About this house rental
Hutchinson Island is a Sea Turtle Sanctuary. This 3 bedroom , pet friendly home has a fantastic heated pool and beautiful outdoor living space in the screened Florida room. Everything you will need for a great vacation is right here. The heated pool has a child safety fence. Fully equipped, well appointed chef 's kitchen, open concept living and dining room, 2 full baths and an outdoor shower. We welcome well behaved pets and do not discriminate as to size of the dog.

Indian River Point is an exclusive waterfront community on the Indian River in Jensen Beach. The neighborhood consists of large, colorful, single-family homes with private yards and beautifully kept gardens. Within a two-minute walk you have access to docks leading out onto the Indian River where you can dock your boat or just use it for a day of fishing.
All Indian River Point homeowners have access to the large community swimming pool and a tennis court.
Indian River Point is in the perfect position for those that enjoy passing the days at beautiful beaches and parks. The Jensen Beach Causeway Park is just a 2-minute drive away. It has picnic areas, a public boat launch, a children’s playground, restrooms, fishing piers, and water access to the Indian River great for kayaking, windsurfing and Jet Skiing. Jensen Beach Park is also 2-minutes away in the other direction. It is the largest public beach offering plenty of parking, showers, restrooms, picnic areas, sand volleyball courts, a concession stand, and lifeguard service.
For a night out on the town you just need to take a short 5-minute drive down the waterfront towards the Ocean Breeze Plaza to find restaurants like Mulligan’s Beach House Bar & Grill, 11 Maple Street, Lures Riverfront and Cinco de Mayo Mexican Cuisine. There are also shops and services such as a Publix Supermarket, a pharmacy, a nail salon and hairdressers/barbers.
Indian River Point is right next to the NE Causeway Blvd and the A1A so you can be back on the mainland in minutes. In just over an hour you can spend the day perusing the shops at Boynton Beach or continue down the I-95 for 10 more minutes to get to Delray Beach.
Lots of restaurants and shopping close to the house. Between Hutchinson Island and downtown Jensen Beach, the local artisan culture is at your doorstep. Your are certain to satisfy any outdoor recreational, cuisine or shopping desire within minutes!

The Florida room and surrounding landscaping is enhanced with subtle lighting so living outdoors in the evening is as nice as the days. Amenities include two bikes for a 10 minute ride to the beach or a 10 minute ride to town for dinner or the night out.
There are two surf boards for the adventurous (lessons can be found nearby). The community tennis court is close enough you can watch from our outdoor living space but not so close as to be uncomfortable (we do have racquets available). The community pool is 100 ft. away if the kids and their friends get too rowdy. Fishing is available from the community docks, or wonderful shore fishing from our miles and miles of sand beaches located just a 1/2 mile away. Great local restaurants in Jensen Beach or along the ocean (ride a bike or 5 minutes by UBER), or go a little further (15 minutes) to Stuart for more restaurants, shopping and theatre. Golf courses are everywhere.
The house is pet friendly. There is an area to rinse your dog after a beach run at the local dog friendly beach. There is even a large dog crate available if it is needed.
Jensen Beach is located perfectly for those that want to day trip to Disney or any of the Orlando parks. Just a quick trip south to West Palm and Miami. Get away to the beach!

We had a great family vacation at this wonderful home. The location is perfect right down the street from the public beach where we enjoyed the sand volleyball courts, surfing, swimming, and sitting at the beach watching the waves. There are plenty of beach chairs to bring with. We went fishing and watched sunsets from the pier where dolphins, sea turtles, pelicans, and more come to visit. The neighbors were all very welcoming and friendly. The private pool, community pool, and tennis courts in the back yard are amazing. We went to see the rocks and shells at Chastain Beach which is just a short drive away which is great too. A quick drive or bike ride over the bridge to good restaurants and a cute downtown as well. Perfect location for whatever type of vacation you are looking for. The house was well stocked and very comfortable. Thank you for providing the perfect house for our vacation!

We had a great time at the Turtle House. It was conveniently located, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed both pools, and visited the public beach down the road. We would definitely stay here again!

There may have been a pool maintenance visit while we were out, as things were moved on the patio, it was wet and smelled of chlorine- we hope that was it.
An “aware” neighborhood which is good & safe, except after 12 plus hours of travel, we pull into the driveway and 2 neighbors on bikes seem to be waiting for us,? The minute we get out of our car, the gentleman starts asking us to speak to the owner that something is wrong with the roof. Beyond odd & awkward to us! But no harm no fowl

The house was perfect. I was really surprised by the well stocked kitchen. It has a great location in the community with a short walk to the boat docks for some night fishing after a great day at the beach and a dip in the pool. There were also several amenities such as pool toys, bikes, fishing gear, dog crate, games, ect. if you didn't bring your own. My only comment to the owner is that the TV is not a smart set, so no Netflix or other streaming services for movie watching .... but we stayed so busy didn't have any time to sit down for a movie night.

Wonderful home
This home is in a beautiful location, very safe and serene. Our group of ladies were in the area for work but this home provided a nice place to enjoy and unwind after a long day. The pool was nice and referencing and the beds were so comfortable. It had every amenity we needed. Perfect home for our trip. Thank you!

Great home to have our family visit, able to enjoy the pool , sitting outside and the location is perfect. The house was very well equipped but we most appreciated the dog friendly aspect. Having larger dogs can be challenging but Shannon was super great to work with. Highly recommend this property and when we come back will be booking here again!

