Bien, mais gâché par la perte d'une casquette dont personne ne s'est franchement inquiété

Belle chambre, bel emplacement, petit déjeuner parfait.

Le diner, vraiment pas au niveau, avec des frittes molles, probablement réchauffées, du jambon noyé dans du reblochon fondu. Vraiment à améliorer. Par ailleurs j'ai laissé une casquette en cuir qui n'a pas été retrouvée, et il a fallu appeler 4 fois pour avoir la réponse de cette perte! (Je suis certain de l'avoir laissée sur une patère de la chambre, au dessus du banc à valises !).

اتمنى الاهتمام بالافطار والخدمة وتشغيل التكييف

الافطار سئ جدا ولا يوجد تنوع فيه بالاضافه الى وجود عامل واحد للخدمه والاكل كالبيض كان بارد جدااا التكييف لا يعمل حيث رفض الفندق تشغيله على الرغم من حرارة الجو

Séjour agréable et confortable

Accueil sympathique, emplacement central, chambre spacieuse et literie confortable . WC séparés .Petit déjeuner buffet copieux et qualité des produits.

J’aurais préféré une salle de bain avec douche plutôt que baignoire.

Central location, close to market, playground, supermarket and main city area. The room was spacious and comfortable for small family of 4. Duplex room was well layout and has all the necessity you needed

It’s hot for the room on 2nd level for duplex room, aircon was not strong enough to reach the top floor. If it’s winter, it shouldn’t be a problem

Plutôt sympa dommage que le descriptif ne correspondait pas à la réalité.

La literie et le petit déjeuner

Sur le descriptif on dit qu’il y’a une piscine mais c’est que une fois sur place qu’on se rend compte que la piscine est publique et en dehors de l’hôtel. En effet elle se trouve à une centaine de mètres de la. Aucun service de garderie n’était prévu j’ai du chercher une nounou moi même de l’extérieur. Il faut marcher un petit peu pour aller au téléphérique le plus important de megeve. Le personnel n’est pas très agréable Odeur d’égout dans la chambre

Brilliant hotel, we would go back and Megeve is amazing

Very spacious, clean, comfortable beds and good bathroom. Very good breakfast

Slightly noisy at night being close to the main road. Dog slays parked very early morning was a bit annoying!

La piscine n'est pas dans l'hôtel (c'est très gênant, on l'a fait une fois seulement pendant tout le séjour, alors que d'habitude tous les jours). Le parking est payant.

The location was perfect. Hotel is new and modern. Staff was very friendly and helpfull.

It's stated that the hotel has indoor pool and they have pictures with the pool (we searched specifically for the hotels with the pools), but they don't. There's a public pool in different building (close to hotel). And the public pool prohibits swimming with swimming shorts, so you'll need to buy swim trunks. And the pool is working only up to 7pm (hotel checkin time is 5pm). Haven't found those details on the hotel description, so it was a very disappointing.

Friendly staff and very nice distribution/design of the duplex for the family.

Yes, all in all it was OK the Hotel, the one thing we would have loved to, was if the swimming pool would have stayed open until a little later than 7:30pm, after all, it was (technically) still summer, actually, this was the reason we've chosen the hotel, to spend the rest of the day in the pool, have dinner and get rest with our daughters, to continue our trip back home the next day.

A top quality hotel

The hotel was centrally located in Megeve. The room and facilities were excellent and very clean. We ate in the restaurant and the food was delicious. The breakfast was also extensive and tasty. In the restaurant and hotel the staff were excellent. We had a small dog with us and she was also welcomed. We stayed in May so the hotel and village were very quiet.
