Heimeliges Nest für den Städtetrip

Viel Platz, schöne Möblierung, allerliebstes Balkönchen für Zwei (leider für uns wegen Dauerregen nicht nutzbar), Parkplatz abseits der Straße (man braucht das Auto nicht), Bushaltestelle 300 Meter, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin, top für unseren Städtetrip.

Es fehlte eine genaue Nutzungsanweisung für den Fernsehempfang (bei zwei Fernbedienungen). Kaffeebecher wären schön (wir behalfen uns mit Whiskygläsern), Stielgläser für Wein auch.

Sauber, zweckmässig und für längeren Aufenthalt geeignet.

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Die Anfahrt mit dem Auto ist einfach und der reservierte Parkplatz ist ideal in jeder Hinsicht. Die per Mail oder Whattsapo übermittelten Hinweise betreffend Schlüsselübergabe sind (in Englisch) klar formuliert, durch Bilder ergänzt und hilfreich beim Bezug der Wohnung. Mit den Buslinien 5, 6 und 13, die zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten erreichbar sind, ist das Stadtzentrum rasch erreichbar. Die ganze Wohnung ist sauber und gepflegt. Die technischen Einrichtungen sind zweckmässig, mit vielen Steckdosen für Geräte. Die Heizung ist leistungsfähig und nach Bedürfnis einstellbar. Die Küche ist gut ausgerüstet, hell und sehr sauber. Der Sanitärraum mit Dusche, Lavabo und Toilette ist gut beheizbar und ebenfalls sehr sauber. Die Verwaltung erkundigte sich nach unserer Ankunft schriftlich ob alles ok sei, wir haben das sehr geschätzt. Für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt können wir die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Buena opción para conocer Luxemburgo

Lo cómodo que está para coger el autobús al centro. Parada muy cerca y muy fácil. Tenía lavadora, secadora y lavavajillas. La cama del dormitorio muy cómoda.

El colchón del sofá muy incómodo. Que el parking sea en la calle. La cocina estaba bastante sucia, sobre todo la nevera. Faltaban artículos de baño.

Hospedagem confortável e tranquila :)

Apto completo, limpo e organizado. Comunicação com locatário tranquila. Vaga de estacionamento no próprio prédio. Cama extra além da cama de casal e sofá cama, pra meus filhos dormirem separados. Atenção do proprietário em deixar cápsula de café, de lava louça e de lava roupas - um carinho diferencial. Apto moderno, tudo funcionando perfeitamente.

Nada que não tenhamos gostado.

Alojamiento agradable, tranquilo y acojedor.

El alojamiento era muy agradable, con detalle para desayunar. Las instrucciones para el check in muy claras. La calefaccion estupenda. El barrio residencial muy tranquilo y cerca de transporte publico, varias opciones. Recomendable 100%

Nada, por rellenar, podria haber tostador, pero es una tonteria comparado con todo lo positivo, pues tiene todo el menaje que te puedas esperar.

Perfekt für einen Städtetrip

Eine sehr gute Lage am Stadtrand, mit perfekter Busanbindung (öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind kostenfrei!), nur 15 Min. in die City. Luxus eines privaten Parkplatzes. Schön eingerichtetes Appartement (wie auf Fotos) und sehr gute Ausstattung. Ein wirklich sehr netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin, unkomplizierter Check-in m. Schlüsselbox. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Nice appartment but uncomfortable bed

Nicely situated and recently refurbished appartment. Very good shower, tv and well equiped kitchen. Ideal for a short stay in Luxembourg. The owners are very friendly.

The mattrases were very hard which made them not comfortable to sleep on if you are used to a soft matress. Also the spare bed and the couch suffered from the same problem. Outside the building people were renovating the facade which caused some noise in the morning but this wasn't really an issue as we took it into account by going to bed earlier.

Very well equipped comfortable appartement

Very well equipped appartement, warm, quiet (apart from car noise at peak traffic) comfortable, Netflix, supermarket 2 minutes drive, 8 minutes drive to city centre, dog was allowed, big field across the road to walk the dog, free carpark at the back, elevator was nice for the luggage, great shower etc

Beautiful apartment in a quiet area

This apartment is really great ! It's very spacious, and with all the equipment that one would need ! The kitchen looks brand new, the living room is very comfortable, and the location was really great for me. It's in a residential area that is very quiet, which makes it nice to spend some time on the balcony when the weather is good. The communication with the host and the check-in were very easy and friendly! And the parking spot is provides great added value, as one has to pay for parking in most area of Luxembourg, even in residential neighbourhoods, so this makes a big difference, and it's then easy to hop on a bus to the city centre jus down the street (public transportation is free).

I had a great stay, nothing to add here !