Perfect Getaway
This is a great property and exactly as advertised. The pool was perfect. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking and beach towels and chairs available which is really nice. If you are not familiar with the area, it is very close to the public beaches. I would definitely stay at this property again - we had a wonderful vacation!

We stayed here after our wedding for our family moon. The local beach was fantastic and there were 2 dog beaches near by. The closer of the two was our favorite. The house was perfect and had everything we needed and more. The pool was awesome to relax in at night. We loved the house and would recommend it to others!

We enjoyed our stay at the Sea Turtle House. The house worked well for our family. The community pool, tennis court, and neighborhood were very nice. The proximity to the beach was awesome. Nice place/broken promise
I researched to find the ideal rental home to celebrate our Golden Anniversary. Because my wife loves to swim, I picked this rental because advertised a "heated" pool and our trip was in to occur in early December. I figured the ocean probably would be on the cold side even farther south, so the heated pool would make the stay very special for her. I contacted the owner ahead and explained why this was a special occasion and that having the pool heated was why I chose to rent the house for a special touch for my wife on her Golden Anniversary. I received an email message telling me that they were happy we chose their place to celebrate our 50th anniversary and that they would make sure the pool was well heated. When we arrived the pool temp was 55 degrees. I called and was told they would send someone to check and they determined that the thermostat needed to be reset. The pool water finally heated up late in the day of our last day there. I had emphasized in advance that it was important that they make sure the pool would be heated high enough to compensate for any weather changes. They assured me they would do this. I couldn't believe this happened and the special thing I arranged to make the stay special for my wife on an IMPORTANT occassion was carelessly handled by our hosts. The owner did not bother to call and personally apologise for dropping the ball. I couldn't believe that either and I thought she would have had the class to do so since dropping the ball on this took the "special" out of our carefully planned celebration. My wife was gracious about being disappointed, but this should not have happened. The home is very nice and we'll appointed and comfortable. The dishwasher needs repair, which I reported to the office. The top shelf was broken. Except for the important broken promise, and a few minor inconveniences (nothing to use to clean the grill--the brush scrubber was missing and the DVD player is not hooked up), we thought the home is lovely and the location is great and the owner provided accoutrements like bikes, surfboards, etc. I did need to get the part about the pool and disappointing my wife on our 50th off my chest.

Great House. Great Location.
Everything was good. There was a lot of room for everyone. The kitchen was great. I knew the area so I knew that the location was going to be great . You are close to the centers of Jensen Beach and Stuart. Pool was clean, and the landscaping was beautiful. We loved the Weber grill. Been to other homes where grills were totally unusable. They just needed to be careful when taking down the hurricane shutters.

Perfect Family Stay
We stayed at Starr's home for a family wedding, and it was perfect for us! We were in the perfect location, and all the amenities were just what we needed. We had an amazing time for our family vacation! We have stayed on the island for the past 5 years at a condo on the beach with a beautiful view. This year we thought that we would try a house so that we could have a place to put our paddle boards and not have to keep them on the car roof all week. I was anxious asking the family to give up their view untill we arrived....it was perfection. The Florida room more than made up for the view. We used it so much more than we ever have used the balcony at the condo. The house was so well planned with ceiling fans in every area that you could ask for. Every thing was labeled which made it so much easier. The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked with everything a cook would need. The beds are so comfortable and the bathrooms are out of this world....no shower curtains! (I hate being attacked by shower curtains) The shower in the master bath looked like something from a spa. We loved the convenience and thoughtfulness of the surf boards, tennis equipment, laundry, and outdoor shower. The pool is lovely and so nice to have when you need to relax and the kids still want to swim. Our dogs loved the spaces inside to keep cool and the Florida room to hang out with us. The river is a short morning walk for them and we had beautiful views both morning and night. Staying here was such a wonderful treat. I can't imaging staying anywhere else. Everyone was so responsive and helpful for our stay. I am asking to come back for birthdays, anniversarys, Christmas, and every other Friday (Let's see if I can convince everyone). Thank you for a magical vacation. It was only a week but it felt like a month!

Our Florida Getaway
The house was perfect for us and our daughter and husband and her little ones. The safety of the pool was the best and we appreciated the pool items that helped make it more fun. The accommodations were just the way they were presented online.

Goddess weekend.
From the moment we pulled up into the driveway we knew we made the right decision. Absolutely beautiful outside and inside. This is one of the best VRBO homes we have been in. Beach celebration
Wanted to find a home on Hutchinson Island as we have visited many times in the past. This property was so close to the beach we could take numerous trips daily. We swam, hiked and searched for sea Turtles. The wonderful shops of Stuart and Jensen beach were only a short drive and Supermarkets were minutes away. The house was set up perfectly. Very pet friendly. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated and a joy. The king beds were excellent. We would definitely return in the future. Thanks again for sharing your home with us.

Easy Home to Stay in
We had a nice vacation for Spring Break. Jensen Beach is a great area to explore. Neat little community with great food, fishing, swimming, and parks. The community where the house is has a nice boat dock. I did a lot of fishing off of this dock. The pool in the backyard was key for our kids.
These owners are new to renting their house. The house had everything you could have asked for. There are a few things I would add to make the stay a little easier.
More Pots and Pans. I would also add TV's to at least 2 of the bedrooms. There is only 1 TV in the home.
We would definitely go back to this home.
