THE SPACE

The studio is perfect to enjoy the town of Punta Umbría, with its terrace overlooking the sea where you will find new sensations for the senses, the smell of the sea breeze and the roar of the waves. We are 100 meters from the beautiful beach of Punta Umbría, 14 km of fine white sand, possibly the best beach in Spain. It is a space reserved for tranquility due to its private urbanization that will isolate you from the annoying noises of a tourist city. Climalit aluminum windows with double glazing that will isolate the cold and heat inside.

Our studio is located 5 minutes walk from the commercial streets of the city where you will find restaurants, bars, pubs, supermarkets, etc.

LOFT type place with lots of light, privacy, modernity, functionality and comfort. Newly renovated and refurbished, 50 "TV, 100 mg fiber optic Wifi, NETFLIX - HBO - FLIX OLE with which you will enjoy romantic dinners with your partner watching a good movie or your favorite series. Brand new kitchen with washing machine, refrigerator, microwave grill, sink, Nespresso coffee machine, blender, juicer, all cutlery utensils, pans, kitchenware, etc. We have hot and cold air conditioning as well as an 80L electric water heater.

We provide our clients with sheets, towels, bath gel, shampoo and cleaning supplies. Also a beach umbrella and two beach chairs for your comfort. Everybody is well received, we are waiting for you with a personal treatment at any time. The space is designed for 2 people or a family with children as it has a 135x190 double bed and a sofa bed. We have free private parking within the urbanization according to availability in August, there are no problems to park the rest of the year.

GUEST ACCESS

To access our apartment you will have a remote control with which you will open the door to the private parking and from there you will access the building. The building has a concierge and has a new elevator from 2018 that will take you to the apartment without having to walk upstairs.

The private urbanization has several pedestrian accesses to go down to the beach or the town center.

OTHER ASPECTS TO HIGHLIGHT

We emphasize the proximity of the beach at 100 meters and the city center at 200 meters, also the tranquility and rest, with which we insist on respecting the rules of coexistence and rest of the neighborhood community. Respecting nap and rest time, not having parties or noises that could alter the coexistence with the other neighbors of the block.
