About this house rental

Beautiful, newly remodeled home situated minutes away from freeways and 25 minutes from the famous Las Vegas Strip. Located near ample shopping, attractions, and all Las Vegas has to offer without the hotel prices. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans, etc. to accommodate large groups. Washer and dryer is available for guest use with complimentary detergent. Guests have access to fresh linen and towels for the duration of their stay. This home is well equipped for large groups that can accommodate up to 26 guests upon request.

The property was spacious and the host was very responsive to any inquires. We had two issues during our stay, one with a shower head, and the other with the front door lock. Greg responded right away and had someone out the next day to fix both issues. The person couldn't fully resolve the front door issue, so Greg came and fixed it himself. The pool was awesome and cool. The grill was immaculately clean. One minor tip, spot check the dishes before using them. We spotted a couple of unclean dishes, but we simply ran them through the dishwasher again. I would definitely stay at this property again!

A really nice property a good (but not too far) distance from the strip and Freemont street - both are about 20-30 minutes away and Ubers/Lyfts are never more than a 10 minute wait away. The Villa has lovely big rooms - the front room kitchen/diner/lounge is a lovely social space and the second lounge is also a great space. The back garden is stunning and the pool is lovely and clean - as well as quiet, with limited outside noise. The outdoor seating area and putting green is also fantastic. The second fridge in the garage is very useful. All bedrooms are a good size with a great amount of accompanying bathrooms - the master bathroom is stunning! The owner is very communicable and helped us check in early with no stress, he was also on hand during our stay is answer any questions. Can't recommend the property enough! Excellent space and lovely location to escape the hustle and bustle of Vegas!

Our group of campers enjoy their stay at this house. There's plenty of space for a large group. The kiddos enjoyed the amenities and entertainment. The pool and mini-golf are a bonus. Greg was nice and communication was rapid. Check-in was easy.

The property was absolutely perfect for our Dad's 70th. We were able to accomodate everyone with plenty of space. Host was very responsive and made our trip even easier than he needed to. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again!

We had a great time and loved the layout of this house & yard. Parking is priceless! There was plenty of space for everyone and the owner was easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend.

The house was amazing and beautiful, big enough for our wedding party and no one wanted to leave it! It wasn't the cleanest when we got there, and definitely some wear and tear, but I don't mind if I'm not getting blamed for it! I would 1000% come stay again! Owner was accommodating and easily accessible for any questions or concerns!

The house is huge thats undeniable but so many things need fixing. The extra beds in the rooms where broken so we couldnt use them. None of the extra beds around the house had sheets or blankets. Even a queen in main room had no blankets. The sofa/couch on the patio was completely ripped like it was gross seating in that couch. Like needs fixing or to be disposed of. The floors where not cleaned properly. It was easy communicating with the owner luckily and he would reply fast but more attention should be paid to make sure garbage is emptied before new guests arrived and to make sure things are refilled for new guests. We had no gas for the bbq and it was supposed to be included luckily again owner answered right away and provided the gas. The house is huge rooms are huge. Looks beautiful but would love to see a more guest ready home and not so many broken things. Pool was amazing.

Greg's place is very large and can accommodate many guests. We loved the room to spread out but also everything was on one level. It seemed clean - some dust accumulating in places but nothing that made us feel like cleanliness was an issue. We were sitting outside having coffee one morning and a pool cleaner showed up. No big deal but would've been nice to have a heads up that someone was coming. Wish the pool was heated. We didn't use it much as the weather wasn't hot. It's a little drive to Vegas which we were fine with. Wanted to be out of the hustle and bustle. Had lots of utensils and dishes but we couldn't find napkins or paper towels so we bought some. Have to haul garbage bins to the street and strip beds. Overall, we would stay again!

Large property can comfortably sleep 26. We used as a reunion /get together, we had lots of places in the property to hang around. Has a good back yard with fire place,small pool, ,has a large kitchen and dinning area

The property suited all 23 of us so well! We had 12 adults and 11 kids aging in range from 16-2. The backyard was the perfect spot for kids to unwind and play. Plus Craig Ranch Regional Park is nearby. Greg was a fabulous host and responded quickly to all of our needs. I highly recommend!

Our family vacation in Vegas was to celebrate my mothers birthday with all her children and grandchildren. It was truly the perfect property. It was accommodating, spacious and kid friendly. Beautiful, comfortable, relaxing vacation/staycation home. It met each and every one of our guests and their families needs. We were able to enjoy ourselves all together or separately. It had the perfect space for the adults to have a good time and supervise the children. There was plenty parking, multiple bathrooms that made showers a breeze. The host was amazing. Any questions I had prior, during our vacation, and check out were promptly addressed. The welcome basket had more than enough toiletries, closets were fully stocked with towels and linens. We couldn't have been more pleased. We all had an amazing time.

Greg is a fantastic host! The house is large and has everything you need to feel at home. The pool was a huge plus after a long hot day on the job site nearby. The fridge is huge and the house is even bigger! Definitely 10/10 recommend!

We stayed with a party of 18 women for an event and felt safe. very spacious home with plenty of room for everyone. A little drive to the strip but nothing major. Only suggestion is; because we stayed with alot of women we had to get ready for a few events. There were no body mirrors in the home. Women need body mirrors when getting ready. :) . hope some are put up in the future.
