Escape to this spacious downtown riverfront retreat with easy access to nearby beaches, restaurants, and local shopping boutiques. Unbeatable location in the heart of Sheboygan right on the riverfront boardwalk and easy walking distance to Lake Michigan's sandy beach. Fantastic amenities include world-class golf at Kohler and charter fishing expeditions available right out the back door.
Spread out in this large open-concept home with vaulted ceilings and 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a loft space spread across two floors. Enjoy spectacular views from balconies on each floor.
On either side of the building are several restaurants, and it's just a short walk to the sandy beach at Lake Michigan. Home is stocked with beach towels and folding chairs to enjoy at the beach. When you're ready for a break from sand and sun, there are games, puzzles, children's books, and toys available for your enjoyment. There are TV's with Roku to support your streaming services in each bedroom as well as the living room and loft areas.
Sleep comfortably in bedrooms with great mattresses and quality bedding. Bedrooms are functional with dressers and closets with hangers and hampers. Upstairs there is a washer and dryer with laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Bathrooms are stocked with comfortable towels and hand soap, and shower gel and shampoo are also available for your use.
Kitchen has everything you'll need to cook and dine at home or just heat up leftovers from Sheboygan's amazing restaurants. Kitchen appliances include dishwasher, oven, fridge, Keurig and drip coffee makers, and toaster. Dish soap, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, and paper towels are all provided for your convenience.
Boat slips along the river in the Harbor Centre Marina are available for rent and managed by the City of Sheboygan Public Works. Please see their website for additional information.

We book every year, and every year have a great time. The host is proactive about communication for check-in, and everything is always clean! A nice assortment of games and books as well to keep everyone occupied while not out and about exploring Sheboygan.

This property was spotlessly clean, well appointed with extra blankets, pillows, kids toys, etc. It accommodated myself, my husband, our 8 yr old, and our adult daughter, her husband, and their 2 yr old, very comfortably. Walking distance to many downtown attractions and restaurants.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Perfect location on the Sheboygan River with short, lovely walk to Lake Michigan. The property was clean and comfortable and had everything our family needed. (Our only suggestion is better knives for cooking prep.) William was responsive and helpful with all questions. Loved Sheybogan! Lots to do and wonderful views and access to lake.

We have been friends since our kids were little, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Williams condo. It was extremely clean, we had plenty (!) of space, and the area had some nice places to explore. William responded promptly when we asked about accommodating our 4 bikes- 2 of us locked up to covered outside bike racks, and the other 2 of us brought bikes into the condo. Our friends were very happy with the comfort of the king size bed on the upper floor, but my husband and I felt the queen sized bed on the main level was too soft. (The room could definitely handle a king size bed!) The bathrooms/showers were great, nice living room area and balcony to enjoy the river view, and the 4 of us enjoyed games every evening at the high top table. Overall, we’d definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay!
Enjoyed a 3 night stay this past weekend in Sheboygan in our annual couples getaway. The property was better than advertised! Clean, comfortable, and a spectacular view of the river and city skyline. Can't wait to come back!

Listing. Disappointed that most resteraunts & shops were not within “our walking distance. The only improvement may be to have a Bristo, higher seating to see over deck. Will definitely keep in mind for future visits & recommend to others.

There were extension cords hanging everywhere with multiple plugs in them. The air flow vent was broken and stood open. When you entered the hallway it smelled like sewer back up. Large amount of dust under beds. The curtains did not fit the doors.

We so enjoyed the condo and if course, the wonderful view. Explored Sheboygan and even played pickleball at the park. Welcoming group along with the weather which was great. Enjoyed shopping on the main street especially the chocolate shop!. Hard the head back to hot Texas after this wonderful trip to WI.

Great location! We were in town for the Mercury boat races but were able to enjoy all that the riverwalk had to offer. Also great for us to sit on the balcony and watch the kiddos play on their scooters on the riverwalk. Walk to restaurants, coffee shops and kids activities. Would definitely stay here again.

This is our second stay here, and this one was just as good as the last.
The property is clean and stocked with any dishes, games, bedding, and towels that might be needed. The upstairs has a separate loft with a couch and TV between the two bedrooms, which although we didn't have kids with us, would be great for families that do bring them. Also, the downstairs master has a very nice jetted soaking tub.
There are numerous restaurants within a few hundred feet along the river, and a great ice cream shop as well.
Highly recommend, and will be booking again.

The property had ample room to host 2 adults and 5 teens with plenty of linens, amenities, supplies, and games. Check in/out process was easy. Property was clean and inviting. Loved the balconies!

Just a 2 night stay but this condo fit us well. Comfortable beds, black out curtains, convenient toys for grand kids, plenty of towels and extra linens, excellent location with restaurants and beach within walking distance! We all loved the balcony off of the living room to view fishing boats and ducks! Did not hear outside noise so slept well. We would recommend it & hope to return!

We were in Sheboygan for a wedding at Blue Harbor-the condo was perfect for our group! Clean, comfy beds, lots of towels and we felt at home. Walking distance to many good restaurants-loved Harry's Prohibition and Driftwood! Nice views of the river from the 2 balcony's, stocked kitchen and easy check in and out.
