Great location, so easy to get back and forth to the beach. The kids absolutely loved the pool which was so conveniently located right outside the front door. The kitchen, dining, living room was so perfect for keeping the family together but not right on top of each other.
We will definitely be coming back next year!

Everything we needed was there when we arrived. Walking distance to downtown and beach is only a short par 3 from the front door. Couldn’t have asked for more.

This was the first trip to Hilton Head during the fall season. 18 Heron was perfect for 8 adults and 2 children. We had the pool heated so that when the second half of the week was a little cool we didn’t miss a beat. Plenty of space for napping babies (and adults) The kitchen has everything that you need. We had a couple of minor repairs and the response was same day. We plan to rent next year! :)

This was our second time staying at 18 Heron. We enjoyed our first stay a few years ago, and since then they have updated the floors and furniture. Pool was great, house was clean, plenty of room for the two families.

The property suited our needs well. Initially, we were having difficulties with the Internet but Host2Coast responded quickly and the problem was remedied.
We love the location being close to the beach and Coligny. The house has a lot a bedrooms, bathrooms, and work spaces. The porches and pool deck are an added plus.

This was an incredible Beach House for our large family with lots of kids. Everyone had enough space to have fun, relax, and enjoy! The layout and amenities of the house provided anything and everything we could have wanted for our stay. The pool and deck was spacious to accommodate plenty of outdoor activities and lounging. The location to the beach provided ease to trips back and forth for ocean time while proximity to Coligny Plaza allowed for shopping fun!

We have traveled to HHI for many years and have a condo on South Forest. We needed a big house for family get together. 18 Heron St. fit the bill, clean and well stocked. There was easy interaction with rental company, having an app for rental information/door codes and updates was helpful. Plenty of space with multiple rooms, great outdoor area with grill patios and pool. Spacious kitchen for meal prep for a large group. Within easy walking distance to shopping/dinning. Beach access is close by, during full moon the high tide will limit beach space due to erosion from prior storms but still room to enjoy the beach. Would recommend this location highly.

Property very nice. Great location. Elevator was not dependable so didn’t use it. Lots of fun beach toys, chairs and towels. Loved the ping pong table, fuseball table and pool.

Excellent facility and location in HH. Great space for all 11 of us. Terrific kitchen set up and toys for the beach. Plenty of orange beach towels for everyone. Pool was so refreshing apres beach. Some minor things were fixed within an hour of notification. Glad to have an extra fridge in the garage. Also very comfortable beds! Very clean when we arrived. Would definitely recommend!

We had an amazing week-long stay at 18Heron. The house is setup great for multiple families to stay here. We had 3 families with a total of 13 people and there was a ton of room to spread out. When you first walk up the stairs to the main deck and pool, the area is perfect for sitting and relaxing or entertaining a larger group of friends that come over to relax around the pool. The pool heat was on when we got there, but was probably set a little too high. The pool was around 90deg so it wasn't the most refreshing, but it was almost 80deg everyday outside, so we probably didn't need the heat at all. Once the pool cooled down after a day, it was perfect. There are toys and chairs in the garage for the beach so there isn't much that you need to bring from home. The kitchen and main living area is expansive and perfect for hanging with everyone. The bedrooms are setup almost perfect in our opinions, but we believe to make the house setup even better, the two king bedrooms that share a bathroom should be setup for one family. We would setup one of the king rooms with the 2 queen beds so a family could share that bathroom if multiple families were staying. And then the other king room, where the current 2 queens are, would be a master suite. 18Heron is easily within walking distance to Coligny. The beach is only a rock throw away from the front door. The beach is perfect also. It is serene as you walk out on basically your own private beach, but if you want to be in all the action, take the short walk down the beach to where Pool Bar Jims and the Tiki Bar are located. The property was very clean and we loved every inch of it. Host2Coast had amazing communication through the entire process of renting to our arrival and anything that was needed. The customer service is top notch. This is one of the best houses we have found on HHI. We have already booked it again for next year. Thanks Host2Coast and 18 Heron for the perfect vacation.

This house is just lovely, a real home away from home and just steps from the beach. The layout was fantastic for an extended family, giving us each our own space yet keeping us under one roof and at one giant dining table. We hope to make this an annual trip and that’s after staying through Tropical Storm Nicole with only one beach day! This house saved the trip! The only complaint was that despite paying for the pool and spa to be ready upon arrival, we showed up to clean the pool ourselves and were advised that cleaning was not scheduled for the day we arrived which was a misstep considering that we had such limited good weather during our stay.

The house it beautiful and spacious and just a brief walk to the ocean. There is an ocean view from the top balcony too. We felt very safe and secure being elevated and there was a gate at the entryway. The house was stocked with everything we needed to cook some home cook meals from the house, with the exception of bring a few of our favorite seasonings. It had more than enough room for us 7 adults and 4 kids. We had some issues with the heating of the Spa and each time I called they were very helpful and attentive to resolve the issue. Would definitely say in this house again if we visit in the future.

We were very satisfied with the location, layout and amenities at 18 Heron. The host2coast team were very responsive to any and all of our questions and requests for service. We had our daughters wedding on the island. This house was perfect for family and friend gatherings throughout the week. Plenty of space inside and out. The kitchen is fully equipped and family room is a very roomy size. The garage fridge and ice maker came in real handy never had to go buy ice. We loved having our morning coffee on the upper deck with views of the ocean. The swings were a plus!! First time staying not on the beach and the short walk was perfect. Any questions I had were answered very timely My only suggestion would leave detail instructions on the use of the tv’s since it’s all streaming. Would definitely stay here again.

Great July 4th week celebration
There were 9 adults and 4 children staying at the property which was lovely and perfect for our needs. Plenty of space in downstairs area to accommodate everyone. We cooked most nights and there was more than adequate cook and table ware. The pool was great hit with all ages and the beach was only steps away from the house. We played ping pong in the garage! Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The ping pong table hosted a double elimination tournament that was full of laughs and great shots.
We couldn’t get the elevator to cooperate either but it wasn’t a deterrent to good times.
Host2Coast, the property manager, we’re ultra-responsive and very pleasant.
We’d stay with them again.

Wouldn't change a thing!
Everything about this property suited our group perfectly. Close, but not too close to Coligny Beach and it's shops. Just feet from a beautiful section of beach. The pool, which I paid to have heated, was enjoyed everyday. And the island provided dolphin tours, fishing, nature walks, and an endless variety of restaurants.
The house was clean and comfortable. Any issues, which were small, were immediately taken care of by the staff.

The layout was perfect for our group that included a 19 yr old boy with CP. The space accommodated his walker and wheelchair; the elevator worked perfectly. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well-equipped, and access to the beach perfect. We especially enjoyed the pingpong table. The only significant shortcoming was pool/hot tub temperature management.
