Inside, family and friends can relax in the cozy space on the second floor, an open-concept main living area. Sink into a comfortable sofa or the chairs, set before a wall-mounted smart TV, in a room lined with casual shiplap. A fan with palm frond-shaped blades twirls above. A convenient coffee bar with a mini fridge and water faucet make movie night a fun and convenient experience. In the adjacent dining area, the handsome table seats ten for game night fun or for a special meal, while a chandelier dripping with shells sets the coastal scene! Overlooking it all, a fantastic kitchen features a blue-and-white tile backsplash and easy-access, open shelving, along with state-of-the-art appliances and plenty of counter space for prepping snacks after a day at the beach or a delicious dinner. The kitchen island provide seating for additional friends to join the party! A convenient powder room accompanies the second floor gathering spaces.
This living area opens to the spacious 2nd-floor balcony, which has a view of the dune crossover and Gulf waters beyond. Enjoy the outdoor dining table and a comfy seating area that looks toward the water and over the community. The back balcony has a grill for the family pit master and a nice view of the charming pocket park on the backside of the home where kids can enjoy a fun run or game of tag. A spacious laundry room on the first floor offers two washers and dryers and additional cabinets and counter tops for convenient storage and cleanup from a day of fun in the sun.
SLEEPING QUARTERS: The crowning jewel of the home is the third-floor primary king suite with private balcony boasting fantastic Gulf view! A sliding, barn door opens to a spacious bathroom featuring a spacious walk-in shower with large soaker tub. Double vanities and a spacious closet allow a comfortable stay for any length of time. It’s a romantic, private suite you’ll love and never want to leave.
On the second floor, a handsome king suite with all-white bedding makes a comfortable retreat. A private bathroom with stylish shower offers easy convenient cleanup after a long day.
On the first floor, a third king suite features a private bathroom and a barn door opening that slides closed for privacy. A bunk suite offers built-in fun for the kids with a twin-over-twin and twin-over-full that sleeps a total of five. A private bathroom for the bunk room with two handy showers for faster cleanup make the bunk suite a great space for the kids of all ages. In the fifth bedroom there are two twin beds for additional friends that have a lovely hallway bathroom to allow for convenient comfort.
GREAT FEATURES: The gas grill is yours to use on the second-floor, back balcony, conveniently located by the kitchen. Built-in storage shelves under the stairs, outside the laundry room, on the first level provide a great spot for beach gear and towels as you come and go. Proximity to the Dune Pool and the Beach are great advantages to staying at this rental!
