If your trip is more adventure focused, the home is located near the Red Rock Mountain. Saguaro Lake is not far away as well. This home is also located an easy drive to Major League Baseball spring training stadiums, the Barrett Jackson auto show, the Arabian Horse Show, the Fiesta Bowl and all the other great area events
If you are going to be travelling around the Southwest after your time in Phoenix, you can feel free to leave bigger bags here and use this as your base. San Diego, LA, Las Vegas, and the beaches of Mexico are all about 5 hours away. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, White Mountains, and AZ`s wine country are 2-4 hours. Take your carry-on and leave the big stuff while you explore. We have been to almost every corner of the state, so if you want to know the hidden treasures, we would be happy to tell you our favorite places to visit.
Please note, because Phoenix is so spread out, we advise having a vehicle if you stay with us. Public transportation is not far away from our home, but it takes a while to get to most parts of the city from our home. With a car, we are convenient to most parts of the Valley, including downtown Phoenix (sports, restaurants, and arts), Tempe (shopping, restaurants, nightlife), Glendale (sports and shopping) and Scottsdale (shopping, arts, sports, nightlife).

We HIGHLY advise having a car if you stay with us, and we have off-street parking available for you. Phoenix is a SUPER spread out city (50+ miles in all directions), so while we do have public transportation near us, it can take a while to get to your destination by bus.
Feel free to ask about distances, and we will let you know average drive times.

We absolutely loved this house! The location, the space and the pool were wonderful that the 7 of us were able to spreadout, great house amenities, location was close to everything we wanted to do! All communication with the host was easy, with quick responses. Would gladly recommend this rental!

We were very pleased with our rental of this property. The location was great for us. It was very easy to find the rental property and was close to stores and freeway access was easy. Our 2 smaller grandkids enjoyed the pool the most since it was a shallow one. We would most definitely stay again.

What a great house in a perfect location! We stayed at this house for our son’s graduation at Arizona State. Our boys love to golf and they used the putting green every day! The pool was great, it really felt like a mini resort! The houses is fully equipped and large. The pool table also got a lot of use. Close to grocery store and restaurants. Lots of walking trails.

This property is in a great location to be able to do day trips and explore, and very close to so many restaurants, shops, and grocery stores, as well as walking trails. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. Lovely for morning or evening walks. The house itself was immaculate and very comfortable. While I could see where the pool might not be ideal for younger children due to it having the built in umbrella tables (not really a pool for swimming), it was fine for my young teens to cool off in and we all enjoyed playing on the pool table in the house. Who knew my 12 year old would become such a pool shark!? My husband loved the arcade game too. Nobody was ever bored at home when we weren’t out exploring! Excellent and very quick communication with the property management made sure our stay was problem free. We had a wonderful AZ vacation and would definitely stay here again. We miss it already.

The backyard was very nice and we really enjoyed it. However, disappointed with the house itself. Living space was small, the table (combined pool/dining) totally unusable for dining. In the Master bedroom, there is no door separating the bedroom from bathroom: so, if one is in bed, impossible to turn on the light in bathroom to take shower or use sink without illuminating the bedroom. Also, there was no shade in the bedroom so waking up early due to sunrise.
That being said, the host was very nice and very responsive to our requests and installed shades in the Master bedroom, the third day of our stay.
So, overall nice but, apart from backyard, not up to expectations or what is being reflected on site.

Property was ok but rental manager was terrible. Sent a e-mail 2 days before arriving to ask if we could get in 2 hrs early. no reply. arrive at house and again .Also greeting book was found on the day that we were leaving. we bought steaks for the bar b-q and no gas until we saw the greeting book that explained how it worked thank god when we left we put it where it should have been. And one more thing we had a pool guy show up on the second day unannounced.came through the side gate when the woman were sun bathing not impressed.overall the house was ok location was good but like I said I will never book a house if short term manager is involved.Thank You Rick Durand

Great House! Great Manager!
Our family of 4 loved this house. It was very well appointed, very comfortable. The location is fantastic, with easy access to walking and running trails nearby along with lots of retail, restaurants and entertainment. The Managment team was amazingly responsive, they quickly answered any questions we had for them. The only downside was that the pool was a little chilly, but that is to be expected in late March and Early April. Overall, we would highly recommend this house.
