Superb

Great pool with beach view. Chester, the resident pooch is a cool dude. Kitchen only open for breakfast but several eating options down the road within walking distance. Basic and comfortable room. We were only passing through and it did the trick for a night.

Very good

The hotel is cute, well decorated. The staff and owner very nice. Very helpful and accommodating. The overall facility is clean. It appears that continued improvements are in progress. Pool is nice.

The were some signs that a more thorough cleaning of the room is needed. The beach is a little rough, possibly not apt for kids.

Clean, basic rooms. pool was good, wifi strong, staff nice and efficient. secluded part of the beach away from the main resort. beautiful place. good value for money. food was tasty, even though expensive for what you got. happy to return.

Not an issue for me, but it is a 10 minute walk from the hotel before you reach any places to eat. Also, the food is great at the hotel, but a little expensive for the portion size.

Wow! Brisa Bliss

The owners & staff of Brisa Bliss welcomed us warmly & provided a friendly & professional atmosphere. Bob & Margarita taught us so much about the local area & coastal Michoacán in an enjoyable setting. The conversations made our visit feel like going home to family. Wow! Our room, although minimal in some ways, had everything we needed for 2 nights. It was clean, and staff offered to clean after our first night of a 2-night stay. We even had a chance to watch Kansas City take home the win in the USA Superbowl. Wow! The pool was busy with a big family, so we opted not to use the pool in order for the family to have more of a private reunion. That was our choice. Instead, we chose long walks along what-felt-like a private beach. We took our time on the beach & waited for the sun to slip completely beyond the Pacific horizon. And, just as Margarita advised us, the sunset amazed us!! Wow! We chose to eat our meals @ Brisa Bliss. Excellent homestyle cooking hit the spot for us. Wow! A large part of the community of San Juan de Alima was within walking distance & filled with whatever one might need for a beach stay. Wow! The reasonable prices made this an even better worthwhile stay. Wow! When we think of returning to coastal Michoacán, we'll think of Brisa Bliss, Margarita & Bob, the kind & friendly staff, the great conversations, good food, the beach, & the exquisite sunsets. Yes, we will stay here again if we have the opportunity to be in the area. And, did we say, "Wow!"? Wow! Thanks for everything, Brisa Bliss folks! A stay with y'all was just what we needed.

This is the only hotel I would choose while visiting San Juan De Alima.

The food was excellent. It was quiet, usually like you were the only one there. The location was great and not much traffic. They made you feel like family. But if you needed anything Margarita, and Bob were there quickly to assist you. They were hospitable in every way. The view from the pool was beautiful and relaxing.

The bananas were not ripe when we were there.

This is the cleanest place I have ever stayed in Mexico outside a name brand 4/5 star hotel. The staff is amazing. Lupita is a great chef. It was clean. AC cold . Hot water hot. Pool is perfect for a family vacation.

bad customer service I pay in 6 months in advance. I check- in and NO ROOMS AVAILABLE I was so tired from my flight, I just wanted to be there and rest with my family. NEVER AGAIN WILL BOOK AT THIS PLACE.

Loved every minute of our stay at Brisa Bliss.

Location, location, location! New amenities, super comfortable bed, friendly staff, sparkling pool, great hammocks, and, a beach location that sang my heart song. We felt comfortable and relaxed. Thank you Margaret, Bob, Ruby, and, the family dog, Felipe, for a wonderful stay!

Simple hotel...right at the beach

The location directly at the beach is fine...the owners are very nice and try their best to accommodate your wishes. Unluckily the architect put the building in such a way onto the plot, that there is no view from inside your room to the pacific. Windows are to high to look out and they are facing the wrong way which is a pitty when the Pacific is right at your feet. The village has seen better days...hardly no service or restaurants..only fast food like places.

Nice new small family hotel; a little rough around the edges still.

The owners were very nice. Good English & Spanish. Property is brand new - but under construction. It's got good proximity to extremely nice Michoacan beaches to the south.

The pool area wasn't inviting. I'm not into excessive rules, but there were dirty diapers perched on the edge both days we were there, so we didn't use it. The beach is too rocky with heavy beach break to swim. Also, there's an outdoor seating area for breakfast next to the rooms, which unfortunately doubled as an all night hang out spot while we were there.

Nice and clean, small but with quality.

No a sand beach, you need to walk far to get a nice beach place. No wifi, no cable tv, no cellular signal. Which was good and bad.

Amazing views for an amazing price!

Breakfast was delicious! Staff was awesome and very informative!

We came at a bad time we didn't get to properly enjoy the beach. We arrived right when high tide started. The pool and views are up for it though!
