Great choice in Hanoi

Luxury hotel. Really lovely room, nice pool. The lobby has the smell good and staffs always smile. My room is clean and have a large gold bathtub.

👌🏻 unique design, this hotel is the ultimate experience of luxury and kitsch 👌🏻 clean, spacious and comfortable room 👌🏻 comfy bathrobes and slippers 👌🏻 professional, polite staff 👌🏻 great views from rooftop pool

🤔 pool area seemed a bit bland, there were not many places to sit, no parasols, plants or decoration apart from the golden tiles (which already start to wear off)

Great stay.

Great location. Staff always very attentive.

I book a suite but it lacks attention to detail. The bedside clock showed the wrong time and some of the lights didn’t work.

Feel like a princess on your throne!

Beautiful gold hotel with friendly staff. We couldn't use the roof top pool because it was too cold, but we loved the golden bathtub (even though the water was lukewarm) the golden toilet, bidet and sink! I wish I knew what they used to do it like that, I would do it at home!

The bar was very nice, but they don't have local wine (the Dalat wine is so much better than the marginally ok wine from Europe they propose) and that area has tons of plum wine, but not on their list. That's the only issue I had. The rest was fantastic!

Need to change attitude towards guests.

The decor.

1.their policy to ask for security deposit in cash. We never did this outside China and there too in small hotels. They are probably the only hotel in Vietnam doing this. 2. Taking long time to double check your room for minibar consumption at checkout. Funny, a five star not trusting their guests. 3. Practically no item in restaurants for vegan/vegetarians... Just a Margherita pizza. 4. I had a big slip fall in bathroom due to faulty tap leakage on floor. Had major bruise on my back but luckily missed hitting my spine which could be very serious.

Hotel seemed to be all about trying to make money but didn’t put the customer as a priority

On arrival staff weren’t overly helpful. Certainly didn’t go above & beyond to assist us. The shower had an old razor cap on the floor. Ordered breakfast and only half the meal came - even after we made them aware it was still very average

Very unique Building, Different from other Hotels. infinity pool is awesome, Wonderful Views of the city. Top notch Experience.

Everything about the hotel was on point. Be it the service, facilities, smooth check in and check out or the incredible 24k gold Infinity Pool with the amazing Hanoi skyline in the background. Would highly recommend it.

The infinity roof top pool was with amazing view. Staff was quite helpful and the Room was also very nice.

They charge FULL price for check in before 9 am and HALF price after 9 am. I had requested for early check in and Nothing of this sort was informed via email or msg. I was even ready to pay the amount but then they said that it's last minute and they can't provide me room now. I was traveling with an infant still they didn't try to help out while others were given room.

Great hotel to stay

The entire hotel is made of gold, what more do you want? It has a great gold plated infinity pool. The room has all the amenities and a great view of the lake in front of it.

Great hotel, great value and everything is gold here!

The rooms are huge. Very comfortable bed and big bathroom with everything in gold. You really feel like Donald Trump in this Hotel :) The staff is nice and there is a huge pool mon the rooftop that is amazing.

The location is a bit far from the old quarter but not that bad. 15-20 min with the taxi.

Big rooms and heated toilets in the lobby.

Bath tub but not enough warm water to use it, no restaurant on top level (as promised). Want to be extraordinary but making mistakes in planning.
