Well equipped and comfortable

The dishes had food stuck on them, the dishwasher didn't work, there bunk beds were unstable and our child found a giant screw in her bed. The TV in the main room didn't work at all. The toilet downstairs didn't flush, the toilet seat upstairs was broken. There was trash all over the backyard by the hot tub. The smoke alarm in the basement bedroom was ripped out. The place needs a lot of TLC. Please tend to your vrbo. The potential is there, but we were disappointed.

Mostly a great place if you can get over a few maintenance things. Dishwasher doesn’t work, dryer didn’t work, gas fireplace didn’t work, ice covered back patio leading to hot tub. Everything else was great.
3.2
The place was clean and fully stocked with enough toilet papers, towels, shampoos, conditioners, body wash and soaps for five days. The pots and pans are really old though. Foods get stuck every time we cook. Also, the dishwasher doesn’t really work well. The dishes were still dirty after each wash, so we ended up just hand washing the dishes. The hot tub also wasn’t very hot. Everything else was fine.

Where to begin…
The house was really dirty. All over. Trash on the patio in the back, dust all over the banisters,
No cleaning supplies.
Trash outside on the way to the hot tub.
Paint peeling in the main room.
Toilet seats are loose in all the bathrooms.
Can’t open the blinds in the main room.
Can’t turn on the fireplace.
We don’t have enough glasses for 8 people.
We’re missing silverware for 8.
The rooms were not cleaned very well.
The slats on the bunk beds are missing or broken so we have not been able to use two beds.
I could go on but you get the picture.
I reached out twice to management, told there would be a solution but nothing happened.
Oh wait, they did bring some glasses and silverware.
My wife and sister had to go out to buy cleaning supplies and we spent a great deal of time cleaning the house because we had a baby and two toddlers.
Not what you want to do in vacation.
I’m still waiting for a response.
I have photos.
I want a refund.

I am in hopes that the owners of this place reads this. They have hired VACASA Property Management to handle rentals for their home.
This management company clearly is driven by money, not people’s safety and well being.
We booked a stay over MLK weekend. When we booked it there was no forecast of “artic freeze” high winds with gusts up to 40-50mph.
We asked 4 days ahead of arrival to postpone our trip and to stay longer in the future. They said NO and their response was, there are still things to do other than ski. Ummmmm we were paying for flights and rental cars flying from CA to SKI the amazing Colorado resorts.
I was not asking for a refund rather a postponement with a longer stay.
The kicker…..they wouldn’t even refund the cleaning fee. In the end, we decided our safety was more important than the money and kissed the $$$ we spent on this place goodbye

So my 1st experience with Vacasa. So sadly this unit needs work I am sad to say and since I didn't pick this unit initially but Vacasa made us pick another location as our 1st one was under construction suddenly at the last minute, we had to pick an option, all of the replacement options we received to pick from had not so great reviews. If you are getting reviews you don't care for it would be a good idea to check out the complaints before renting the unit again.
This unit had a punch list of broken items that I will send privately but this place needs some serious work and a deep clean. We had clean bedding and bathrooms which is the most important to me but we found random trash items left around. Not enough towels for the bathrooms and none for the hot tub
I believe someone at some point a long time ago blew up soda or champagne on the upper walls in this unit and you can see sticky liquid still stuck to the walls above the kitchen and eating areas and its not just a splash on the wall, along with a ton of dust. Just a heads up this location is very loud as it's sitting next to I70 so summer months when windows need to be open because there is no AC you're gonna hear the highway. I have am trying to leave stars on the board as I am sure with the proper care this location couple be a stay you feel good about spending the money we did.

I rarely write reviews and if I do I’ll just give 5 stars and write a quick sentence. But this experience warranted an honest review. I booked this rental for a ski trip with 6 people. We arrived and the place matched the pictures but certainly needed some updates. The owners clearly don’t take great care of the property and don’t want to spend money to improve/update things. NBD! However, one of the shower handles was broken and there was no way to turn that shower on, so I messaged Vacasa and they sent someone out to fix this issue. This person only half fixed the handle and said he’d return the next day to finish the job, which he never did. This is where things really went down hill. The following day we had no hot water and no heat. So I called/messaged Vacasa again to have someone come fix the hot water/heat. They told me someone would call and come fix the issue. 24hours go by and no one contacted me or fixed the issue. I had to contact Vacasa 4X and sit in hold, waisting almost 3hours to speak with a supervisor who finally said they’d move us to a new location after almost 48hours with no heat and hot water. Mind this is a ski vacation, and these are really the only two things we needed. Absolutely miserable! I then had to argue with Vacasa management to get a refund for the 2nights with no heat and hot water. Just terrible management and communication, I should have received a full refund in my opinion. Do Not bother with this property, truly an awful experience.

We loved the view, loved the 5 bathrooms and four bedrooms for our family of 12 to spend a weekend. Out away from town made it feel a little more secluded. Easy drive to Breckinridge. Bathrooms were updated and very nice.

Loved this house, quick access to all the adventures Summit County has to offer!

We arrived with a ready to go, clean house with no issues! The pictures really don’t do justice, this place was AMAZING. The hottub and outside area was spacious enough to hangout and enjoy the beautiful view. All of the beds were beyond comfy and provided everyone a great sleep. The check in process was easy and simple to do, we loved absolutely everything about this place!
