The house was perfect. Clean and very comfortable. 11 women for 4 nights all had space and comfort. Close, easy Uber/cab ride downtown. Easy to get to beach for the day.

We were a group of nine men in our 40s that came in to town for a bachelor party and to fish. We could not have been happier with the accommodations. The home is perfectly set up for a large group. The management company was great to work with and communicated exceptionally well. I’ll stay there again when I come back into town with a large group.

Our stay was amazing! Description and photos do not do it justice! We were there for our Wedding on Smathers Beach. Our adult children, mom and grandchild joined us. Being able to sit around the table all together to eat was so great. The individual bathrooms and thermostat in each room priceless. Pool area speaks for itself! Communication with Dan was top notch! The concierge service so helpful! Five Stars!!!

Beautiful home but bug problems
Home was beautiful and fit our family perfectly. However there was a problem with some sort of no see ums that ruined our comfort while we were there! We arrived Wednesday nite. NO ONE went to the beach. We hung out at the pool/patio area. We all woke up with terrible bug bites all over us! We bought bug spray and lotions. To no avail! Kept getting worse. I contacted Mngr-Owner sent us information on No See Ums! If you stay there make sure it get fumigated!! Still suffering 1 week later!

Great place to stay
We loved this location. Has 6 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Plenty of open space both inside and out to accommodate the 6 couples who stayed there. Location was 1.5-2 miles from Duval Street, which was perfect for our group. Pool is small but we knew that going in; water temp was warm upon arrival and we hung out there quite a bit. Only thing we noticed was the house is positioned so it was blocking the sun majority of the day (in April). We will definitely go with Key West Realty again when we visit. Great experience overall.

Wedded Bliss
The place was updated, clean and comfortable. The location is a little loud with traffic which surprised me that neighbors complained about noise. Honestly, how do the property managers believe a house with 6 bedrooms, 16 people and a pool would be quiet I do not quite understand. At least the police were friendly for the most part. Otherwise very happy with our stay .

The house was very clean, and seemed as though it had just been built. The six en-suite bedrooms make it great for a group that wants there individual privacy. The indoor, as well as outdoor areas, were comfortable and well laid out. Check in was a breeze, and the manager was a quick text away if anything was needed.

Fun with friends
We had 6 couples together in this marvelous house! Daniel the house manager made our check in seamless and attended to our questions and needs promptly. Each couple had a king size bed and bath which for our group is a MUST. The lower
pool area is where we loved hanging out. The home was well appointed and clean. It was a nice quiet neighborhood with a short bike ride into town. Bicycles or golf carts are highly recommended if you don’t have a car. We had Chelsea and Devin come into cook dinner the last night. The seafood paella, salad, roasted veggies and homemade key lime pie were delicious. We also did a private BYOB sunset cruise which was TONS of FUN. Thanks to Cecilly at Last Key realty who set these activities up for us. It was a great

Great Experience and Beautiful Home
We needed to switch our vacation from England to the US last minute and found this gem. There were 6 of us and the house was plenty big enough. The pool is small but warm, even in December. We stayed for 6 nights, rented a golf cart, and went all over Key West. Every place took 10 minutes to get to. We ate out, had food delivered, grilled at home, it was all fun and easy. I cannot say enough good things about this house. My only complaint, hearing roosters all day and all night, but that is Key West. You just have to get used to it.

This place is better than what the pictures show. The rooms and common areas are larger in person easily accommodating 6 couples. The location is great but bicycles are a must unless you want to take Uber/Lyft. Our group highly recommends this property.

This property is great for a large group. Everything was spotless and check-in was super easy. The air went out one night but help was able to arrive in the middle of the night. We would definitely stay here again.

Better than even expected!
I staying in this house with a group of girlfriends. It was absolutely perfect! The listing doesn't even do it justice. It was clean, huge, updated, and spacious. Both indoor and outdoor space are great. And the property manager is amazing-- he greeted us upon arrival with a Key (West) lime pie, tequila, and a bag of ice. He walked us through the property to show us where everything is and how to use it all. He also responded instantly the one time I had a question about the house. They definitely go above and beyond to make sure you have a good stay. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Amazing property in Key West!
We had 14 girls stay here for a bachelorette party and it was PERFECT. The Property Manager, Danny, was amazing and put signs on the doors with each girls' names, provided us with some household essentials when we ran out, and even dropped off an additional bluetooth speaker. It was the perfect house with each room featuring an en suite bathroom. The pool was the perfect way to cool off and the location was ideal - only a 5 minute uber to Duval St!

Great key west home
This was a perfect spot for our family vacation with 3 families. The house is wonderful from top to bottom. Everything we needed for a great week was provided from a stocked kitchen to beach towels and pool toys. Location was 10 min from anywhere we wanted to go. Everyone having their own bedroom & bathroom was so nice and each bedroom even had its own thermostat! Off street parking with garage was great too. Can’t say enough- don’t hesitate to rent this property.

I had the best trip of my life at this house with a bunch of close friends for my Bachelorette Party. The house was in the perfect location, about 5 minutes from the airport and very close to Duval Street! Our property Danny even came and personally delivered us a package and was super nice! The property was described very accurately! Location was good in terms of proximity to airport and beach. A bit far from the downtown area but not horrible. The rooms are all themed and decorated SO well. The kitchen is stocked with great stuff and everything is in good working order, Would stay there again for sure!
