Sitting next to the roaring gas fireplace on the rooftop deck, you pop the cork on a vintage bottle of wine as the sun slowly sinks behind the jagged ridgeline of Mt. Royal. You sink into the cushions of the patio furniture and take in the incredible 360-degree views as the steaks sizzle on the nearby grill. As darkness approaches, the soft sounds of the Rocky Mountain night are drowned out by the laughter of your friends recapping today’s epic adventure. You think to yourself: “Now this is Colorado.”
Ridgeview Court Townhome is a well-appointed premium vacation home that comfortably accommodates up to 8 people. With 2 bedrooms plus a den and 3.5 bathrooms, there’s plenty of room for your group to spread out. Located at the base of Mount Royal and about 5 blocks from downtown Frisco (easily walkable on a warm summer’s night), it’s also a short drive from three of Colorado’s most famous ski resorts. You’ll love the rooftop deck with a gas fireplace, two living areas with flat-screen TVs, and gorgeous kitchen with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances.
The main living area features a floor to ceiling rock gas fireplace and vaulted ceilings. The comfortable sofas provide an excellent place to unwind and enjoy a movie or the game on the large flat-screen TV. The den offers an additional living space that’s a perfect place for the kids to enjoy their favorite show or play a board game (a nice selection of games can be found in the closet).
Just off the main living area is the spacious kitchen complete with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances, a chef’s delight! The large island makes for a perfect place to enjoy a quick breakfast before heading out the door for the day or to place out some hours devours before you hit the town for the night. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to create a memorable mountain meal. The dining room table that is just off the kitchen seats 8 and there are 3 stools at the island.
The rooftop patio (not available during winter) is the cherry on top of this high-end home. With comfortable furniture, a gas fireplace, gas grill, and incredible 360-degree views, you’ll be living the dream from this beautiful Colorado getaway.

This house offered everything we were searching for!! The view, house itself and the town location was so perfect for a family vacation. The rooftop access and seating was so nice and we spent lots of time up there! Only a couple minutes from the main strip of stores, trails to walk/hike, and the Dillon reservoir! We did bring two kids 2 and under and this place didn’t have any gear for children (no toys, crib/pack n play, etc.) However, they did send us two companies to rent items that we needed for our stay, which we did not end up utilizing, but appreciated the option. We hope to come back to this area, and will definitely look for this unit again, or a property managed by the same company!

We have been to Summit County several times to ski surrounding mountains; I have to say, this condo is in the absolute best location! So many ski resorts in such a short distance. Main Street Frisco is so cute and has everything you need! The condo was very spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. It was also so incredibly cute!! We had a little issue with the fireplace, but management took care of it as soon as possible and it was up and running in no time. We will definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect space for a large family. We had plenty of space to spread out and the location was amazing. Walking distance to main st. and beautiful views!! The space was clean, well maintained and had a actual well stocked amenities. Kitchen was well stoked with everything we needed for our Thanksgiving diner! Very clean and we had no issues with the rental company at all! I have had some bad rentals over the years, this is just as advertised! We would come back again!

We can’t say enough positive things about our family vacay at this location. This location in Frisco was convenient and cozy. We were 15-20 minutes to Breck and 25 from Vale. Main Street was a 6 minute walk and we just fell in love with the location. The house was exactly what was displayed in the photos. It was well equipped with all the staples and plenty of games and movies. The heated floors and garage was a nice touch. The only downside was no smoking allowed on the top roof patio so if you like smoking cigars or anything else plan on skipping that purchase. Not a deal breaker for us but just something you should know beforehand.
Oh and at least one full length mirror would make this rental pure perfection. Will definitely rent this home away from home again.

Had such a wonderful time in this beautiful location! The townhouse was so spacious yet so warm and cozy at the same time. Beds were super comfortable, the main living area was so accommodating and the bonus room in the basement was huge! Will definitely look to stay here again.

the condo was beautiful, spacious and well appointed. The location was fantastic, near downtown shops and restaurants as well as within steps of hiking and biking trails. The management team was responsive, checking in several times and delivering the one item we felt was missing. Would recommend this listing to anyone.

We loved the proximity to Main Street. The entire house was clean and plenty big for our family. The management company was very quick and responsive with our request. Would highly recommend!! Treat yourself to the roof top deck! Favorite way to end the day.

Kept our kayaks in the garage so that was handy.
Wish we knew about the construction next door but we were out and about most of the time.

The property was amazing with that great rooftop deck and fireplace, 3 floors of living space to spread out for groups. The residence is modern, clean with great amenities like the kitchen and laundry specifically. The managers were great about communicating with us and for any troubleshooting if necessary. It is located a short walk to the downtown with all that Frisco has to offer. We look forward to staying again in the near future.

Perfect place for a large family or group. The kitchen was equipped for cooking any type of meal, and is very spacious. Easy walking distance to Main Street, as well as the hiking path. Copper Mountain is a 10 minute drive, or you can take the free bus. Overall an excellent choice!

Everything was perfect about this property. Nice and spacious, very comfortable and inviting. All the common spaces were more than sufficient for our group of 6. Twelve people would have been more than comfortable, although parking might have been an issue.
The House was just a few minutes walk from downtown Frisco. The sensual views and titillating atmosphere from the roof/surrounding this rental were a most pleasant addition to an already exhilarating vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I stick with my 5 star rating but we had a few items that future occupants may be interested in. There is construction going on on both sides of the property, so the access to the garage was blocked a few times during our stay, also plenty of construction noise during the daytime hours. The guys working were friendly and accommodating, but still a bit of an inconvenience. Roof top deck was great but no umbrellas, so very warm in the sun. Perfect in evenings especially with the fireplace. Loved the proximity to town. You can walk to all bars/restaurants. Just one more FYI the property managers will charge you a convenience fee to make your final payment by credit card. Plan accordingly. Enjoy your stay. There is so much to do, but also plenty of downtime. There is a great game/puzzle closet!

Even better in person! Great location, walk into town for great food, live entertainment and great original shops. We fell in love with Frisco! Love the rooftop deck with fireplace. We rented a pontoon boat and spent a day on the reservoir, very scenic. Frisco is centrally located to many great hikes. Love it, love it, love it. Thank you!

Everything was great at the property, I only wish the parking conditions were better. Can’t fit a large SUV in the garage. Otherwise the family loved the house and the proximity to the town of Frisco. It was also a quick ride into Breckinridge.

Great spot - space + location are perfect
The condo is just as advertised. Really spacious basement. We put two pack and plays down there, in addition to the murphy bed, with room to spare. The main floor is spacious and cozy. The kitchen opens into the living room so great hang zone. Upstairs has a big loft with a bunk bed (no privacy) + two BRs, each with their own bath. We were 3 couples + a single + two babies and we had plenty of room.
The place is super well appointed - everything you need - even a potato masher.
And you can't beat the location. Two blocks from Main Street and 5 blocks from a Summit Stage bus stop.

The town home was cozy, but spacious. Great location close to the main street with all of the shops. The rooftop deck is beautiful and a fun addition. The check in and check out were also very simple and quick, I would definitely recommend this town home to others looking for a place to stay!
