About this apartment rental

Beachwalk - A Beautiful gated community within a very short walk to Vanderbilt Beach, Ritz Carlton Beach Resort, fine dining at Mercato, movies at The Pavilion Shoppes and Whole Food Market. Beachwalk's amenities includes 2 community pools, fitness room, 6 Har-Tru tennis courts, bocce and pickleball. This beautiful second floor 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo has high ceilings and is open and bright. Enjoy the large sliders in the living room that open to the lanai with new flooring overlooking the lush landscape and lake. The unit has been completely remodeled, new kitchen, new bathrooms and freshly painted throughout, is nicely maintained and beautifully Furnished, has large master bedroom and bath. Washer/dryer and large closets.

Our stay at Beachwalk was amazing! 2 months of sunshine and warmth. The condo’s location is perfect for a walk to the beach and more. The owner, Gina, is easily to deal with, readily available and will address any questions or concerns in a timely manner!

Condo was great - Lanai has a wonderful view of the pond Every morning we would take our coffee and sit on the lanai and watch the turtles come up to sunbath - birds come to take their morning bath - and occasionally the one and only baby alligator would come up to sunbath. The condo is in an excellent location, easy to get anywhere especially the beach The owner Gina was awesome. Easy to talk too. We will definitely be back again
