This is a very clean 2012 Thor class C motorhome. It has less than 40k total miles and drives and lives like a brand new motorhome. It is very spacious, with a slide out and easy to use. We have camped for 5 days without hookups and it was very easy and effortless. It has never been smoked in. Sleeping options are: (sleeps up to 6 adults and 2 children) Main Suite (short queen, sleeps 2 adults) in the back. Cab-Over Bunk (double, sleeps 2 adults) Queen fold out sofa sleeper (sleeps 2 adults) Dinette which converts to an optional smaller bed for 2 small children. Bedding Linens are available for purchase in the Add-Ons section. Of course, you're welcome to bring your own bedding if you wish. Kitchen: You bring all your own kitchen supplies for cooking. Bathroom: You bring your own toiletries, we will supply Marine toilet paper. 1 Indoor TV on a wall mount swing. Cable TV ready Rear back up Camera Large storage with 3 Slides of access in the back. LOCAL TRAVEL W/IN PACIFIC NORTHWEST ONLY. NO LARGE VENUE EVENTS such as The GORGE Amphitheater (Concerts)/ Burning Man/ Sports & Tailgating. If this Rule is violated, there will be an additional charge of the full Security Deposit. Thank you for understanding that these restrictions are due to previous significant concerns/issues with rentals to such events. We also prefer smaller groups/ families and need to know the destination of the trip prior to approval. No smoking/ tobacco allowed at any time inside the RV. No climbing on the roof. Awning use only during the day and never in winds over 10mph, or heavy rains/hail. Any additional charges necessary on return (extensive interior/exterior cleaning/repair, carpet cleaning, or lost or stolen items, etc.) will be deducted from your Security Deposit. Please read the Add-Ons section below for further information. If charges exceed the $1500 deposit, the renter will be responsible for additional charges. We allow a generous Pick-Up and Return Time between 9:00 am - 3:00 pm. If the RV is not returned within the 9-3 time period, depending on circumstances there may be a late charge of $50/hour due to turn around time of cleaning/prep for the next rental. Though we are flexible with our Pick-Up/ Return Times, we would appreciate renter's approximate expected timelines. Note: Any restrictions/rules listed are to help ensure the safety of the driver and passengers on your trip. -Awning is NOT covered by the rental insurance- all repair cost are the responsibility of the renter.
