Las Palmas Resort is located on Sandy Beach in Puerto Penasco, (Rocky Point), Mexico. The resort includes our condo for vacation rental. The private resort is a gated-community with full-time security, 3 pools, Jacuzzi's, 2 waterslides, clubhouse, restaurant, swim-up bar and a spectacular oceanfront view of the Sea of Cortez. Unit is very clean with modern amenities.

This condo has all the best features. Excellent kitchen and appliances. Everything works as expected and we had no issues. Comfortable beds and linens. Location is perfect for easy in-and-out. The ground floor patio is huge with very comfortable seats, sofa and tables. Short walk to pool, bar or beach. The host is in touch and we felt right at home. The two bathroom setup is great for families that want privacy.

The unit had everything we needed. My own fault, but I was expecting an ocean view. Just an expectation from so many trips to RP. But balcony was nice and relaxing. Had one small issue with the TV that was resolved quickly and easily. Staff at the pool and resturaunt were great.

Had a great time at Las Palmas. Property is great for families as it has heated pools, water slides, and quick access to the beach. Everything we needed was provided (wagon, chairs, towels, etc). The small-kids area of the pool wasn’t working (small slide and splashpad-type area) which would’ve been nice but not the owner’s fault at all. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tom's condo in Puerto Penasco! Communication was quick and check-in/check-out was easy.The condo was clean, accommodating, and had all the amenities to make our stay relaxing, comfortable and convenient. We stayed in the off season so the waterslide was not in operation but was expected. Staff at the resort were helpful and courteous. Our favorite was the sunrise and sunset strolls on the beautiful beach! We would definitely stay here again!

We were definitely impressed with the property especially for the price and being on Sandy Beach. Location is awesome right next to bars, restaurants, stores, etc. check in was fast and easy. Security is friendly. Hosts thought of everything for the rental. Beds, pillows and blankets are amazing. Feel like you sleeping on a cloud. Kitchen is fully stocked with coffee, paper towels, even to go cups etc. Chairs, cooler, wagon available for the beach. Patio furniture comfortable. Right next to security shack and easy to park or walk out. Late check in available. Massages, slides, poolside bar, who could ask for more. Fabulous for the price.

No complaints. Clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for all of us. Beach chairs, beach towels, a wagon and an insulated bag were provided which was very much needed and appreciated. The grounds were amazing with pools for children up to adults (adults only pools). Great area on the beach. Nice private patio with sitting and eating areas. We had everything we needed. Our condo owners were easy to get ahold of. Very happy with everything

100% recommended! First time we rented thru owner direct. I had a last minute 1 night stay for my birthday and we loved it! As we got there to check in I messaged Thomas to see if it was possible to check in early. He replied in a very timely manner! The room we rented was beautiful had everything we needed and it was very clean! Beach and pool were amazing! Will be booking with Thomas in the future!

My wife, my 5yo daughter and I stayed here for a quick trip for my daughters fall break. It was a very easy and quick check in process. Great location near the kids pool/water slide, and a short walk to the beach and to a few near by restaurants. The place was very well stocked with lots of kitchen appliances, beach towels, a beach bag, beach chairs, and a wagon to carry everything. We had everything we needed. The AC worked great, a little to well for my wife and daughter, and the rooms and beds were very comfortable. We will be looking to stay here again in the near future! There was a funky odor when we 1st walked in the room, maybe from cleaning with a dirty damp rag. A/C was cold when we first arrived! The next morning we woke up to 2 a/c units not working, noticed the ceiling fans were hanging by the wires and unsafe to use. I contacted the host who never responded to me, but in his defense, he did get maintenance and management to take care of the problem as soon as they could. They took 2 rotating floor fans to help with the heat and fixed one a/c the following night once they obtained the parts needed. All the dishes were wet, some greasy and dirty. We just washed everything. The floors were not cleaned or swept, so there was quite a bit of sand everywhere. There was blood spatter in one of the bathrooms by the rear of the sink faucet under the mirror. At the end of our stay, I left the beds completely undone on purpose due to dirty sheets and discovered a blood stain on the mattress protector. I believe the host will step it up and monitor housekeeping better for future clients. We would appreciate some sort of refund for all the inconveniences, but most importantly hope they make sanitizing a real priority especially during a health pandemic.

The place was organized and clean but the condo smelled like cigarette smoke to the point the smell crept into the guest beach towels....no bueno. Lysol and deordrant were quickly provided by owner when we complained about it but it still didn't help. So if you don't mind the cigarette smell, great place to stay.

A great condo with multiple sleeping options and a fantastic patio to enjoy the smells and the sounds of the ocean. The place was super clean, spacious. It was gorgeous. Loved it, loved the resort, loved the beach, and you will too! We can’t wait to come back.
