I bought this RV so as a lone traveler, I could camp by myself with minimal hassle of set up and break down. The unit has an automatic power leveling system, power awning and a power tongue (hitch) system. It sleeps 10 people and has an awesome bunk room in the back for the kids that sleeps 4. The large dinette converts to a bed for two and there is an airbed built into the love seat that sleeps two more. Master BR sleeps two. Entertainment system includes small flat screen, DVD/CD player, radio, and three zone speaker system that pipes sound outside too. Also includes emergency alert band that automatically broadcasts in case of an oncoming storm. Two slide outs, back bunk room and LR/DR area. Amazing outdoor kitchen with additional refrigerator and microwave, sink, and small flat screen TV. Ducted AC/Heat. The unit also has an outdoor shower sprayer with hot/cold running water on the back and a great retractable bike rack! I include sheets for the beds since they are not normal sizes, basic cooking supplies (pots, pans, mixing bowls, cooking utensils, dish drainer and towels, etc), beach towels, I also leave my pudgie pie irons and toasting forks in the unit for your use. I supply waste hook up supplies, fresh water hose with pressure regulator, and electric hookup extension cords. This is a GREAT unit to rent and spend time with your loved ones! I am a pet friendly owner since I can't imagine camping without my fur babies but damages or soiled carpeting will be charged accordingly. There is carpeting in the back bunk room and under the dinette only. Does not include a generator at this point so you must supply your own if you are not going to a camp ground. You also must empty the waste tanks before returning the unit or there will be a fee of $150 extra. If you have your own vehicle it must be a F250 or comparable) with a trailer brake to haul the unit. We can also deliver and pick up now. The unit and all supplies will be sanitized before each rental departure. I also require that you purchase insurance through RVShare for your protection as well as mine. Camp ON!
