corner of the park.
Could do with a little updating, even though the green 3 piece suite was comfy. We have stayed in many chalets that have been cheaper and not had to pay for electricity in a £1 meter, only one other. The hob took a long time to warm up as it was quite old.

Beautiful location, within a short walk to the absolutely gorgeous beach. The chalet was very homely and had everything we needed.
The kids loved the 'glow in the dark' stars painted on the ceiling of their room! Lovely friendly neighbours that made us feel really welcome. We loved the fact that it was a more private area of the chalet park as well.
All good, thank you for a very pleasant stay!

beautiful part of the holiday park.
great location.
quite, friendly - good communication
radios in rooms was a nice touch + a fan if hot
kids loved the bunk beds.
sadly is was not very clean on arrival, dirty crockery, cutlery, kitchen draws, sticky finger prints on doors, cupboards, cobwebs, spiders, dust.
main bed is uncomfortable.
dated decor, sofa.
no towels.
fridge was unplugged and off, not sure if it got to a cold enough temperature.
we paid electric via a coin machine - no one mentioned this prior to our stay.
it’s a shame as we had a fantastic trip but cleaning not up to covid standards. so sorry!

Excellent location, peaceful family site.
The accommodation was exactly what you saw in the photos. Close enough to walk to shops, beach & coastal path.
We would definitely use this accommodation again.
It would have been handy to have a small shop onsite selling basic food supplies. As none car drivers we had to walk or catch a bus to Sandown.

The location is great, close to the beach kids activity and town center.
The actual accommodation is not worth it for a family stay. The kitchen is tiny with not much to enable cooking. You can't get food delivered as there is barely any reception. Shower is not easy to use to wash children. And overall it's not clean.

The chalet was very nice and comfortable, bed was cosy. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The location couldn't have been better.
There should have been spare lightbulbs as the bathrooms bulb had blown but we didn't notice until it had got dark on the first night. I also had to clear quite a few cobwebs from down the side of the beds and ceilings.

Perfect location for access to Sandown beach, walks and children's attractions. Good restaurants nearby. Vacuum cleaner provided was excellent. Ample parking. Good basic amenities in the house. There was a fan provided which was handy in the hot weather.
Bedroom carpets could benefit from an upgrade. Instructions on using the pre-payment electric meter would help as have never seen one before - fortunately didn't have to use it due to the lovely weather we had.
