Copybush Cottage is a stylish detached cottage resting in the village of Martletwy near Lawrenny, Wales. Hosting four bedrooms including two king-size and two twins, this cottage can sleep a total of eight guests. The first floor boasts both a bathroom and a shower room, whilst the ground floor features a further shower room. The ground floor is also home to a kitchen/dining room with a woodburning stove, a utility room and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside there is an external games room, as well as an enclosed garden featuring a lawn with a hot tub, a patio with sun loungers and an outdoor dining space, and a decking with a barbecue, chimenea and a second outdoor dining area. Ample off-road parking is available. Copybush Cottage is a fabulous dwelling for a family getaway to Wales.
Amenities: Gas central heating with woodburning stoves. Electric range cooker with gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TVs, table tennis and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking available. Enclosed garden with lawned area featuring a hot tub, patio with outdoor dining space and sun loungers, gravelled area with barbecue and outdoor dining area. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop: 1.9 miles, pub 2.5 miles. Note: There is no stairgate available, please keep children supervised at all times
