Comfortabele kamer met genoeg ruimte en faciliteiten.

Het was een fijne comfortabele kamer met slaapkamer. Genoeg ruimte voor 3 personen. Het was goed geïsoleerd en hoorde weinig van het verkeer.

Het was naar mijn idee niet heel schoon, de wc bril was stoffig en er lagen hier en daar nog wat kruimels e.d op de grond, Ook in hoekjes en langs de kant zag je dat het werd oversgelagen.

It could be an option if there is no others..

The room is well equipped, and seems perfect for a 1-2 people for a couple days of staying in. I see some people are not happy with rooms, but mine was really ok and with nice view on the street. In my opinion, it was quietly (finally, it is the hotel in the city, not a cottage in the village ;)). Good location: it is really close to tram station, and it is easy to get here from the rail station, but also it is easy to go by train to the beach side, and just to walk to the center.

- No space around the reception. Actually, it is very small. And in "check-in hours" it is crowdy. - The smell of soap/shampoo etc is awful. Just take yours with yourself or buy asap. - It was my the only ever unpleasant check-in procedure. Firstly, I had to wait after the trip in the no space room, and it took long. Secondly, I was asked to pay for the room despite I've prepayed it in the early March: my account demonstrated that the room has been already payed for; but I was told, probably, Booking has not passed this money to the hotel. It could be ok (everywhere some mistakes may happen). But the issue is that the first response of the staff was to make it my problem: I was told to contact Booking to ask them on technical issues. While I was doing so, another staff member checked that everything is ok, I have to pay the city tourist tax only. Still, (1) it took too long, (2) I was not proposed with water or coffee during all of this (the client after me was provided with coffee), (3) I was asked to fix the problem because of staff member mistake and before she did any appropriate steps to fix it. Some other of hel comments during registration were not nice too.

Отличное расположение в пешей доступности от главных достопримечательностей. Бесплатный доступ к кофемашине на ресепшен

Кровать занимает всю комнату, нужно протискиваться вдоль стены, чтоб пройти. В номере был полностью забит слив в раковине в ванной, мы это заметили вечером перед сном. Спасибо работнику ресепшен, который самостоятельно прочитал нам раковину, оказалось в трубе лежал огромный пучок чужих волос. Как они туда попали, можно только догадываться. Парковка рядом с отелем платная и очень дорогая-дешевле оказалось стать на крытом подземном паркинге в 300м от отеля, за 15 € в сутки

Geweldige kamer!

De kamer was ontzettend netjes en schoon. In de keuken was alles aanwezig + koffie en thee. Mooi uitzicht op de binnentuin. Heerlijke regendouche en luxe badkamer. De locatie is perfect. Tegenover Yays is een tramhalte waarmee je makkelijk naar het centrum kan.

Ik miste een kapstok en laatje in de badkamer voor eventuele toiletspullen.

If we need accomodation in the future we will use the YAYS again, but seek a rear appartment.

Easy access to the city as a whole, especially using the trams. Free washing facilities with cleaning products provided. Well appointed appartment that allowed us to cater for ourselves when we wanted to.

Noisy road and tramway to the front of the hotel during peak times. Heating system wasn't that easy to get just right, thermostat didn't seem to really work.

Découverte de Den Haag

Très bel appartement neuf et très propre. Bien situé pour découvrir la ville. Dans l'appartement, il y a tout ce dont on a besoin, y compris du café pour la machine Nespresso. Parfait pour 2 personnes !

Rien à signaler, sauf que les parkings aux alentours sont très chers !

We enjoyed our YAYS stay - the apartment was well appointed and comfortable and the staff excellent.

Staff, location, apartment fit-out, facilities and cleanliness were all excellent. Laundry arrangements were also excellent.

The standard apartment for two was adequate in size but fairly small, especially if the occupant is staying for a number of days.

Relaxed stay at The Hague

Ik reserveerde een studio en kreeg een klein appartement, met aparte slaapkamer. Alle comfort beschikbaar, een kleine badkamer met een regendouche en lekker warm water, een goeie handdoekradiator, (de vloer was redelijk koud want het was een sous-solverdiep). Een apart toilet. Een keukentje met minivaatwas, koelkast mét vriesvak ( maar wel geen ijsblokjesvorm) en een combi-oven. Het fornuis en potten en pannen heb ik niet gebruikt Een heerlijk bed, hele stille slaapkamer. een kast (echter zonder kleerstang) 2 lades, 1 herbergt een degelijke haardroger . Ook een kleerkast bij de inkom , echter maar 3 kleerhangers, voor mij alleen net genoeg. Een tafel met vier stoelen , in de muur stopcontact en usb. Een stevige divan voor de Smart-Tv. Verlichting op drie verschillende punten, keuken, tafel en salon. Spotjes kunnen gedimd worden.

Heerlijk verblijf in Den Haag !

Comfortabele en gezellige kamers ! Bedbank heel makkelijk in en uit te klappen. Lief en behulpzaam personeel en de locatie was perfect ! Je bent zo in de stad en de tram stopt voor de deur .

Nicht nochmal!

Die Lage ist war für uns super.

Der Backofen hat nicht funktioniert. Uns wurde angeboten Essen runter zu bringen, und dann würde man uns die Sachen fertig machen. Wir zahlen so viel Geld, um dann die Küche nicht wirklich nutzen zu können.. das Apartment war extra für 4 Personen. Leider gab es nur einen kleinen Topf und eine kleine Pfanne, wie man so für 4 Leute kochen soll, bleibt ein Rätsel. Das Ausziehsofa konnte man nur mit viel Kraftaufwand ausklappen, weshalb wir es ausgeklappt gelassen haben. Gequietscht hat es fürchterlich… unterm Strich nicht zu empfehlen!

Schöner Aufenthalt

Wir waren zu viert über Silvester hier und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gute Lage, vergleichsweise günstig, gute Küchenausstattung, Fernseher etc.

Das Schlafsofa war leider nicht so toll, aber in Ordnung für zwei Nächte.

Muy agradable. La Insiders nos ayudaron y eran muy amables.

Nosotros desayunamos en nuestro apartamento con comida que compramos. La ubicación excelente para todos los medios de transporte que nos hacían falta.

El baño un poco más grande, pero era suficiente.

Ótimo para fim de semana em Haia

O hotel fica a 15min a pé da estação central. À chegada, a empregada que nos recebeu foi extremamente simpática e entregou-nos um livro guia da cidade. O hotel é moderno e o apartamento é lindo. O apartamento que escolhemos para 6 pessoas tinha 2 quartos, 1 sofá-cama e 2 WCs. A cozinha estava devidamente equipada com utensílios. As camas e o sofá-cama eram muito confortáveis

Hotel staff was not very friendly. We were told that we can use the amenities in the common area and when we requested honey, we were lied (5 minutes there was). Payment was made and I kept receiving reminders about outstanding payment for one month after our stay. In general it is worth it :)

This may be a European thing, the beds were against a wall at both the head and foot of the bed.
