Everything about this property is nothing shy of perfection! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Tom, the property manager, who was the most accommodating for all that one might need during your stay. From ice to directions on and off the water, and advice on navigating the Keys, he was the greatest host anyone could ask for. The house is laid out so comfortably and was perfect for our large group. I would recommend this property and location to anyone looking for a paradise to wake up to every morning!! We can’t wait to come back and never want to leave. Thank you again Palms Resort

Amazing location and clean, spacious house. Secluded and private. Well worth the 20 minute drive to Key West.

This property was a beautiful location and great proximity to plenty of good fishing, quick trips to Key West or other keys, and a nice place to just relax.

Our family of 11 ( me, my husband, our daughters, their husbands and children ages 10 mos to 4 years old) stayed for a week at the end of Feb. The house was immaculate, views were breathtaking, amenities perfect. The beach/ocean was perfect for the kids, sand play, shell searches, and shallow water! We saw dolphins not far from the dock! Tom was fantastic and helped in every way possible from tips of where to eat, things to do, even supplied a baby gate to keep our lil ones safe! We all were sad to leave but took with us the greatest memories to cherish!

Beautify house on great secluded beach. If you are looking for a nice place for a low key stay, this is the place. Had a great few days with the family literally on the beach. House was clean and ready for us, and Tom (property Manager) was super helpful with suggestions and answering all the questions we had.

We had a fantastic time. Only thing that would have made it better was a pool. But overall awesome. On site Property manager was awesome. Made our stay top notch

We live in West Palm Beach and wanted to get out of town to the keys for a relaxing weekend. We found this great house with a beautiful beach and (shared) dock. The house is perfect (can sleep 12) and has a great downstairs deck with lots of seating, which we utilized a lot, and upper deck with a balcony and it's very own sunset/sunrise viewing rooftop. It feels very private as you're out from the mainland quite a way.
Communication with the property manager and caretaker were great and we loved our stay here. We went out to eat most nights, but the kitchen was fully stocked should we have decided to cook. There is also a grill which we utilized one night. There are lots of kayaks/paddle boards available. We went in the middle of summer and if you're planning on going then, be aware of high seaweed and very warm waters (typical of the keys). We highly recommend and would definitely go back!

The property was nothing close to what was shown to me prior to booking. Upon arrival Tom the onsite manager preceded to tell me that not only does the seaweed smell it puts off a toxic gas and will stain your skin, clothes and Jewelry. He also told me that he wouldn’t let his own family play on the beach or swim in the water let alone recommend it to us. Then he says - truth be told the property wasn’t ready for guests at all as it needed weeks worth of repairs and he couldn’t believe they didn’t warn me or give me notice. The property was unsanitary, unsafe and unacceptable. I was traveling with my whole family and three small children. I wasn’t willing to accept the property in its current condition. I called Cadmeir to express my concerns. He said he would call the owner and see what he could do after Tom the onsite manager said he had already talked to the owner and the owner said he would refund me in full but it was up to Cadmier. Then Cadmier calls me back and says they’ll refund only 3days but I’d still he charged a full day for checking in! Even though I never checked in or unloaded anything because it wasn’t even cleaned yet. I have pictures and videos of trash, building materials, nails, glass, debris and a complete mess of the exterior. The “beach” and murky brown water was completely barricaded by mounds of impenetrable seaweed and trash the likes of which anyone booking has probably never seen. Google - “high seaweed key west” and then go to images and find the worst picture imaginable. Except for those pictures don’t show loads of garbage that apparently per Tom is cruise ship garage that washes up on their particular beach from cruise ships dumping their waste in the Atlantic. Then Google - “seaweed fumes toxic” and read about how the toxic gases can attack the nervous and respiratory system and be fatal. You can’t even go outside because the smell/fumes takes your breath away and Tom said it was only going to get worse and said the decomposing seaweed is filled with bugs that sting and bite. The house had exposed electrical in multiple rooms and was the final straw. I could not being of sound mind accept the terms or conditions be offered by Cadmier. I had no choice but to leave and file a dispute with my bank. In total I’m out $26k right now. $10k to Cadmier while I wait for my dispute to get resolved and $16k to book at the Marriott. DO NOT STAY HERE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! Email me for photos and videos - ([email protected])

Beautiful property, unbeatable views
Property was excellent, extremely clean, beds very comfortable, well furnished and well equipped! Manager and caretaker were extremely responsive and went the extra mile to be of service. We did get a tide that brought seaweed in but caretaker made sure to take care of it ASAP. We thoroughly enjoyed the supplied kayaks and paddle boards! And appreciated the plentiful hot water and supply of towels and linens for our group of 12. The views are INCREDIBLE. Can’t beat watching both the sun AND moon rise over the ocean each day. Thank you for a great stay! Would definitely stay here again.

Great location great service
Came out to enjoy a place to stay for a bachelor party. Wanted to be in a secluded spot, but be within a close distance to Key West. This was just that. Owner was very accommodating, and Tom was extremely helpful.

Sunrise Paradise
Beautiful house and location. Property maintenance lived next door, so he made sure things were well maintained.
Caught some sharks off the pier, and saw a few sting rays also.
We parked our jet skis right off the dock.
Relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

Beautiful views ...but overpriced
Check in to the property was quick and Tom the maintenance man was responsive. The switch was turned off on the hot water heater and had to contact Tom at check in. Kitchen, dining room, and living room had small bugs all over. The bugs covered the counters, sink, dining room table, and coffee table. We were told this was due to the tropical storm. We could not keep any food that was opened on the counter, such as chips and cereal boxes.
The shore line at check in was full of the normal seaweed but also oil containers, oil filter, washed up shoes, empty water bottles, broken bottles, and random trash. Some of the washed up trash was cleaned the last day we stayed. This was an issue as my son got engaged and we could take no beach pictures.
The air conditioner quit working on the 2nd floor on the last part of our trip. Tom was responsive and brought in additional fans.
Overall the property has a beautiful view, but it is overpriced. The house is dated on both the inside and outside. The beach should have been cleaned prior to check in and cleaned daily for the cost of our stay. We stayed 5 nights. Although the sand fleas made walking along the beach miserable.
All the outside lights were taken off the outside of the house with wires exposed. The dock is the focal piece of this property and made for some beautiful pictures. The only problem is the mass amount of bird poop at the end of the dock. It covered the dock and we were unable to sit on it.
