POOL & FITNESS ACCESS NOW AVAILABLE - As of June 16th, 2023 guests have optional access to the Canoe Club Family Pool and Fitness Center and the Moreland Pool and Fitness Center at a cost of $25/person per day (no charge for children 5 and under.) Guests will also have access to make reservations at Canoe Club & Cole's based on availability.
***Black out dates for Pool/Fitness Center/Canoe Club Restaurant and Cole's Restaurant Access are as follows
- May 24th - May 27th for Memorial Day, - June 29th - July 7th for 4th of July, These blackout dates are strictly determined by the Palmetto Bluff Club.

A lovely cottage home that offers quintessential southern charm and comfort! With charming, lowcountry-inspired details including an inviting front porch, vaulted ceilings, shiplap walls and a screened rear porch for catching the breeze with a cocktail at dusk. Sweet Tea beckons guests to settle in and relax. The perfectly appointed kitchen features high-end appliances plus a center island that seats 3 guests, and opens up to a dining area and a bright living room with comfy, coastal-inspired furnishings that invite guests to relax around the fireplace. Other features of this beautiful home include a dedicated office space and laundry room. There are two large primary suites with ensuite bathrooms, offering a comfortable retreat for two couples or a family of four.

Guests at Sweet Tea will enjoy the indoor-outdoor lifestyle. The screened-in porch off the back has a comfortable seating area, a large screen TV and a fabulous Wolf grill. This leads to the rear yard oasis, with private bricked courtyard, in-ground spa, and an abundance of comfortable seating around a stunning brick, wood burning fireplace.

We spent 5 nights with our 2 kids (5 and 18 months). This home is special. The highest compliment that I could give would be that on more than one occasion my wife and I looked at eachother and said it felt like we were in our own home. That’s how easily we slipped into a rhythm at this gorgeous property. Trust me, the pictures do it justice but the vibe of this home is just off the charts. You couldn’t ask for a better location and the backyard was perfection. We built fires every night, took the golf cart to the market to pick up coffees in the morning, and wine/s’mores in the evening. And on that note, be sure to rent the golf cart, it just made the trip! Management was phenomenal from booking to arrival. Will come back again and again.

We had the best week staying at this wonderful property in Palmetto Bluff! We have visited many times and stayed in many different places - this home was the very best! Check-in was easy, the house was so comfortable and clean. Everything was nothing short of wonderful! We hated to leave but will definitely be back!

House was beautiful, exactly as pictured. Great location just a bike ride away from everything. Hot tub, screened porch and outdoor fireplace were nice features. We enjoyed our stay. Only downside was we had to rent bikes because there were only two at the house and both had flat tires. Also wished we could have used the golf cart.

A Perfect Place

A Perfect Place

The house is in a great location and in pristine condition. It was equipped with everything needed. The porch and backyard are great places to hang out especially with an outdoor fireplace and hot tub! The 2 bikes are a nice amenity. Jeff Schreider, property manager, was very easy to work with! We also enjoy coming to Palmetto Bluff and would not hesitate to come back to 1 Rumford.

Palmetto Bluff is just about the perfect place to vacation whether you are a couple, girls/boys golf spa trip or a large family. There is something for everyone. The house is beautiful and has all the amenities. Top end appliances, glorious bath and bedding, furniture and decor. They thought of everything. What's especially nice about the property is the large backyard (not all homes have large outside spaces) with a fabulous wood burning chimney and one of the best heated whirlpools spas we've been in (and I am normally not a fan). Screened in porch with Wolf grill was great as well. House comes with two bikes which we used a lot. RT's Market had everything we needed for breakfast (get the breakfast burrito) and lunch. Food at the restaurants was outstanding, especially Canoe Club (get the oysters). What makes renting a home here so worth it is the use of the Montage facilities which are top notch. And the grounds are just so lovely. Thanks to Jeff and Annette for all their assistance. We were sad to leave but we will be back.
