We really enjoyed our stay in this Seabreeze condo. The condo was clean, fully stocked with everything we needed, the owner was easy to get ahold of. This was my very 1st VRBO booking so I was nervous and he made everything very easy! Everything was with in walking distance and it was truly the perfect family vacation!

The condo was absolutely beautiful in every way. The unit was spotless which isn’t easy for a place on the beach. Stunning views from the balcony and easy access to beach and restaurants. Definitely looking forward to returning!

Absolutely perfect! The unit was spectacular! Just as the pictures show, or better. Beds are comfortable - even the pullout sofa. The balcony comfortably seated us for morning coffee and evening sunsets. Close to John’s Pass via road or beach. A lovely walk either way! Jeff is an exceptional host. Very prompt and responding to messages! Check in and out went smooth and our stay exceeded expectations! Thank you Jeff! (Mary is the sweetest).

Our family had an ideal stay at this property. Our kids loved the space and the ease of getting to and from the pool and beach. The condo is well-appointed with towels and beach gear. Everything a family could need is in the kitchen. There is a convenience store across the street if you need extra paper goods or drinks. We found the location highly walkable, even for littles who tire out in the sun. The water was so calm, the beach pristine and the sandbar boasted handfuls of sand dollars. It was such fun! We will rebook this exact condo for our next Florida vacation.

We had a great vacation here. The condo was excellent. It was clean and had everything we needed. It was a quick drive to several restaurants and shopping spots. We loved being able to walk straight onto the beach and also having the pool available on the property. We would definitely recommend it.

Great, clean unit and great building! Had luggage carts, shopping carts and building manager was there every day keeping the building clean! Well equipped, great location! We loved our stay and will be back!

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Breeze. The views were amazing. The pool and hot tub were very clean and comfortable. Wish there were a few more shaded seats or umbrellas to sit under as there were only two but of course that doesn’t reflect on the host. The walk to the beach was easy. Loved having the beach chairs and umbrella available to use as well as sand toys for my youngest! The beds as well as all the furniture were so very comfortable. Would say a few more towels in the unit would be ideal although there is a laundry room right across from the unit to use if needed. The host did check in to make sure we had everything we needed and was quick to respond! I would definitely stay here with my family of 5 again!

Very nice place. Great open living & dining room with spectacular view of the Gulf! Watched dolphins jumping & beautiful sunsets. Comfortable beds & well stocked kitchen. Pool area & hot tub very nice too!

4 of my girl friends came to Florida to stay by the beach. Felt very safe, easy to get to St. Johns Pass. Amenities at Sea Breeze were great. Would of liked some pool things like noodles to float around in the pool. Provided with chairs for beach, umbrella and cooler which was very nice. Only complaint is needs to be stocked with more towels, make up towels and toilet paper. 4 women need more than 4 washcloths and one make up washcloth and 3 rolls of toilet paper, What can I say we are women. Otherwise great stay and will try to stay there again.

This condo is beautiful!! Very clean, comfortable and furnished nicely. Close to lots of restaurants and shops. St. John’s Pass is within walking distance. The best part was being directly on the beach. What a view! We enjoyed the sunsets from the balcony. I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone visiting St. Pete. The property manager, Jeff, was great at communicating with us. He even checked to see if we needed anything during our stay. This condo is wonderful! Thanks for making our stay so memorable, Jeff.

What an amazing stay and location! Jeffrey was amazing and all with the unit was as promised! More than we were expecting and all that we needed! The view was spectacular and the unit was comfortable for all ages! Looking forward to our next trip back! Our family of four booked our stay with Jeffrey almost a year in advance. We found his listing, saw the reviews and made up our mind that this is where we would spend Christmas break. It was an incredible stay. Seeing dolphins from our balcony was a highlight. The proximity to restaurants and activities in John’s Pass was a short walk away. The beach was clean. The basics also exceeded our expectations: clean bathrooms, clean kitchen with appliances that work as they should, comfortable supportive beds, and a cooling system that did what it was supposed to. The decor was modern and bright. We would book this place again and recommend to anyone.

The updates really made this a NICE experience for an older building The professional decorating made this stand out from some other places we have stayed at. More VRBO owners should use a professional. The host was great.

My husband and I had a wonderful week here with a great beach and amazing sunsets! Jeffery was great and checked in with us a couple of times and got back to us quickly! The condo is very clean and nicely updated. The kitchen has everything you need and all the furniture is nice and comfortable! There are beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler in the unit that you can take to the beach. Beach towels are also provided! The washer, dryer and trash shoot are just across the hall so that was really nice. The washer and dryer take a credit card. You can walk a short distance to Caddy's on the beach or to John’s Pass. When you arrive you can get a luggage cart or shopping cart that is located in the parking area as you go the pool. We really loved this place and look forward to coming back!

We really enjoyed the amenities here. The pool and jacuzzi were really well taken care of and very enjoyable. The beach was always clean and there was plenty of room for the family. The condo was gorgeous, and included many extras, which helped to reduce the amount of stuff we had to bring. Gorgeous views from the balcony and within walking distance (about 10 minutes) from John’s Pass. Uber can be taken to Clearwater or St. Petersburg. This is an excellent place to stay and we would rent this exact unit again.

This unit is newly updated and very nice. It has a well equipped kitchen and linens were provided. It even had some beach chairs. But the best part is the spectacular views of the beach! We also liked that John’s Pass was nearby. Also, the TV’s seemed brand new and you could sign in to your own Netflix. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful condo!

Perfect place for a family of 4, king sized bed and 2 twins for the kids. Clean and newly renovated. Great view of the beach and sunset. Most everything to cook meals! Easy walk to John’s Pass, The Candy Kitchen or Caddy’s for dinner. Would stay here again.
