Чудово.

Прекрасне місце розташування. В самому серці Гастінгсу. В помешканні достатня кількість посуду і зручностей для самостійного приготування їжі. Хороший Wi-Fi і телебачення.

We could not stay in this property and had to look for further accommodation.

Cleanliness bedding was dirty and unironed, Damp Moldy unclean smell, food rubbish outside bedroom and front door which was attracting flies which was in the property, no lock on bathroom door, door hanging off cupboard in bathroom. Carpets dirty and un hoovered, radiator all rusty, painted walls dirty. Dirty shelves.

Very comfortable stay , served the intended purpose. Very secure area with CCTV in surrounding areas Had an initial problem with the toilet flush . Issue was resolved very quickly Generally all good 😊

Supberb location, poor beds.

The location is excellent! The appartement is large, lots of space. And the kitchen has an oven and a microwave. Great shower!

Matrasses were very bad. The sofa-bed in the living room was terrible. We had our smallest child sleeping on the lounge side of the couch. The metal bars were terible. So do not go here if you are with more then 4 people (2 beds). No lock on the bathroom door. Strange stains everywhere!

Nicely located appartement very close to the heart of old Hastings. Much space for everyone. Good temperature in flat in summer time. Well equipped with mos things needed.

Not enough spoons and dishes available. Beds are relatively small, but still ok.

Nice apartment, would stay there again however, mosquito issues needs sorting and other stuff I mentioned

Good location quite central to everything.

Shower needs fixing, leakage is terrible 😣 Due to ongoing leak outside the property, mosquitoes and very big ones were inside of the property. Was wondering why there was a large bottle of mosquito repellent in the kitchen. No lock on bathroom door, We got locked in the house and had to ask a kind gentleman to help us out. Due to a faulty lock on the bedroom door, left the house keys in the room pushed the door over and couldn’t get back in…..Problem was solved however, would advise to sort that issue ASAP.

Location was good but that means there is no parking. Rooms were good size

Curtains thin Towels were small and old although they were clean No lock on bathroom door and when it was closed the bedroom door could not be opened or shut. Shower could do with a non slip mat as was very slippery

Great location for the old town and good value for money compared to other places. Would definitely stay here again

We booked as a family of 5 and there was no bedding for the sofa bed (luckily my autistic son had bought his own!). Would have also liked more cleaning products.

It was very disappointing, I fell this property is not in a fit state to be rented out.

The property was an easy walk to the beach, cafes and restaurants

The property was dirty. The bedding and cushions were stained. The carpets were dirty. There were crisps on the floor. The were light bulbs missing. The hair dryer was missing the safety filter. The bathroom door lock was broken. There was a handle missing off the bedroom door and the door wouldn’t stay closed. In the back bedroom the wall behind the bed was damp and the paint was flaking off it.

When we arrived the house was freezing had to wait over an hour for someone to arrive to top up the gas There was damp stains in both bedrooms The front room cushions and throws were heavily stained and so was the floor

Don't do it!

Location was great.

The place was filthy. Had not been cleaned from the last people. Was not prepared to sleep on other people dirty sheets so we could not stay there. Cancelled and booked somewhere else. Still waiting for a refund! The upkeep of the property was also awful. Damp on the walls, hole in the ceiling, huge crack on the walls. How they can advertise this is beyond me. Worst place I've seen. Customer service also awful!!

At check in there were 11 degrees in the apartment. It took almost 24 hours to get to 20 degrees.

great location, spacious and good value for money!

loved the location and the big rooms- plus it was good value for money.

it was a bit dirty when we moved the sofa a little and we could have done with a couple of extra toilet rolls and more bits and bobs in the kitchen- like glasses and maybe a few condiments etc. also could have used some instructions for the heating and things.

great location, nice flat, good host

the flat was lovely, the rooms were spacious & beds were comfortable. there was a Tv and wifi which was great. The flat was clean when we arrived, good facilitates eg plates/cups etc. when we arrived the heating and hot water didn’t work, but this was promptly sorted by a handyman and the communication and timing was good.

there were some areas of the flat that needed some TLC such as a hole in the ceiling in one of the rooms, with evidence of a leak, and some damp and evidence of leaking in the other bedroom. The letterbox had no shutter on it, which left a hole in the front door which made it very cold especially when the heating wasn’t working

Lovely place. Very pleased.

The sofa bed is horrible I must say. Best to delete it from your details as it is unusable as a bed. A pair of small scissors to open food packaging would be a nice addition to your already well equipped kitchen.

Good location but shocking management doesn't even make the location worth it!

The level of customer service recieved by the manager was disgusting. She offered my terminally ill mother who uses a wheelchair an inaccessible property with multiple stairs! Yes the power outage was beyond their control but their support for my mother and myself the night before my wedding was disgusting and unnecessarily stressful.

A beautiful place for our family to stay. The photos were a good representation of what we encountered.

It was chilly in the morning and evening. It would be nice to have a pack / pamphlet with key information in regards to amenities.

Lovely few days walking distance of all we wanted to do

Location was good and the flat was fine for me my daughter and three year old granddaughter

Just a couple of suggestions. Some tumblers would have been good. None if us drank alcohol and there were only wine glasses. Could have done with some coat hooks inthe hall, snd some waste paper askers in lounge and bedrooms.

good location and easy check in

So overpriced, unclean, smelt of stale cigarettes everywhere and smelt of cat wee in the back bedroom, no tea towels in kitchen, dirty utensils, curtains too small for bedroom window so street lamp outside and sun shine straight in all night, uncomfortable bed in front bedroom, old and dirty highchair for our baby

very clean and a 2 minute walk to the beach front with a wide range of restaurants.

parking can be expensive as everywhere is pay and display, however we always found somewhere to park outside the property.

A pleasant stay overall.

Central location, spacious rooms, nice hosts.

The apartment would benefit from a deep clean, a coat of fresh paint, a shower that doesn’t overflow, windows that can be open easily to air the place and a new set of pots and pans.

location was good

water from the shower tray kept overflowing. maintenance man was called the next day but couldn’t resolve the problem. All rooms smelt of cigarettes. Floor and windows were dirty.

Flies everywhere caused by blocked drains. Host had bad attitude when phoning them telling them about the problem.both of us bitten during the night probably the issue with the flies caused this
