Great stay, perfect location.

Updated, amazing shower, elevator

For being updated, some things didn’t work as well, like USB plug ins. Rooms also couldn’t be close together.

It was just plain horrible.

shower handle falling off wall....sink faucet loose and not working properly.....elevator did not work on one occasion......do not like no door to shower...stain on carpet in middle of room...we informed workers but no action taken.....I traveled on business when I was working and stayed at many hotels all across the US...I can truthfully say "This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in!!!!!!!!!

It was ok. Would’ve been better if bathroom was cleaner.

The bathroom wasn’t clean. The shower was dirty, the shelves underneath sink were dirty and floor next to toilet had pee on it.

had to wait at the desk when I arrived at checkin. no one was there. went to the room and no pillows on the bed. went back down and ask for pillows and was given one. the fire alarm/sprinkler in the room had a flashing light that was a nuisance while trying to sleep

Should be $85 a night instead of the $160 we paid . Will never be back. Charging Hampton Inn prices

Breakfast was terrible. Left and went to McDonald’s. Poor isnulation. Could hear water running down the walls everyone somebody upstairs used the bathroom or brushed their teeth.

We won’t be back because of the quality and the price.

The rooms were clean.

The breakfast was horrible. Breakfast is supposedly served from 6-9. We went at 7 and just about everything was picked over and the hotel had no plans to restock. The eggs are cardboard, bacon paper thin and everything else is mediocre. For the price of the rooms you would figure a more pleasant breakfast. As well as the Tv quality is bad! Please bring your own entertainment because they have a Rubix cube of a remote. We were excited to see they offered a Firestick service but the remote is slow and if you log in your account and just get ready to have potential guests watching your account you pay for after entering your account information. Because you won’t be able to log out as some of the buttons on the remote have been disabled. Cable options take a while to figure out. Long story short bring your own Entertainment and Breakfast.

Breakfast was terrible, the hotel wouldn't give me extra towels without me walking back to room to retrieve old. The main hotel associate had a attitude. The pillows weren't comfortable at all.

Disappointed for the price

The location

we asked for towels to be brought to our room since there was no housekeeping doing cleaning and that was not done so we had to ask twice, the breakfast was mediocre, we had to go every night of our stay to get our keys reactivated because they became unactivated, the staff was not very attentive, the beds were comfortable however the pillows were the size of a throw cushion and way too soft.

Clean and Comfortable

The staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast was good. The room was really clean and comfortable.

There was a baseball team staying during our stay. They were camped out in the parking lot doing what looked like tailgating. Kids were running up the hallways and slamming doors for some time which was quite disturbing and annoying. The hotel ran out of towels so we had had to wait for an hour or so for towels to be able to shower. It was a minor inconvenience because it made us late to our event. The mirror was broken in our bathroom by previous guests when we arrived but we notified staff and they noted it.
