Great location

The unit was clean, and the location to the grocery store and beach were great! Beach was beautiful, and the owners and guests we spoke with were friendly. There was plenty of parking while we were there. We did not utilize beach service but were able to set up our cool cabana behind the property's chairs, which worked for us.

The view on the site is different from the view you actually get. Looks like an entire neighborhood has been built. View wasn't bad, just much smaller than expected. I would highly suggest updating the pics from the balcony. It would have been nice to have 4 chairs around the balcony table. The kitchen had enough pots and pans, but while the knife selection was large, they were terrible. Kitchen is small, but I cooked by myself, so it was fine.

the entrance to the apartment was flooded and nobody from vacasa help us. the tv in the main room didn’t work well

Everything was great. For the price, I would've expected a bit more amenities.

Everything was great. Some possible areas for improvement: More clear instructions on how to reserve beach chairs/umbrellas, Maybe provide beach towels as well, The unit could've provided more dishsoap & laundry soap & paper products, The complex could use an industrial/commercial ice dispenser (one on each floor would be ideal, but at least one on the Ground Level ), The basketball/tennis courts could have an area for extra balls/shuffleboard equipment, etc.

Overall a very nice place to stay.

Proximity to the beach, the condo was decorated nicely, there was a pool and pickle ball courts.

Some of the elevators were out of order, the condo didn’t have beach towels and was lacking some kitchen items.

Easy access to the beach. The pool. Room to relax

Chair situation on the beach was a bit confusing at first. Not suppose to take your own and sit down close but everyone else did it. Not a huge deal but didn’t have a blow dryer in the room

Location

The place was not clean and the beds need new mattress. The bedroom with queen bed was very hot and never cooled down. Freezer was not cold when we arrived and ice maker was turned off.

It was awesome! I will be back.. and we would like to look into purchasing a condo.

I loved the door code. It was easy and no worries of loosing a key or giving them to people coming and going. The door code was the best!

Accessibility was great, close to the beach nice pool, nice furnishings... Well kept and roomy

Mold and peeling paint in master bath, ceiling fan in master didn't work, TV in master kept turning on and off or resetting....

Had everything I needed for my stay. It was a 2 min walk to the beach, shops, and grocery. Great location.

Fun with family

The locations was great and the rooms were clean. More than enough room for a family with 4 kids. The walk to the beach was short and it was so nice. The kids had so much fun and they enjoyed playing card games around the dining table. Kitchen had all the pans and utensils that we needed, but no basic seasonings. That wasn't a big deal, we just had to make an extra trip to the store. Stores are close by.

We went to the pool one night and it was dirty, so we didn't go back any another night. But the facility was clean so it may have just been because it was towards the end of the night and so many people there.

We were on the 5th floor right beside the stairs, and there is no latch on the door from the inside my daughter is two and she can open it she did it several times

Team of the property was horrible they charge me for the umbrella and chairs on the beach, we have no trash bags for 4 days stay reservation

Location. Beach access and staff at beach. They were very helpful

Was not warned about all the maintenance work that was taking place. Had a hot tub, but not a heated pool as the info stated.

It was an amazing stay! I was happy with the location and the condo. It is bigger than I expected.

The location was amazing. It's close to everything. There is a grocery store right next door. It was very convenient. There are also outlet stores across the street.
