New raised cottage with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, front porch with rockers and screened side porch overlooking the Long Beach Harbor. Under the home, parking for 4 cars, large outdoor entertaining area, smart TV, kitchen with grill, dining area, private salt water plunge pool, Adirondack chairs and more! This custom home has a full washer and dryer, flat screen smart TVs, soaps, paper goods, trash bags and cleaning supplies provided. House is equipped with a cargo lift to the second floor. Home sleeps 8 comfortably. All kitchen conveniences and basic condiments available to include fine dinnerware as well as melamine non-breakable options. High chair and infant pack N play provided. My family and I had a great time here. The house was nice and clean. The floor plan gave us plenty of room to relax. I think everything was well stocked.(Towels & Paper products). The house was nicely decorated. Under the house had plenty of space to park cars, play games, eat outside or go swimming. The house is also close enough to walk to the beach or to restaurants in the city of Long Beach.

The house was just like it was listed. It was the perfect place for our family during national cheer competition and family vacation. House owner was quick to respond to anything questions we had. Loved that the beach and restaurants are close. My boys were able to do go down to the pier and do some fishing. We will be back again

Our family was in the Gulfport area for a baseball tournament and really appreciated the area and this home. The property was clean and had a lot of amenities. The beach and restaurants were in walking distance and "downtown" Long Beach was nearby with some cute shops and restaurants. The area felt safe and home was well equipped. Our kids loved the plunge pool and it stayed shaded most of the day. Laura was very responsive to any questions we had. The only constructive feedback is it could have been clearer that the half bath is downstairs and the charcoal grill was well used and likely needs to be replaced. In summary, we had a great stay and wouldn't hesitate to rebook this home if we come back to Gulfport/Long Beach.

We are a family of 7. We have 5 kids ages 18, 16,15, 12, and 22 months. This was such a comfortable vacation home for everyone! The location is great. So close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Even if the weather isn’t perfect for the beach, the pool, porches and outdoor area are fun to relax and play games. This home is by far the most well equipped/stocked vacation home we have ever stayed in. These hosts/owners have thought of everything! There was absolutely nothing we needed and couldn’t find right in the home. We also appreciated the high quality mattresses, pillows, and bed linens that we are used to at home. The Smart TVs in each room was also a plus, so that the kids and adults could watch what they wanted to in the evenings. This home itself is beautiful, but is also BEAUTIFULLY decorated with a classy, coastal and airy feel to the interior. There is so much to do! Walk or ride bikes to the beach, splash in the pool, play a game of corn hole, swing on the disc swing, cook out, enjoy the fire pit in the outdoor area, or enjoy coffee on the porch. There is something for everyone at this beautiful vacation home!

Home was clean and so cute! Perfect for our group…we had 5 adults, a 1 yr old and two small dogs. The home has everything you need, including things for the baby and dogs! We really enjoyed relaxing on the porch and cooling off in the pool! Right up the street from great food and casinos :)…Laura was a great host, responding quickly even early in the morning…would definitely recommend or stay here again if we came to the area

We immediately fell in love with this property. The owner was very accommodating and quick to respond to any question. The house is phenomenal with an amazing floor plan and loaded with amenities. We enjoyed the location as it was so close to beach and wonderful restaurants. We loved the pool and spent most of the afternoons lounging on the floats. Hoping for a return visit soon!!!

My wife and I, along with our two kids, 2 & 5, had a wonderful time at this house. The property is practically new and was extremely clean and comfortable. The kids loved having smart TV's in every room with all the streaming services included. My wife and I loved the huge master bath and fully stocked kitchen. The house is in walkable distance to the beach but we found ourselves exploring the numerous beaches that are all within a 5-10 minute drive from the property. If you are looking for low key, non-crowded beaches this area is the place to stay. It was very relaxing not to have to fight the crowds. The best part about this house is that when the kids (or Mom and Dad) got tired of the sand, we could retreat back to the house and keep swimming in the plunge pool on this property. The outdoor area next to the pool was fantastic. I would usually fire up the grill in the evenings while the kids were still swimming and could watch them the whole time. This property even has a TV downstairs in the outdoor area, although we did try to unplug as much as possible. I can't say anything negative about the house and would stay here again next time we are in the area.

The house and property is very well maintained with lots of amenities. The rooms are spacious, well decorated, and very clean. We love the seating area inside the pool with plenty of room for our grandkids to play. The covered patio area provided plenty of shade and comfortable seating. There is an outdoor sink, private restroom and refrigerator inside the pool house, and a charcoal grill for outdoor cooking. The owners are very accommodating and quick to respond if needed. The best place to stay in Long Beach!

We had a fantastic time. We were able to go enjoy the surrounding towns, day trip into New Orleans, and explore the beach areas with a short walk. The house fit our family perfectly and we were able to stay in and just relax on our off days. We would definitely like to come back.

This is a great property. Clean. Very pretty. The only thing for our group.....was the steps. We had 1 person with a partial foot and one that had just had a surgery on his feet, so maybe better hand rails would have helped. The breeze under the house was WONDERFUL. Loved our stay....just too short. I hope whomever buys this home keeps it as a rental...would love to stay here again. Thanks to the Gray family for sharing your place.

This beautiful home is perfect for a quiet, relaxing and fun filled vacation. We used the pool every day, BBQd multiple nights and enjoyed the beach. The beach is calm, no waves, but very relaxing. We visited the Jefferson Davis house, the Discovery Center , and a few casinos. We ate at Bull’s restaurant (within walking distance), Felix’s, and Slap ya Momma’s. The house had everything we needed and was so clean and new. Ashley was attentive to our every need. I highly recommend this home for your next Gulf Shore retreat.
