Nice and clean with good amenities.

Large comfortable apartment and the whole complex was very warm. The only slight negative, was the size of the shower (i'm a big guy).

Relaxing and hastle free!

Absolutely spotless rooms with very modern facilities. Bathroom had nice full bottles of shampoo/shower gel and extra toilet paper. Kitchen had plenty cutlery/utensils/cleaning supplies. Cheaper than other hotels and in a great location close to the city centre Accommodating hosts for late check in at no extra charge, friendly and straight forward

Pub next door VERY loud constantly from early hours til late, but not invasive unless you're a very light sleeper.

A pleasant surprise in terms of accommodation concept.

The price was very reasonable for the facilities on offer - light, spacious room, nice decor, fully-functioning kitchen, bathroom en-suite, TV with Netflix & Prime, quiet, very clean & modern building. The location is ideal for accessing the city centre. Although it's just the other side of the city's ring road, it's just 7 mins walking from the railway station & about the same to the city centre shopping precincts. There are some restaurants (Lebanese & Thai) just around the corner & a large pub (The Aardvark) next door. Despite this the area at the weekend was quiet & didn't disturb our sleep.

The area is less than salubrious. The bed was too small for two people & therefore uncomfortable. The shower cabin is also too small - & we're not big people!

Worth a re-visit

Clean, spacious, with a colourful and practical layout. Despite being close to a pub, there was no noise from their customer. Walking distance of the city centre. The host has very helpful when something had to be collected after being forgotten and left in the room.

Very little wrong, but only one knife was in the drawer when everything else had been provided for two people, and the cleaner had not seen that the toilet had not been flushed from the previous customer. Views out of the window were rather 'industrial'

location was ok, internet was good, I had a fire escape so another door to open for fresh air. the room was clean and the building hall way was well presented. washing up liquid was there and a new scouring sponge.

could not get the hob to work, but that could of just been me. for some reason with it having kitchenette i was expecting a toaster but there was not one. toilet seat was loose,

Not impressed.

The rooms are relatively newly refurbished and present well. It is close to town and we walked to most areas. The kitchen was functional with adequate utensils.

1. The host did not provide an email earlier on the day of arrival for the lock box entry code to allow us to get the key. 2. On arrival at the property at checkin time we still had not received the email. I messaged the host with no response for almost an hour. 3. We activated our roaming sim, at cost, and tried to ring the host several times and it went to message bank. 4. After waiting around for an hour the host finally messaged back with the entry code and an apology, “ sorry, I was outside and left my phone inside. “. Really? . Not at all acceptable. 5. While the accommodation is handy to the town centre it is on a busy walk way and our room was right against the foot path. People walk past at all hours of the night, talking and yelling. Sleep was disrupted every night many times.

Location good but not comfortable room for a weekend stay.

The location was good in relation to city centre but was noisy. The room was clean. The bathroom was bijou. But clean. Bit like being in a caravan.

There was only one folding chair to sit on. Not comfortable to relax in room. Bed was very uncomfortable. Pricy for what you get.

Good for short stay

property was clean and check in and out process was easy and well communicated.

the bed was smelled than a double but I had booked a ‘deluxe double room’. The duvet was also not a duvet, it was more of a mattress topper (very thin). As it was winter I put the heating all the way up and was fine to sleep

Superb

Clean and comfortable and close to city centre. Good cooking area ..important for self catering which we prefer. TV with Netfix a nice bonus.

On arrival only 1 security card provided ..as a couple 2 cards preferred. Happily another card was provided.

fantastic accommodation worth the money

the pictures don’t justify how beautiful the accommodation is. it’s better in person , very clean and Morden. communication is 10/10 any concerns or problems that I had they would respond back very quickly. I would recommend anyone who wants to stay in Coventry to pick this accommodation. I felt very safe and normally I don’t feel very safe in that particular location. great location in terms of local shops right out side and the shopping centre only 5 minutes away. train station was only 7 minutes away everything was convenient. one of my top 10 places to stay in Coventry as it was great for work. I will definitely stay here again

Easy access

Bed was the first week bad - they had to change the bottom as it was killing my back. There was a smell in the bathroom that didnt go away and was bad. You had to pay a deposit - that is fine - but as I paid by PayPal I lost 10£ on fee's and didnt get it reimbursed.

Not suitable for couples, fine for a single traveler

We hired this as it was close to the rail statio. Staff were responsive and checking in and out was easy.

Bed is a large single and too small for an adult couple. Only one chair, no dining space. Minimal cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery. The exhaust fan hadn't been cleaned and there were pools of fat on the cooking top whenever we came back to the apartment.
